It was right next to beach bit far from My Khe so lesser crowd ..Staff was good ..Room was clean and spacious…Breakfast option for vegetarian were less but for non vegan spread was huge..Pool was quite good

Stayed here for one night on short notice. The room was quite spacious and the hotel is right across the street from the beach, which was a nice setting

They were always available, followed up on our requests, and even surprised us with a complimentary fruit platter one evening. Facilities – 8/10 Considering the price, the facilities offer great value for money

There are too many room types but basically lined up in four levels connected by a ship like cable car. The levels are Heaven, Sky, Earth and Beach (Few detached houses, Spa, restaurants, pubs, beach)

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the most beautiful! There are tons of activities right by the beach, like kayaking, beach volleyball, and archery

There's a rich selection of activities, including sea fishing, and a fantastic array of delicious dining options

This stay was incredibly comfortable! We went on New Year's Eve, so the room price was double what it usually is, which was quite a lot. Definitely get the breakfast though; it's very much worth it and so plentiful

Excellent and efficient service. Just the location is a bit far from the city but the hotel provides free shuttle to Hoi An. Many free workshops so can spend several days in side the hotel without getting bored

The honeymoon cake and room setup on our first night were a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Trinh Nguyen provided excellent service at the Long Bar, and overall the staff were friendly and attentive

The staffs are so professional and friendly, which makes me feel at home. I love swimming, and the pool in the hotel is clear and warm. The F&B is excellent with the food quality

We stayed in a villa room, and the balcony opened right onto the beach. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable – I slept so well for two nights!

Stayed with my husband and parents in this hotel! We all really enjoyed it! Frequency is everywhere! Cozy place, amazing interior, in this place you feel great! Delicious food in the restaurant, always friendly staff

All the shops nearby are owned by Korean proprietors, so if you speak Korean, you won't even need English for dining or massages around here. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the welcome drink was excellent

There were many activities, but I was so relaxed that I didn't join most of them, except for a Saturday wine tasting. The wine was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful!

But we found a way out of the situation and ate mostly outside the hotel, there are many excellent cafes. Other than that, we really enjoyed staying here

The kitchen was a little disappointing, due to the large concentration of vacationers, there was not enough food and the food was not varied

Nice and quiet place with lot of trees. The room need a lot to be desired though, look kind of old. Slippers and combs are not available inside the room, and the place should offer more services for entertainment

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the price is affordable. Although the hotel isn't newly renovated, the rooms are decent. However, the soundproofing isn't very good.

I think the location of this hotel is 10/10. The hotel is on the main beach and is surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants.

I've been staying here for a week. The breakfast is excellent for the price, the room is clean, there are hardly any Koreans, and the staff can communicate in both English and Korean

The girls at the counter work two shifts, but they're too busy: either a rude customer wants something, or they're busy delivering some goods, or they're checking in for registration

The breakfasts are excellent, and the receptionists are great. The cleaning is terrible, the floor is dirty.

Large room with panoramic view of the sea, city and mountains. There is a huge bathtub in the bathroom, although you can also take a shower in the cabin - it's an amateur's choice

I had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Novotel Nha Trang. My sea front was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed time on the terrace overlooking the beach. I found the staff to be very hospitable, and welcoming

Our room, 1210 faced the sea and had a balcony where it was possible to sunbathe up till late morning, before we lost the sun. Our room & toilet/shower room were clean and roomy

The service was warm and friendly, and the location is great. The massage parlor behind the hotel was also very good. It's right next to My Khe Beach; you just have to go downstairs and cross the road to get there

Our room type had two 1.6-meter beds, and we slept really well – perfect for a family of three. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a 30-second walk to My Khe Beach. Everything else was pretty good too.

