The hotel offers excellent service and has a very convenient location. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. All requests were handled quickly and attentively, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The room was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Housekeeping was done daily, and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling or working.
The hotel’s location is a major advantage, as it is close to many restaurants, shopping areas, and popular attractions, making it very easy to get around. Whether for leisure or business, this hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Small and affordable hotel with clean rooms, a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and reliable hot water. There is an elevator, and a white sandy beach, small shops, and restaurants are just a few minutes away. The other side of the island, including Sun City, is also easy to reach.
Unfortunately, apart from the female manager, the staff is quite weak. At check-in we received almost no information, there was no explanation about the hotel or its services, and even when we asked, we did not get clear answers. The reception staff seemed uninterested and did not pass information to the appropriate person. We wanted to use the spa, but were simply told it was full, without offering any alternative time.
Breakfast is rather limited, and the waiters do not speak English. When breakfast is ready, staff shout from the kitchen instead of bringing the food to the table or even to the counter. It is a real pity, because the staff significantly detracts from what could otherwise be a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, apart from the female manager, the staff is quite weak. I decided to change my review to 3-star (instead of 1). The owner somehow shows they seek to improve. They contacted me after the incident. Hope they would improve as they said and the service overall will be better.
And 5-star for the bob-hair girl (accountant) for her exceptional service and kindness! She was kind and supportive.

I communicated with them before booking. They said they have the policy to offer late check out (they did not mention “upon availability”). I confirmed 3 times if that option is available and they still confirmed that policy. I asked them to note in my booking and made sure the policy was available.
When I arrived they said this is not available as they did not have any extra room. I confronted why they gave me the information as before, etc. I must say I was quite unhappy, because, I was traveling with a toddler, drove 50kms to the hotel with 3 big luggages and NO ONE seemed to realize we arrived or needed help. I had to open the door by myself and said Hi to them first!
Then the “supervisor” Quyen came in and she had one of the worst attitude of a service people I have ever experienced.
I was speaking with the staff, she was not witnessing the whole situation but she jumped right in and…
She confronted me back with very defensive and challenging attitude to see my messages. And as she saw I was not happy, she (did not tell me directly) mentioned to cancel my booking with the reception staff. Something like “If guest is not happy we can cancel”. “You tell guest if she is not happy we can give her the owner number and refund and cancel”. How funny? She did not say that to me despite standing right next to me! But to the staff! How DISRESPECTFUL!
It is their mistake and yet they turned the table around and make it looks like I was wrong and wanted to send me off, indirectly threaten to cancel my booking, 3 times in a row without even asking me. She had the worst service attitude I have ever seen in my travels around the world and Vietnam. If she does not improve, the business will soon be affected.

Honestly, I don’t know what was going on in this hotel, but our stay was really stressful. There was a middle-aged man who seemed to be an owner and he was constantly talking loudly around the lobby area. It happened so often that we couldn’t relax. Maybe that’s just how they run things, but it felt really uncomfortable. One time we asked the receptionist for help exchanging money. She was super kind and tried her best, but that same man stepped in and stopped her. I felt bad for her, she looked embarrassed. If that’s their internal rule, fine, but it made the whole atmosphere feel cold and unfriendly. Another thing was housekeeping. I only ever saw two staffs during our stay, and some days I think there was just one person trying to clean all the rooms. I heard that they said they have 30 rooms, I actually understand how tough cleaning work can be, I rent out a few properties myself on Airbnb, so I know what “properly cleaned” should look like. Here, it felt like they simply didn’t keep up, and honestly, that was disappointing. And if you need help from reception, make sure you go in the morning. In the evenings, it felt like we were just ignored. I don’t know the real reason, this is only my impression from staying several days but the way certain guests got attention and others didn’t… yeah, it really looked like favoritism. I think the reason that they have the different side of the spa.Overall, the hotel could be amazing, but the way things are managed completely ruined the experience for us. Sadly, I can’t recommend it.

The hotel is very nice, with good location near the Khem beach.
Rooms are normal, need some cosmetic maintenance.
Breakfast is good, but very early from 7am to 9am.
Spa in the hotel is also very good and convenient.
Overall very good price for what you get. However, the last impression made this review worse. Because we were checking out at early morning, reception said just to leave keys on their table. We did that, but arrived another lady, went to check out room and said that we stole one hand towel from the room. This was happening while taxi driver was waiting for us to go to airport. And of course we didn’t take hotel towel, they just gave us one less that day; and also other days we just never complained.
We explained that we didn’t take any towel from the room and the lady said okay, and rolled her eyes.
With that one case the impression of hotel was ruined.

Good hotel, near a very clean beach of very white sand. All the neighborhood is new out or in construction. Very expensive restaurant on the beach.
Nice bed. Minimalist breakfast, 2 eggs, juice.
Quiet. Some room don’t have windows or a wall in front.

Located in the JW Marriott..so we share the cleanest beach of the 5 stars hotel with 1/10 of the price 😀 😎

Not related to their hotel but they have a restaurant in Vinwonderland which employee ignored customer when calling. I ordered a chicken rice dish which the chicken is raw and cold. Never coming back to this place again!

Fair price, room service is alright, provides breakfast as you stay, however hope they provide more variety of food in the future. There is a cafe at ground floor, the place is close to Khem beach.
