Room with Seaview although it's at lower floor still can see sunrise at 5.30am. Bed is comfortable, room is spacious. Bathroom water pressure is strong.

The staff wasn't much attentive.I was demanding some help but my attempt seemed unsuccessful.

Rather accurate, everything we experienced was as described. No hassles, good communication and quick service.

location is very great! we stay here one day and a half. It is near by the beach and you can goto the mainstreet by grab. I paid about 3$-5$. Also there are two bathroom so, it was very useful. I think hydraulic pressure is not so good, but it was not that big problem when i get shower. The cost is very reasonable. So, if you need place for short stay, this place will be good for you!

So noisy place. Guest are so loud and cleaning lady are so loud and noisy at the early morning.

Clean, comfortable, basic facilities for great value. Lovely modern shower facilities. TV, kettle and a/c Excellent for a budget stay near the beach (15 min walk) and many restaurants in the area. Staff very helpful with scooter hire, tour bookings. Cheaper room at the rear have small windows with little view.

If your travel budget is not enough, you have to select this place. Cheap! Clean! Close to beach! Courteous staff! Everything is perfect. The staff helped me make a reservation for the restaurant.Thanks to the staff, we enjoyed eating easily and comfortably.

Lang Dong homestay is a short walk from the beach at An Bang, it has a village feel to it, the Lady Ngoc ?, is very helpful and friendly, I stayed in 2 rooms, the first one downstairs is ok but no windows,  I moved upstairs to a beautiful room with balcony and outdoor area, cost a bit more but worth it. Bicycles available and recommended.

Close to the beach 5 minutes walk away from the incredibly beautiful An Bang beach. A short walk from lots of eateries, the location is great. The room was big and beds are comfortable, the mosquito net over the bed was useful. It is a bit worn down and clean enough but it's a lovely space. A great find at a bargain price

If you want to spend some awesome days, thid is the right spot. The staff is very friendly and can help with good travel tips. The bungalows are huge and clean, have a roofless shower and working aircon and fan. All amazing breakfast (try the traditional ones). One of my favorites in Vietnam!

The room was big but in the bathroom they have mold on the celling,the toilet smells of urine,they clean once my room and the bed sheet was full of sand like someone steps on it.

Room was spacious, but it had a quote strong smoker’s smell when we got in. When we asked for another room, the receptionist told us the hotel was fully booked, but he did his best to give the room an extra perfume treatment to camouflage the smell. It was better then, but my wife woke up every day with (lightly) irritated eyes, nose and throat. Shower: Good, strong water jet, closed shower cabin....

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very close to the beach . The bus station to Grandworld is also opposite the hotel. So many shops and nice places . We didn’t get our sea view room but our stay was good. Great value for money.

It is a quiet little hotel, located on the main street. Lots of restaurants and small shops around. The price was cheap, but the hotel turned out to be much better than I expected for this money. Bathroom very dangerous, designed like a wet room however full bathroom floor fills with water following shower making floor towel not useful. Could be very dangerous. Beds comfortable. Good view from balcony. They allowed late check in (2:30am) due to it being when our train arrived which was very helpful.

Overall, it's just a mid-class hotel. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk from the beach. The service level of managers requires a little more training, but I felt like I was doing my best. The advantage of the hotel is the swimming pool located on the top floor. Be sure to use it if you have time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Rang Garden. We were able to hire scooters direct from the hotel. Spent a lot of time in the pool and long walks on the beach directly in front of the hotel. Spectacular view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Refilled on the coffee sachets and water bottles daily. It's an oldish building so don't expect a modern facility, but for the price it's a good beach...

The environment is very good, the stay is quite comfortable, there is a swimming pool, and the boss also helps rent a motorcycle for 20k a day.

We stayed here 3 nights and highly recommend this hotel! Perfect location if you want to enjoy the beach like we did, good cafes & places to eat in walking distance. If you walk little further there’ll be more places where locals eat. The hotel room was quiet and clean, and the staff really friendly. We also found the breakfast good! All in all great value!

Staff is very friendly and the hotel offer you a great service in a good price. You will get 20% discount on massage if you are an inhouse guest. Believe me you don't wanna leave hotel without having a massage. It's really good and relaxing. You must try it.

Location was good, staffs were friendly. The only thing was strong cigarette odor came into the room although windows and doors were closed.

Overall it was alright, but the main drawbacks were: 1. The surrounding decor made the room noisy during the day; 2. Before leaving, I asked the staff for a bottle of mineral water, and they charged me 10,000 yuan, which I thought was free.

Great hotel for the price. Location is 100 stars. Right near walking street and bus stop. Central and perfect to come and go from. Air conditioning was ice cold and WiFi worked well. Not fancy by any means but for me those are the only things I care about and it was very satisfied.

Very comfortable and modern hotel located close to the riverside and about 1 km from beach where you can swim. Riverside is lined with restaurants serving seafood. You can see the fishing boats from the hotel. About 15 minutes walk in to the main town, recommend tree hugger cafe for coffee and juices. This hotel in Vietnam is generally quite good, and the location is decent. However, there's a kindergarten nearby, so it gets quite noisy in the mornings. Also, there are many Indian guests at breakfast, and the food is just so-so.

Very nice hotel. Super clean and quiet at night. I felt so relaxed! It's ideal place if you live and work in a big city. I liked the massage (tried different, Swedish is the best from my opinion) and the restaurant. Food is always fresh and buffet has a lot of fruits every day. And they gave me a free transfer to the airport at night!

The time of this hotel is over, it’s in need of renovation… It’s worse hotel stay I had in years traveling around Asia… you afraid to touch things, the wall, the elevator… The rooms has poor isolation very noisy at night. Nightmare!

Just enough for a night stay, facilities are old and woke up in the early morning at 3:14 am with fire alarm bell. 

It is located inside the Korean district, so there are a lot of Korean establishments around. There are little ants on the table, but I didn't even see them until I put food there.

OK hotel, very suitable for family travel

I booked a hotel on agoda. The hotel is new and beautiful. The room is a delight, senior sea view on the 15th floor with sea views and a second floor-to-ceiling panoramic window overlooking the city. On the 17th floor there is a bar, sauna, hammam and swimming pool. Bar prices are very reasonable!

Small new hotel in a good location. Located in the alley with a small local market of fruits and fast food. The prices are low.

Good value for money, but the furniture was too basic and there wasn't much in the way of decor.

Good location and nice service, staff are super helpful and friendly. However, there are still a lot to improve: - Pool: the water is very cold. There should be warming system considering the hotel is 4 stars. - Breakky: no local food which makes the experience is quite disappointing. Taste ok but not good. - Facilities: clean but very old.

I had an extra day alone and wanted a central mid range hotel. Great hotel, wonderful staffs, nice breakfast at the top floor and my room with a huge California king bed facing the street was very nice and comfortable.
