Booked for a wedding. The Grand Ballroom was magnificent. The manager and staff went above and beyond to make our event perfect. The mezzanine outside was also very nice.

A good hotel at a reasonable price. I stayed here for five nights and had a great experience. The area wasn't as safe as other comments mentioned, but they do offer a shuttle and free parking. There were security guards both at the hotel and in the parking lots. One time, when I returned at 11:00 PM, I even saw a police officer standing in the lobby, which was very nice. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only downside is that the shuttle runs every hour, so if you, like me, have an 8:20 AM flight, you should probably be prepared to be at the airport for about two hours...

We were pretty disappointed with our stay here. When we first arrived in the room it smelled of smoke, when we called the front desk the phone didn’t work so we went down to the front. They were polite and sent in cleaners to spray the room. Unfortunately, future inspecting we noticed stains on the sheets and bugs in the bathroom. They politely moved us to a new room. Overall the rooms are outdated and could use a good deep cleaning and new linen. The staff are very polite and location is close to the airport as we only stayed here the last night of our trip to be close to the airport.

Stuck in Houston over night because of flight delay/cancellations. Was a lovely looking hotel and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Room was clean as well.

Bathrooms are simply nasty to the point of not taking a shower. No wonder why bathrooms are not shown in the pictures

Hotel rooms are outdated, AC didn’t work room was hot. Bathroom is outdated, the toilet wasn’t running off and on. The only good thing about this hotel is the bar area the bartender was very friendly. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the only change that has been made is the Name of the Hotel and the hotel sign on the building.

I been in line for over 30 minutes to check in. Got here about 1130pm and there were 30 people checking in with one employee working the check in. By the looks of it, it will take over and hour to check in

The room was very hot! Air wasn’t working very well. The website states buffet is complementary, but it really is not. They were charging us 21 dollars for the buffet. Also, they were undergoing renovations and this was not disclosed to us prior.

The staff neglected to make our stay even somewhat pleasant. From check in until departure. Poor front desk staff. The room key failed many times. The air conditioner did not work in my room , the room didnt have complimentary soap or shampoo and the shaving kit was old as dirty. Bad experience. When we booked online it stated complimentary breakfast, once we got there the staff said it was 21.00 dollars. Plus the hotel was going under renovation. None of the complaints we listed were noted online when booking. We should be completely refunded or heavily credited for such a bad experience. Travelers beware.

Bugs, bugs, and more bugs!
Upon arriving there was a mix up with my reservation, they had a new girl training a new girl who accidentally booked someone else under my reservation. Took about 15 min to fix but all was well. As we got settled in we found a tick in our room and the more we looked the worse it got. The room was infested with bugs. We were switched rooms but the room we received was a little outdated compared to the one we were in. The pool is super small and dirty. There were all kinds of bugs and even roaches everywhere! It was super uncomfortable to swim in. On top of all of that, the hot tub was broken and the there was no towels. The pictures online lie! The hotel isn’t as nice as it seems. I have had better experiences at motels 6’s. Smh.

Gross... ordered spicy 2-piece, I got what seemed like regular but re-fried and very dry. Ordered jalapeno bombers, but they weren't the Church's bombers, they were bought frozen from a grocery store. Service was so-so. Don't bother to go here, waste of money.

The place was very clean when I walked in. The staff welcome me and greeted me with a Smile. The food was delicious it was not greasy like church's chicken. . The stated as i was leaving (hope you come back soon) have a wonderful and blessed day. I've never been so pleased with service like that.

Worst service of any Popeyes I have been too. 30 minutes to get my order in. There was only 3 people in line. 10 mins per person to order. Guess what there is only 2 things to order chicken or shrimp. How spicy or not. Can't imagine the computer that difficult to operate. Meanwhile all that chicken just sitting out getting cold. Ugh. If you have a 30 minute break don't come here. 1 hour minimum for lunch if your lucky. If there is more than 5 people in line might be faster going to a full service restraunt.

AVOID AT ALL COST...Terrible Service, they used to have a terrific drive thru person, but now their service is terrible. We have Popeyes for the office at least every other Tuesday if not more. We will go out of our way to order from another location. The last time we went here, they got the order wrong again which they have recently have done a few times. This last time we have an office meeting and went to pick up Popeyes, we ordered mild on this order and when we got to the office it was all Spicy, took it back as one of our clients had specifically wanted mild. We took the box back but instead of asking the client to put their pieces in the box instead of the trash... Popeyes only replaced the ones in the box, we were only missing 3 pieces that were thrown out, but that shows how terrible they are. They are rude and have no sense of customer service. Their Manager is terrible as well, where is the customer service now days. Sad that Popeyes has a franchise like this location. USE ANOTHER LOCATION.
