Hotel room was clean but toilet amenities cld be better. Hot water was on n off until we figure out to tighten the loose knob. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room had a strong damp smell and looked rather old. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, even though I called someone to fix it. The soundproofing wasn't great because of the nearby bars, but for the price, it was pretty good.

The biggest plus of this room is that everything is easily accessible nearby, and most importantly, the sea is a 2-3 minute walk away. Towels and water replaced daily. Cleaning also done every day. Just enough for a night stay, facilities are old and woke up in the early morning at 3:14 am with fire alarm bell. 

It is located inside the Korean district, so there are a lot of Korean establishments around. There are little ants on the table, but I didn't even see them until I put food there.

Overall good experience, good hotel and well maintained. The check in process was slow (we had to wait more than 30 mins) so that can be improved. Also they were very particular about any items and damage (since we did not have enough time when checking out due to flight time, they charged us the cost of new items for small damages).