Location is perfect next to beach. Breakfast was great with watermelon juice and strawberry jam was one of the best. Wonderful view of beach from the breakfast area. Had nice pickle ball courts next door

They had a nice little shop within the hotel for clothing/hats/souvenirs. The pool shower ground was rocky so make sure to wear some shoes. Don’t lose room key or you’ll be charged an additional fee

They immediately accommodated our request for extra beds as one of my sisters originally not included in this trip was able to join us. They even upgraded our room at no extra cost

The only thing that I can complain is the noise from the street in the early morning, it was quite annoying especially for light sleeper. The breakfast is very good though

We booked the Junior Suite Ocean View room and it is very good. The room is quite big and clean. The location is very good and also the service is excellent

The most impressive point is the distance to the beach. It just took only 2 min to beach. But the mail pool is under construction

The hotel is clean and the service is great. There are several leisure streets just a few blocks downstairs. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach, and a taxi ride to the airport takes about 15 minutes.

Also on arrival the door wouldn’t lock so that needed major surgery also when I went to see the balcony I got caught up in the curtains which were torn to shreds top to bottom. In my view the staff were very unhelpful

Breakfast was amazing with so many different dishes and cheese! Delicious noodles soup, only the pastries were a bit dry, I guess they exposed to the air without cover. Bed was comfy, large room and nice decor

The sea view room offers an absolutely stunning view. The balcony directly faces the ocean, and you can even see the Guanyin statue

Waking up around 5 AM to watch the sunrise from the balcony, then going back to sleep, was incredibly peaceful. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vietnam

The place is suitable for those who want privacy. The hotel is located away from the tourist MUI ne, an isolated deserted beach, villas with swimming pool. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning

Everything was perfect. Breakfast really good, amenities also good. The only thing is that the coffee was the strongest coffee I ever had in my life

A magnificent hotel, and the location is great too. It's quiet despite the nearby construction. Everything is close by if you're traveling by car.

We had a room with a pool, it is very cool and compensates for the sea, which is not very swimmable. The view from the room was wonderful and it compensated for all the shortcomings of the hotel

If you want a comfortable room with a deep bathtub, a huge bed, access to a private beach area, a big pool overlooking a river, pick this place! A good choice for a relaxing stay

The pool bar service is very slow and there no one there to attend to you when you require service takes very long to recieve your drinks

Pools and Spas are great, I like like the village style of the resort, the A/C in our villa is strong enough, water pressure in the shower is great. The pool in our villa is clean, bed is comfortable

It is very clean and the whole resort is well maintained. I don’t understand why the management of this resort decided to use AI improved pictures

The staff was polite, the air conditioning worked, and breakfast was acceptable. By far, the hotel's biggest plus is its prime beachfront location

However, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. While it's advertised as being on the 'first line' (beachfront), you still need to cross a road to get there. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of options

This isn't our first stay here; we always make sure to book a room with a sea view. The stunning views are undoubtedly the hotel's biggest draw

Nice hotel, but very noisy if you stay in lower floors

On the downside: there weren't enough beach towels for everyone, and the elevators were under huge pressure. I stayed on the 25th floor, and during peak hours, it could take me about 10 minutes to get downstairs

The breakfast selection was pretty good, though I would have loved to see some fish and seafood options One of the highlights was the small gym and the pool on the 28th floor

This is quite uncomfortable as you lose all sense of time. There are no windows on the floor either. You have to go down to the first floor or up to the 27th/28th floor where the pool and smoking area are located

Especially night manager, Mr Jack, was very entertaining and friendly (a lot of giggles) and helpful assuring access to the gym after hours, and Ms Maria who approached me during breakfast, and offered further assistance with my travel plans

Clean hotel with wonderful views. It's placed in the center of Nha Trang. Everything that you need is close to it. Room service very helpful and happy. Totally recommend this place:)

After an initial misunderstanding, I was upgraded to a bigger room, with my preferred style bed, and the hotel staff went out of their way to satisfy my needs and improve my stay

There's a tour desk, but even after it closed, the receptionist took down all train times down for me, and offered to have the tickets brought to the room if necessary

Overall, a solid four star hotel, above Vietnam average, recommended by a difficult and needy traveler who is hard made satisfied
