Lovely cosy beautiful hotel
We went for drinks overlooking the White House. Although it was cold out, they had the rooftop bar covered and warmed up with heat lamps. The wine was affordable and the bartender remember our drink orders which was nice. I'd definitely come back, especially with guests from out of town.
I stayed 4 nights at the W Washington hotel and was pleased with the staff, hospitality, and amenities. The refreshments and apples are a nice touch, and the staff works hard to make sure each guest is happy and feels important. The location is also perfectly located between business locations & the sites, making it easy to get anywhere.
A wonderful, chic hotel with work with great staff. However, I stayed in the winter, and the outdoor bar was in a tent that was not fully heated, and the indoor bar was closer to a nightclub. The drinks were amazing, and the waitstaff allowed me to sit at a table as a hotel guest, but if you want a more quiet place to have a drink and a meal, you may want to look outside the hotel.

Had a daddy daughter day lunch on the rooftop during Christmas break and had a great time. They leave the canvas up so the view isn't spoiled so it can get a little chilly but there's lots of overhead heaters so it's not bad. The view was great, the food and service were decent, and the place was not crowded on a weekday for late lunch. Place isn't cheap, like $6 for a glass of apple juice, but I knew that going in.

I had a honor to photograph weddings and engagement session there at W Hotel. I'm very impressed by this hotel. How clean, nice and elegant it looks like. Also food, views on roof top and staff is just amazing!! If you're visiting Washington DC or just would like to get some drinks. You should visit this place!!
We recently went into the W for drinks to wait for our tour to start at The White House. This is pretty much the best location since its right across the street from a East tour. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays and had a modern design.
I was only here for the drinks at the rooftop bar but the entire place was really trendy. DJ was playing music in the lobby. Bar was overpriced but the atmosphere was great. Music was just the right volume to be able to talk with friends but have a good time. No place to dance except for the lobby.
One of the great place to stay in DC. Great location right near to the white house and front of national treasure building. They have good roof top bar with world cuisine. Overall nice place to organize any small or big event, staying, partying on rooftop bar.

Went for a delicious brunch buffet and had an amazing time. The ambiance is sexy and sophisticated, the DJ was a nice addition, and the food was great! I will be sure to go again for a special occasion.

Seasonal, great menu selection. We went for brunch, had a good mix of breakfast and all day items. Good seasonal drinks. Friendly service while we were ordering and eating. However, once we finished meal we stayed and chatted for a bit, we did not get anymore water during that time. They were busy, but just a note.

I've heard that it was good seafood but I don't like seafood so I can't talk to that point. This is managed by the same company that manages the Old Ebbitt and Clyde's in Bethesda. There are multiple bars in the restaurant but, happy hour or dinner time and you won't find anywhere to sit. If we're going to happy hour plan to get there early. I don't know that the drinks were just counted during happy hour but they do have the sushi happy hour.

Great for a variety of reasons. Multiple bars with great bartenders who make high quality drinks. The restaurant is terrific with locally sourced food and some of the best sushi in D.C. There is also a performing arts venue downstairs that offers high quality shows with table service for food and drink. This place has just about everything you could want for a night out.

Second favorite restaurant in DC. Liked it so much that I visited it twice and would have gone more since it was so close to my hotel except it was too busy at times. Very friendly staff and good food made this spot a place worth coming back to. Very comfortable atmosphere. Wish I would have got to experience their new shows downstairs. Only graded 4 stars because they get super busy and don't seem to handle it as well as other restaurants in the area.

The tacos we're fairly tasty, but lack a little bit of something. It was also fairly expensive to fill myself up. And there wasn't enough seating.

Love this place, I've only had the guacamole and the burrito mojado but love them both! Always bring out of town family here. This place is very environmental friendly, bonus points for that!

Thought it was pretty good. I enjoyed it over all.
-I'll start with the good.
Food was ready fast.
Tasted good.
Loved the salsa the hot was actually hot?
They gave us plenty of chips.
Was easy to order.

Guac was good
-The not so good, but not bad.
Fish on the fish taco was burnt but still tasted good.
Staff seemed tired, like they didn't want be there. (I say this based off everywhere else we ate that had very friendly service)
Wasn't the cleanest (it was the end of the night and most of the customers this night were slobs maybe that's not the norm)
I gave it 4 stars would have given it 5 but it was lil messy and the service could have been better. Over all I would go back if I needed a quick bite. Keep in mind this is a small taco spot so you may not get seated. But they are fast.

The taco's and service was outstanding. The location has very limited and very tight seating, so this location is best for take-out. The chips and salsa were only average.

Really nice place. The ordering process is different, but the sign and employees help with that. The salsa bar is really great idea. The soft drinks are refreshingly different. Enjoyed everything. Seating is a challenge so get seat first
