AC Hotel DC Downtown

My family enjoyed our long weekend stay while visiting the DC Mall and Monuments during the cherry blossom bloom. The rooms are well appointed with nice decor, plenty of space for bags and clothes. Bathroom was large and the tile shower with rain shower head was lovely. The lobby bar area made for a great place to relax after our adventures for the day. The kitchen was good for late night snacks and the bar had a variety of options. Bar service was slow and wait staff was few but we didn’t mind much. We did not use the valet parking and instead parked across the street in the public parking deck. Everything was great I highly recommend and will stay again

My second time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. I find the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the property is well maintained. There is a variety of restaurants in the area to choose from and even a WaWa across the street for a late night snack or cheap coffee in the morning. Also, their gym is fantastic for a hotel.

Great Hotel & service! This was by far my favorite experience and stay in DC! The staff is very kind, respectful, & helpful. My check in experience was smooth and easy thanks to Luis. He was so sweet and inviting! I later had drinks at the bar & met Fanaye, she’s literally the best bartender to get a great drink from! She was phenomenal & definitely made my experience a 10/10. I will come back to this hotel for my next stay in DC!

I booked rooms here for business travel for myself and colleagues. The location is incredibly convenient and was only a few minutes walk from our office plus much, much more! Prior to booking our rooms, I scheduled several meals and activities at locations around this district... and this hotel was at the center of all!

Booking online was very easy. I called their customer service for logistics reserving rooms as business expenses and later called the hotel desk to confirm expectations for our guests-- all staff were WONDERFUL! Inviting, informative, and made us all feel appreciated.

When I arrived, the front desk staff was exceptional. Luis O. stood out in particular for his excellence in customer service and hospitality. Before my current role, I spent time in the industry and really respect how he operated the desk with ease while telling me all about the hotels best perks + the neighborhood.

Decor of the whole hotel is contemporary-modern and sleek. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was given an ADA-compliant unit so the shower was massive and the room was spaciously set for someone with mobility aids.

I hope to stay here again for my next trip!
