Very good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Very friendly staff. Issues are resolved promptly. The hotel rooftop offers a great view of the ocean. The only thing I'd add is more variety in the breakfast menu, as I was served the same food every day.

The hotel is located close to the beach, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It was good hotel. Location amazing because beach and small restaurants are near, center of the city but not noisy. They clean room everyday if you asking. But they change bedsheets rarely only if you ask and they don't cleaning floors. I was there for 9 nights.

It does not look like the pictures on Booking (same pictures, but probably 10 years old). Unfortunately, it is outdated. The gym does not work at all, apart from the dumbbells. Breakfast is OK but without many options.

We were amazed at how close everything was—from local food stalls to luxury spas—all within easy walking distance. It s the perfect spot to explore the city without needing transportation.

This is my second time staying here, and I liked it the first time so I decided to come again. This time I was assigned to a family room and was able to stay very comfortably. Another thing I like about it is that it has a bathtub. It was a shame that the weather was bad during my two-night stay and I couldn't use the pool.

Awesome hotel! We booked a room with a mountain view, and the panoramic windows were absolutely fantastic! It's super clean and smells lovely! Housekeeping does a great job, they even provide wet wipes, which was a nice surprise! To get such excellent service for this price is truly unexpected! Definitely recommend it! Plus, the beach is only a 3-4 minute walk away.

A great location, good size rooms and attractive furniture. Staff are very helpful and competent. 3 room stars lost because the bathroom units need replacing, the street-side windows need double glazing to keep out the traffic noise, and the internet speed is 4Mbps which is unacceptable in a modern hotel. If the owners fixed these 3 issues they'd get much better ratings and attract many more customers

A hotel I went to for a short stay before going to the airport. It wasn't even at the level of a motel. The advantages were the surrounding area, the night market, and the proximity to the sea.

It is located in the center of Nha Trang right in front of the night market, and is the best value for money accommodation. The restaurant with the hotel is also great, and everything is nearby.

The location is great, but it's a bit old and clean, so I think it would be good to do some interior design.

I switched to this resort from another hotel and quite very satisfied with this place. The staff is very friendly, dedicated and supportive. The breakfast is very tasty, especially fried rice. Just it is a bit far from the center but it does not bother me much. The furniture is just fine. Bed is hard a bit, pillow is too low. I really liked it, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. The bus stop is 500 meters away from the resort. The swimming pool is suitable for adults, but the water caused an allergic reaction on my child’s skin, so we didn't let them swim. Everything else was great.

I sat on the reclining chair at the door and didn't want to get up. It was so comfortable facing the swimming pool. Just staring blankly was enough. All the guests were foreigners and Koreans. The breakfast was very good and you could prepare your own dishes.

The room was spacious and sunny, but the everyday noise drilling sounds of the work in progress, were loud and disturbing. Either the hotel, either trip .com customer service didn’t solve the issue, they just said bunches of scripted apologies.

Good room, internet and a nice view

Central location with amazing seaview. Staff was nice including receptionists Tiên & Thơm, and kitchen staff. Breakfast was good. Beds are huge. I'd definitely go back.

Everything was good except for one very bad thing: the housekeeping staff took a guest's shirt. I lost a shirt, but I had to go home to double-check if I had simply forgotten it, which is why I'm only leaving this review today. The hotel really needs to review the integrity of their housekeeping staff to avoid negatively impacting the hotel's reputation.

Great location, the hotel is undergoing renovations, it's a bit noisy during the day but bearable, road noise, breakfast is weak

We liked the hotel; we stayed for three days. They upgraded our room to a large two-room suite. There's a Sapphire restaurant nearby, lots of cafes, and a stunning sea view. On the downside, I'd note the poor breakfasts.

It's dirty, they clean it every day, but they never even washed the toilet... they just changed the towels, put the water on and slid a rag across the floor. There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything, you can also hear it from the street, even with the windows closed. I don't recommend it. The view from the window and the location are great, but that's all the pros.

The hotel is clean and even though the hotel is not directly located across the beach, you can still see the sea view from the room. The beach is just a 5 mins walk away. The location of the hotel is also close to convenience stores and restaurants. There is a Halal restaurant just across the street from this hotel.

Stayed here twice. First time solo, second - with a friend. Both times were quiet so I guess the walls are soundproof. Air conditioning works properly. Both times booked a sea view and it was brilliant. You can watch people doing water activities, sunbathing. For surfers it’s also a good possibility to check the Hon Chong spot right from the room’s window😃. The front desk workers are helpful and friendly

Great stay. Had an issue for the first night where the A Cc leaked all night long. Staff exchanged our room and gave us an upgrade. No further room problems. Only mark down on location was that there is no easy access to the beach, it is all blocked by other resorts.

I enjoyed staying in the King suite. The daily house cleaning was excellent and the room always spotless. The breakfast buffet was good, but the fruit selection could be better. The pool is on the roof isxa decent size and is very clean. There are 4 shade umbrellas, however 2 are currently broken. I hope they fix them. Its close to the beach maybe only 5 minutes walk. A really nice hotel, close to the beach and lots of dining options. The bed was large and comfy, the shower large with hot water and the aircon nice and cold. The table was a little small so we cleared everything to put our belongings. It was dusty and had ants. Amazing stay! The hotel is nice, perfectly located. The rooms are comfortable and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.
