The hotel is in a quite and nice area. It has very nice lobby. It's clean, has extra large bed (2 queens put together), a mini fridge, a desk and tea corner. No safe and the water in the shower drain a little slow. The staff are really helpful and the cleaning crew are very good. The location is perfect for walking around. This is some kind of tourist scam. The hotel is presented as if it’s almost by the sea. You can see the sea in the photos, but if you look at the real pictures I’ll attach, there’s construction and all sorts of random back alleys. I honestly can’t understand why there’s so much deception in such a popular resort area. And why no one speaks English? Is it touristic area, right?

Covid made it hard for the resort, but it's not the reason customers didn't get good service, we liked it about Miana. Felt like at home 'cos trees, flowers and plants were around us. Our mom and dad used to stay here, and suggested Miana to us, and it was indeed a good experience.

I forgot my jacket in the closet after checking out. I completely spaced it! When I came back to the hotel that evening to pick up my luggage, the staff had already packed my jacket and other clothes together and returned them to me. I'm so grateful!
