A lot of hype, and short delivery
Every time we moved the bed with creep to make noises, so we can move or adjust that waking up the other person. Didn’t get much sleep in the morning. I try to leave around five. There was no coffee. Nothing ready.

First off I’ve stayed in the hotel many time before. I also a rewards money. However room 232 was not well maintained. The attempted repair of water damage was very visible as the used two different colors, the shower knob came off and the foot of the bed was broken when you sat on the edge. The sofa looked dated and dirty.

I accidentally booked the standard King vs Studio King for the kitchen. They would not make the change at the hotel or through *******. That was why I booked this hotel. Zero customer service or loyalty on all sides. Terrible experience.

Not so pretty comfort
Hotel staff was amazing.
The bed was super comfortable.
Rooms give hosiptal vibes, very small for the price. Just not visually appealing.
Would not recommend for that reason only.
