We were given free upgrade to suite. My trip 2nd day breakfast was great! The location is beside ******, night entertainment is covered.

Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort was very convenient and pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were truly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The pool was clean, and the hotel is close to the beach. Our family was very satisfied with our stay.

The location of the resort is the USP. They have a wonderful swimming pool, there is a decent indoor kids play area. The breakfast spread is good, overall dining experience in the two restaurants in this property was fantastic. The front desk handling of customers is something which is the laggard. They can do a lot better in terms of customer service and timeliness in terms of responding to the guests. The private beach is also good. They have a e rickshaw service to Grand world which is no where to be seen in case you are looking to board it to return to the hotel.

Absolutely, unequivocally terrible!
1. My email inquiries were never answered! Absolutely zero customer service!
2. The room's cleanliness was appalling. The sheets and duvet covers were dirty, stained, had debris, and even other people's hair on them. The 'disposable' slippers were clearly reused, old, and dirty. Even after calling for clean ones, the replacements were still filthy!
3. There are clubs or similar establishments around the hotel, and the noise was incredibly disruptive past midnight! It severely affected my sleep quality!!!
4. Breakfast was also very subpar. They didn't even offer basic tea and coffee service!!! Guests had to get their own hot water to make tea...

Fantastic ambiance, and the shuttle service to and from the hotel was incredibly convenient! The front desk staff were very patient and helpful. Since we booked for three nights, they even upgraded our room and meals. We'll definitely be back here for our next vacation!

They arranged a room with three beds for us. There was a small stain on one of the pillows, but otherwise, it was pretty good. The breakfast was very plentiful, and the service was excellent. There are many free shuttles to Phu Quoc Grand World, the night market, and the airport, but you need to book them in advance. The beach is also nice, with lots of activities. The hotel's restaurants and drinks are good, but the buffet was just okay, quite similar to breakfast.

The surroundings are lovely, the beach is very close, and there's even beachside disco dancing. The hotel isn't far from Phu Quoc Grand World, making shopping and dining quite convenient.

The hotel offers a shuttle service in Phu Quoc, which is definitely worth the money. First, a big thank you to Vincent at the shuttle station. Our flight arrived on time and our luggage came out quickly, so we got to the pick-up point at 3:15 PM. Our booked shuttle was for 5:45 PM, but there was also a shuttle departing at 3:15 PM. We initially thought we wouldn't be able to get on the earlier one, but Vincent was incredibly helpful. He spoke with the driver and managed to get us on that earlier shuttle, which we really appreciate.
Overall, the hotel's service was excellent and didn't dip at all, even during the Chinese New Year holiday. The hotel has its own private beach and an outdoor swimming pool in the center, with depths of 1.2m and 0.7m.
The only downside was the loud DJ music from nearby during the holiday period, which kept us from sleeping. This is something the hotel might want to address with the neighboring establishments.

Great service, pleasant stay, good breakfast.
Helpful personal, especially Chana, who helped us during all stay.
Hotel needs some training for waiters and staff in the restaurants (they can’t speak English at all, the food in pool restaurant is not so good)
Great location close to the all activities like safari park and water park.
But hotel’s guests became worse then earlier, a lot of people from Kazakhstan with terrible manners, with a lot of children with terrible manners, very aggressive and noisy, they are walking everywhere in swimming suits, even inside the hotel, on reception and etc
It’s a reason for us to find another place with more calm people without big groups of Kazakhstan people
