The staffs are so professional and friendly, which makes me feel at home. I love swimming, and the pool in the hotel is clear and warm. The F&B is excellent with the food quality

The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. I felt it offered great value for money. They also provide free luggage storage and a lounge area, and the views are absolutely stunning

We stayed in a villa room, and the balcony opened right onto the beach. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable – I slept so well for two nights!

All the shops nearby are owned by Korean proprietors, so if you speak Korean, you won't even need English for dining or massages around here. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the welcome drink was excellent

There were many activities, but I was so relaxed that I didn't join most of them, except for a Saturday wine tasting. The wine was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful!

But we found a way out of the situation and ate mostly outside the hotel, there are many excellent cafes. Other than that, we really enjoyed staying here

The kitchen was a little disappointing, due to the large concentration of vacationers, there was not enough food and the food was not varied

Small resort, good if you just need a place to return and relax after chilling somewhere else. Reasonable price, and morning buffet taste better than The Cliff resort.

Nice and quiet place with lot of trees. The room need a lot to be desired though, look kind of old. Slippers and combs are not available inside the room, and the place should offer more services for entertainment

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the price is affordable. Although the hotel isn't newly renovated, the rooms are decent. However, the soundproofing isn't very good.

I think the location of this hotel is 10/10. The hotel is on the main beach and is surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants.

I've been staying here for a week. The breakfast is excellent for the price, the room is clean, there are hardly any Koreans, and the staff can communicate in both English and Korean

The girls at the counter work two shifts, but they're too busy: either a rude customer wants something, or they're busy delivering some goods, or they're checking in for registration

The breakfasts are excellent, and the receptionists are great. The cleaning is terrible, the floor is dirty.

Large room with panoramic view of the sea, city and mountains. There is a huge bathtub in the bathroom, although you can also take a shower in the cabin - it's an amateur's choice

I had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Novotel Nha Trang. My sea front was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed time on the terrace overlooking the beach. I found the staff to be very hospitable, and welcoming

Our room, 1210 faced the sea and had a balcony where it was possible to sunbathe up till late morning, before we lost the sun. Our room & toilet/shower room were clean and roomy

There's a guy on the beach right in front selling coconut ice cream – it's incredibly delicious! Highly recommend it. Of course, the beach out front is free, so it gets very crowded

Even late at night, there are people barbecuing on the beach, so it's not very quiet. The soundproofing isn't great, so if you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't really recommend it

The sea view room was absolutely stunning, and the service was perfect! The front desk helped with our luggage and even spoke a little Chinese. It's a shame we couldn't extend our stay because they were fully booked.

Right by the sea, not far from the famous Drip Coffee. The hotel staff don't speak Chinese. They offer complimentary fruit upon arrival

Pros: Very pleasant and helpful staff, always ready to assist. Good location - a lively area, right opposite the beach. Beach towels are also provided

We booked three nights; one night we checked in very late and didn't receive any, another night we had the 'do not disturb' sign on, so no fruit then either. The environment is pretty good, and it's great value for money

Stella Maris is located walking distance to My Khe beach and My Hanh Seafood restaurant. My sisters & I had a very good time there

The breakfast buffet offers a lot of good choices. I specifically love the crispy bacon, croissant and yoghurt. Will definitely recommend this hotel. I attached a view from our room

They immediately accommodated our request for extra beds as one of my sisters originally not included in this trip was able to join us. They even upgraded our room at no extra cost

The only thing that I can complain is the noise from the street in the early morning, it was quite annoying especially for light sleeper. The breakfast is very good though

We booked the Junior Suite Ocean View room and it is very good. The room is quite big and clean. The location is very good and also the service is excellent

The most impressive point is the distance to the beach. It just took only 2 min to beach. But the mail pool is under construction

The hotel is clean and the service is great. There are several leisure streets just a few blocks downstairs. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach, and a taxi ride to the airport takes about 15 minutes.

The room is big. The sea view from the bathroom is great. The food choice of breakfast changes every day.

