Booked a two-bedroom villa but was given a three-bedroom, though we weren't allowed to use the extra room.
The hygiene was quite poor.
Good for families with seniors as all rooms are bungalows, making it easy to get around.
The beach and pool are excellent.
The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small.

I had pleasant stay in that hotel. There are few restaurants choices which makes it convinient for guests to try different types of cousins. Villa was clean and comfortable. Staff at the breakfast restaurant is absolutely professional and friendly. Whatever needed to be fixed, or arranged was done fast by front desk. Be aware that there are many guests during the peak season, so it’s not easy to find empty seats near swimming pools.

Our stay at the three-bedroom garden pool villa at New World Phu Quoc Resort was absolutely perfect and exceeded all expectations!
The villa itself was incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out layout. All three bedrooms had their own en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for families traveling with children. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Opening the French windows revealed a private pool and a beautifully manicured garden, creating a serene and lush atmosphere.
The service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. From the helpful reminders before check-in to the detailed care provided by our butler during our stay, every little detail made us feel warmly welcomed. The resort facilities were comprehensive, offering everything from a kids' club and beach activities to specialty restaurants. There was something for everyone, whether adults looking to relax or children wanting to play.
The location is also superb, boasting a private, tranquil beach, far from the hustle and bustle. It’s an excellent choice for a slow-paced vacation. I highly recommend it to all families planning a trip to Phu Quoc; it will undoubtedly be an unforgettable holiday experience!

The hotel's beach, pool, and water park are all great, and the breakfast is fantastic. There's also a shuttle bus to Sunset Town. However, the housekeeping is quite subpar; they consistently forget to provide fresh towels, and they never bother to clean the leaves out of the villa's private pool.

The room's cleanliness was average, and there was a bad smell from the toilet. However, the environment and service were decent, and the in-house consumption at the hotel was reasonably priced. It's suitable for families with children or group travel, otherwise, there might be better options out there.

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Phu Quoc’s beaches are absolutely stunning, for us, among the best beaches in Asia. The villas at the resort were spacious, very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality amenities throughout.
We also loved the food: all the restaurants were excellent, and the breakfasts were outstanding and very well organized. We also had a great time visiting the bowling alley and the karaoke room, which were fun and well maintained.
We booked the shuttle to the Kiss of the Sea show and were impressed by how smoothly everything was arranged. While the show itself was not particularly omemorable, and the amount of fireworks felt excessive and somewhat detracted from the beauty of the sea, the hotel experience overall was truly wonderful.
One small area for improvement would be the room cleaning service, which was not always up to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel.
