The room had no windows, and there was a strong musty smell from the room and the duvet. I told the front desk I wanted to check out, but they wouldn't let me.

The hotel is well located within sea shore. You can walk and reach the Ha Long bay shore in 10 minutes. Breakfast is delicious with pho soup, english breakfast and yogurt. Seemed a bit pricey comparing to similar hotels around this area considering our budget.

There's a FamilyMart right in front, which was super convenient for when we needed something quick. The room and building weren't exceptionally clean, and breakfast was just okay. It felt a bit overpriced for what it was.

Honestly cute little hotel. Has everything you need and is very clean. Easy access to everything you need so it’s a great start point. Couldn’t ask for anything more to be honest! Maybe shower doesn’t leak so much through the door but it’s nothing to complain about honestly.

The hotel leaves much to be desired! The now-favorite Vietnamese story with the variable early check-in fee—apparently that's the norm here! I'll show you in the photos why the stars were taken off, but overall, it's a decent option for a couple of nights. There were ants everywhere in the room; I took some home in my backpack 🤦🏻♀️

The amenities were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view wasn't great, but it was within the tour pickup area and only about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, so it was nice that I was able to join the tour until the evening.

My last extension(total I stay for 1 week). Even 1 week stay, breakfast still different everyday(some menus). Staffs made me feel comfortable. I would to stay more if I have next chance. Soundproofing isn't perfect but not bad. No issue to sleep for my whole stay. It has very detailed amenities such as face form cleaning.

Found this place by accident, Probably the most relaxing place i ever stayed. the staff, Food and accommodation are excellent. room 101 is literaly on stilts over the ocean, you wont find a "beach front villa" closer than this and so private.

The place is the good location . But the towels are old and dirty you couldn't even bring them to the beach . The gym was old too . The air conditioner was not working. Decent budget hotel. I got the room nearest to the elevator, which was really noisy. Not had everything you need, nothing special of note. We had a great stay at the cosmos hotel. it’s very well located very close to the beach and to plenty of restaurants. ( you should try bikini bottoms burgers and 2lady kitchen bahn mi !!! ) The room was spotless and the room was well serviced. the staff is really nice and helpful.