The room was quite spacious, like a suite, with a sofa and a coffee table. It was also very quiet, and the beach was within walking distance

Everything was great, except for the sofa bed in the living room which wasn't very clean, and when I arrived, the showerhead in one bathroom was broken. However, these issues didn't affect my stay here

I took an apartment room Nice sea view, kind staffs and new facilities almost every thing is good One week point is swimming pool It is well managed, but i dont think water is clean (i saw some particles) But i am satisfied overall

Also on arrival the door wouldn’t lock so that needed major surgery also when I went to see the balcony I got caught up in the curtains which were torn to shreds top to bottom. In my view the staff were very unhelpful

The sea view room offers an absolutely stunning view. The balcony directly faces the ocean, and you can even see the Guanyin statue

Waking up around 5 AM to watch the sunrise from the balcony, then going back to sleep, was incredibly peaceful. The service was also excellent. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vietnam

The place is suitable for those who want privacy. The hotel is located away from the tourist MUI ne, an isolated deserted beach, villas with swimming pool. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning

Everything was perfect. Breakfast really good, amenities also good. The only thing is that the coffee was the strongest coffee I ever had in my life

We had a room with a pool, it is very cool and compensates for the sea, which is not very swimmable. The view from the room was wonderful and it compensated for all the shortcomings of the hotel

Welcome drinks (warm ginger tea) and cake were served which fit well with the winter weather (I believe this changes throughout seasons of the year). Luggages were delivered promptly after we checked into our room

I loved having a small balcony to dry clothes on or just relax with a cup of coffee. It's close to many attractions, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful

Cons: very bad smell in the bathroom, poor housekeeping services (the room was not clean, especially the balcony), awful breakfast (better to have no breakfast than this one) and fantastic violation of the basic security rules: the safety box was not screwed to the wall or furniture, so could be easily taken by a thief out of the room with all the valuables inside it! Loud music from the beach bars...

The hotel has about 20 floors and is practically close to the main beach in Nha Trang. You just need to cross the road. There is a restaurant and a cafe nearby. My room with a large balcony had a side view of the sea

The receptionists speak Russian, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Plus, there are 4 cafes nearby. The hotel is located right by the sea, which is a big plus

I didn't go to breakfast because it's too early for my standards: from 6:30-9:30, and I go to bed late. They should extend breakfast until 11 am. The pool is great for swimming, deep and spacious

The exit from the hotel is onto a side street, so you don't step out directly into a crowd of people and traffic

The rooms are nice and quite spacious, but the hotel is a bit tired and dated. If possible, choose a newer one.

I don't like that kind of furniture, it reminds me of old times. Also, be sure to bring an eye mask to sleep with. The sun reaches the room in the morning and if you're not an early riser, it could disturb your sleep

In General I will recommend the Sanouva Hotel Staff -all are polite and friendly , thanks to Ngoc ,Dat , phuoc , Qusng Buy, a malevstaff who always greeted us in simple Chinese words and I did not know his name , and massage therapist Loan Breakfast - multiple varieties and changed every day Afternoon tea - free from 3-4:30 pm Location -close to Han River, Han Market Room -spaciouz , sound insulation...

Drinks were a little overpriced too. Amenities were great (loved the pools and beach) but some of the rooms in the Villas could do with updating and repairing some of the furnishings

I only spent one night here due to an issue when booking flights but wish i had spent more time here. The facilities are clean and well maintained, more than enough sunbeds for the guests

I tried the massage therapist in Hon Tam resort(Nha Trang, vietnam)The staffs here were very friendly and accommodating, professional they greeted me as soon as i walked in and they talked to me with a calm patient calming voice

They provided me a herbal tea while waiting, it was delicious. The place looks luxurious, clean and quiet, not crowded. They have a locker room with the bath station for me to rinse my body after my massage(optional)

It was my first time here, so i bought the package called “pamper yourself” it was 1,050,000 vnd ($54 CAD)for 90 minutes. I think it’s a great deal to start with and for someone’s first time like me

Half of the island is solely used for the mud bath section of the various day trips visiting the island, which is then totally empty in the morning and evenings and makes for a nice peaceful walk

the location was a little weird but the beach nearby was lovely enough and there are a few local restaurants. the hotel offers bicycles and motorbikes to get around and also shuttle services for free

We went away for a quiet getaway from city life and that's what we got. We were only a 2 minute walk from the beach and off the main road which was nice too

very nice hotel rooms for the price. basic but comes with everything you need, fridge hair dryer etc. the staff were very lovely and helpful. breakfast was good and did the job
