Close to town, but quiet A bit bumpy at check in, but the stay was overall comfy and quiet. Pool.was nice. Breakfast was acceptable.

Stayed here 4 nights, breakfast is ok the rooms are spotless and all at a good price, no hot water reported it but nothing done apart from a couple of small problems it’s ok, not sure if I would return to this hotel on my next trip. But, it’s definitely worth a stay.

I have been there just only for a diving conference with padi association from Australia, intended for the diving centre's and operations. great allocation, near the main street in the island calls Boulevards street. With plenty of restaurant, bars, and shop's. It's looks very good ended.

Great location in the city center. The room has everything you need. The only one problem I faced - is some club music playing loudly during the day/evening somewhere nearby (not like next room but more like next building). it should be acceptable since location but that bass beats was kinda annoying. However night was silent. Staff was friendly, super helpful and kind.

Nice hotel for reasonable money, very friendly owners, stayed for 1 night. The hotel is in a quiet side street so you can't hear the road noise or music from the bars. However, we were woken up by a neighbor's rooster at 4:50 in the morning, he crowed for 30 minutes! I hope they send him to soup.

For first-time visitors to Phu Quoc, it was great to be able to quickly check into the room and rest. They also helped arrange a taxi for early morning flight departures. It would be even better if there were a few more Chinese signs and announcements. Thank you!

The room was really nice except for a slight musty smell that needed to be aired out (but airing it out would allow mosquitoes to get in). It was spacious and reasonably priced. It's a little out of the way, but still very convenient for getting to the city center, shopping, and dining.

I stayed at The Blue Alcove for 2 months from April 2025. The staff are so helpful, professional and engaging. The pool area is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was at the sister hotel, Aira Boutique Hotel. All staff at this hotel are helpful, engaging and care so much for their guests. I'll be returning next year for sure. I would highly recommend both of these hotels.

Very clean, comfortable, peaceful and perfect Hoi An location. Much nicer than some other hotels nearby - you can tell a lot of care goes into running this hotel. The receptionist was so kind, we were stranded at 3am and he woke up to help us get a room. Thank you!

Nice place to stay for a brief visit Hue. The rooms are quite small which is normal. It’s in a nice location that’s walkable and close to everything. The bathroom we had also functioned as a shower which is either nice or not depending on how you see it. Overall I would stay here again no problem.

Great stay! Great stay! Ran into an issue with the hotel I initially booked. Found this at 10am and was in my room by 11am. Grateful to be out of the bad place and into such a nice one with a friendly staff. Loved that the hotel fronted a street and was in an area of plenty of restaurants and other hotels.

We had a short but great stay. Mr. Pham, the owner, is super friendly, very good english, and helped us with food and transportation. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious (largest room so far on our trip, we are three adults, me and my two sons). We loved the food in Hue. So many options just outside our door or short walk. Great location for foodies!

Great hotel, I recommend it. Honestly, everything was perfect – it's close to everything, quiet, and there's a delicious cafe right under the windows. The market is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. Room service washed my t-shirts and brought them back in 2 hours. Thumbs up!

The stay was not very good overall. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were stained with yellow spots, which was disappointing and affected the comfort of the room. However, I would like to thank the reception staff for their kindness and honesty—they helped return the clothes I forgot in the room. I really appreciated their support despite the issues with the room.

Amazing secluded and quiet resort with a private beach. The staff were so laid back and helpful. Very simple and natural set-up with clean and functional rooms. It's on the west side of the island so about 25 mins drive from the main town area but with a bike/car you'll be fine.

An excellent menu: there is a menu for fish and meat and sea products and vegans will find a large selection of vegetables. There are always free places, but the bill is less than in other places. Great food for low prices! I tried few dishes of squid and they were absolutely delicious - especially grilled ones. The best seafood rice I ate in Vietnam - at last the parts of seafood were visible and the rice was full of flav .our. Cheap and tasteful coffee as well as fruit coctails. Great taro ice-creams.

This room was good. Bigger and everything worked well. I was so happy that I extended my stay but then since someone already booked this room for the other days I had a different experience from there on. So I’ll say this place is average. It depends on your day, the room and the floor.

Great location! Ideally located right in the heart of the bustling Old Town. The staff were friendly and service-minded. Breakfast was okay, if a little uninspiring. Rooms were clean, beds were decent, and the duvets and pillows were good. While the decor was a bit older in style, it felt fresh and well-maintained overall.

Vivian, the receptionist was an awesomely helpful host and very accomodating. My friends and I enjoyed and felt at home during our stay. We will surely recommend it to our friends and family.

This is my second time staying here, and I liked it the first time so I decided to come again. This time I was assigned to a family room and was able to stay very comfortably. Another thing I like about it is that it has a bathtub. It was a shame that the weather was bad during my two-night stay and I couldn't use the pool.
