Clean enough Yet, Very Small room Self-parking on basement (in case you have a motorbike) But noisy to the hell, the windows weren’t sealed enough, the next building is a bar and 💥 too noisy.

We spent 3 very comfortable nights here. The rooms are large and comfortable. The pool and grounds are gorgeous. Mrs Hai's sense of humour and hospitality were top notch. Breakfast every morning was really delicious. Our family really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back.

We had a great stay at East West village. Lovely staff, cozy location and delicious breakfast. We loved the extraordinary service: our host drove us to the beach one day, and when leaving for catching a nightbus south, she provided us with delicious Banh Mi, free of charge. We definitely recommend this place.

The are nice can eat breakfast rent motorbike for cheap price and help you for all the activities. Some customers was really noisy the morning at 6am and they offer to us some reduction for the rent of the motorbike CẢM ƠN 🙏

Really enjoyed my stay here, especially for the price. Nice pool area and very clean rooms. I loved how everyone was super kind and helpful - owner even invited me to join watching football game with him :) Location is a bit remote though, it’s recommended to rent a scooter (you can do it at the hotel but also 5 minutes walk away, for 200K per day).

Transportation is inconvenient. You have to take a taxi to get anywhere, but it's good for those who want a quiet stay. Rooms are cleaned every day.

I stayed at this hotel in December 2025, booked for 8 nights. The hotel needs major renovations. The rooms are small, the furniture is old. They clean it every day, change towels and linens as needed, but this doesn't change the hotel rating. Anyone who writes good reviews about this hotel is wrong. I had a very pleasant three nights here. The owner is a very nice person, very enthusiastic, and will patiently help you with any questions. Breakfast can be ordered a day in advance, and the rice noodles are very delicious! We booked because it’s cheap and we got an early morning flight the next day at 4am. It was ok to stay 1 night. manager Simon is nice. Not sure if would stay multiple nights, there are nicer Hanoi hotels u just pay $10-20 more. It’s really not a spa haha. Just a hotel/motel that is very basic.

The 13th floor smell so bad and the fan noise in the room Aircon is annoying. Since we informed the staff they fix some smell better but the air con noise is the same. Since the location is great with shops and good restaurants around it.

I stayed at The Blue Alcove for 2 months from April 2025. The staff are so helpful, professional and engaging. The pool area is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was at the sister hotel, Aira Boutique Hotel. All staff at this hotel are helpful, engaging and care so much for their guests. I'll be returning next year for sure. I would highly recommend both of these hotels.

The low rating for staff and service is on account of non presence of staff at all times. I had to call a number to get someone to come around. Also, staff did not understand any English. For a holiday rental this is not acceptable. The room and bathroom was clean and no issues there. A bottle of water in the fridge would have helped and a bit more closet space.

Great little hotel, which the only issue could be is it's a little hard to find. Otherwise, great friendly staff...and lots of dining & the beach is close by on foot.

The hotel is really good, with a clean pool and tasty food. There are sun loungers and hammocks on the beach. However, the sea is dirty and shallow, so it's not ideal for swimming. It's suitable for a quiet, peaceful getaway. Be aware that there's nothing else nearby! There's one cafe close by, the food is good, but prices are inflated. To get to the main hustle and bustle, you'll need a taxi ride...

Amazing secluded and quiet resort with a private beach. The staff were so laid back and helpful. Very simple and natural set-up with clean and functional rooms. It's on the west side of the island so about 25 mins drive from the main town area but with a bike/car you'll be fine.

The resort is nice because there is a river behind it and the sea right in front of it. However, Hoi An Old Town is far away, but it is nice because they operate a shuttle bus. The breakfast is average. The gym is old, but I used it well. The room I stayed in was clean, but the places that were not visible and places that were not reachable were not cleaned. There was a lot of rat droppings or something...

The staff were very kind and polite, and the hotel was soothing with a private beach right in front of it and a river behind it. I thought the location was very good, being about a 10-minute taxi ride to the old town. I would like to go back to this hotel if I have the opportunity.

An excellent menu: there is a menu for fish and meat and sea products and vegans will find a large selection of vegetables. There are always free places, but the bill is less than in other places. Great food for low prices! I tried few dishes of squid and they were absolutely delicious - especially grilled ones. The best seafood rice I ate in Vietnam - at last the parts of seafood were visible and the rice was full of flav .our. Cheap and tasteful coffee as well as fruit coctails. Great taro ice-creams.

This room was good. Bigger and everything worked well. I was so happy that I extended my stay but then since someone already booked this room for the other days I had a different experience from there on. So I’ll say this place is average. It depends on your day, the room and the floor.

Quite an old hotel, but it wasn't expensive for that. The water was only sometimes warm, and the balcony was super narrow.

The view from the room was amazing. The price wasn't too expensive. You can also ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. There were lots of restaurants nearby.

I think it's a place that accepts group travelers. It’s really good value for money On the last day of my departure, I took a shower and rested for a while, but it was so good that I didn't want to just leave.

The service was excellent, but unfortunately, renovations were underway during our stay. It was impossible to stay in the hotel during the day and work.

Lovely coffee garden, where ya can sit and relax, making your own coffee and tea for free. Location is off city center but easily to reach with bike in 10 min. Near to cable car station and inter province bus station.

The dorm isn't great, but not horrible. Mine was on the 9th floor. The room itself is fine, but the bathroom and common area are quite bad. There are some long term residents that are sharing these spaces, which leads to some problems with cleanliness and rules. When I stepped out of the elevator, there was someone right there, smoking a cigarette. Clothes were hung all over the bathroom, like it was...

We stayed here last October. VERY accommodating hotel. Staff was very friendly and they also spoke English so a plus for me. They rent scooters and at a cheap price! Definitely would stay there again if we go back to da nang.

Great hotel, we spent our last night on the island here. It’s close to a beautiful beach and conveniently located near the airport. There’s also a swimming pool, although we didn’t get a chance to use it. The only drawback is the electricity key system: you have to leave the key at reception whenever you go out, so you can’t charge your devices while you’re away.

As mentioned before all was ok just maybe not much shops around opened in late evening but its possible to go to phu quoc night market with scooter Besides perfect hotel for airplane spotters You can be in the pool or at the beach and watch airplanes 😄😄

A beautiful oasis with excellent service! The central pool and stunning landscape create a very peaceful atmosphere. Even though it's by the road, my inner-building room was perfectly quiet. The staff are wonderful, especially the helpful gentleman with the luggage. Everything was great, and I'd definitely return! The only minor point is it's a bit far from convenience stores and restaurants.

Wonderful hotel, great service,clean pretty pool. Sometimes you get unlucky with other guests and their 20 kids. Room cleaning wasn't perfect and the free bus sadly is only at 6pm -9pm back, the free bikes while a nice option are very old and hard to bike with sadly. Would have loved to make a longer 30km tour instead of the shorter 10km I took after struggling so hard.
