Overall massage, avocado and coconut ice cream was very nice in Phu Quoc. 😊
1. My email inquiries were never answered! Absolutely zero customer service!
2. The room's cleanliness was appalling. The sheets and duvet covers were dirty, stained, had debris, and even other people's hair on them. The 'disposable' slippers were clearly reused, old, and dirty. Even after calling for clean ones, the replacements were still filthy!
3. There are clubs or similar establishments around the hotel, and the noise was incredibly disruptive past midnight! It severely affected my sleep quality!!!
4. Breakfast was also very subpar. They didn't even offer basic tea and coffee service!!! Guests had to get their own hot water to make tea...
Overall, the hotel's service was excellent and didn't dip at all, even during the Chinese New Year holiday. The hotel has its own private beach and an outdoor swimming pool in the center, with depths of 1.2m and 0.7m.
The only downside was the loud DJ music from nearby during the holiday period, which kept us from sleeping. This is something the hotel might want to address with the neighboring establishments.

Hotel needs some training for waiters and staff in the restaurants (they can’t speak English at all, the food in pool restaurant is not so good)
Great location close to the all activities like safari park and water park.
But hotel’s guests became worse then earlier, a lot of people from Kazakhstan with terrible manners, with a lot of children with terrible manners, very aggressive and noisy, they are walking everywhere in swimming suits, even inside the hotel, on reception and etc
It’s a reason for us to find another place with more calm people without big groups of Kazakhstan people
