Hotels on first line in Vietnam

It was facing another building, and the only thing we could see was a long, cemented wall. Maybe next time, if I go there, I would book a room with a sea view, or I'd book elsewhere

An excellent hotel right opposite the beautiful beach. The staff, service, restaurant, breakfast, rooms, cleanliness and ambiance are faultless. Without hesitation I would recommend this hotel to anybody

It’s a very nice hotel with a cafe on the lobby floor, delicious breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor with various options, a pool on the 20th, and a bar on the 21st. It also has bookable massages

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We ve a good stay and the hotel is near one of the famous beach. The hotel breakfast is good with lots of food choices.

They even give a cake with birthday songs for my daughter. I really really recommend Diamond Sea hotel

The free breakfast is a buffet of many varieties of foods, catering for many different cultures. The swimmibg pool area is lovely and the cocktails are cheap

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the building’s cozy and comfortable design, which immediately made me feel at home

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help

However, the premises is a bit old but fairly clean apart from some insects in the room and the towels have very strong chemicals smell (I presume they are coming from the laundry services the hotel uses )

The sound proofing is poor as the we can hear all the noises coming from next door where a Vietnam family (with kids). They have even stayed up until 1am and talking very loudly

The Hotel services are excellent with friendly and very helpful staff

This hotel is awesome, especially after the renovation. Pros: beachfront, at an intersection, good distance between hotels, not too tall so you don't wait long for the elevator, very green and beautifully decorated

The beach strip across the road is wide. There's a decent restaurant downstairs at the entrance, and shrimp garden buffets nearby. Breakfast has everything – fruits, meat, pho, you name it

The breakfast is good; the selection isn't huge, but it's there. We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a nice bonus. The decor is simple, but that wasn't a big deal for us

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's located right on the beachfront, just across the road from the beach, and offers beautiful views from the windows

The only downside was that the pool was under renovation

The staff were very kind and friendly, and there's even a Russian-speaking administrator who was helpful with booking excursions and taxis. If I come back, I'll definitely stay here again

The room is spacious, sea view is pretty good, walk 1min to beach! Very convient, close to lots of good resturant, highly recommended

Balcona hotel is ideally located in the heart of all the action. Across the road from a wonderful beach where swimming and relaxing is so good. We had a beach from view which was perfect for our holiday in Danang

However, they compensated us with an afternoon tea set and complimentary bottled water, although the bottles were too small. The staff were helpful, and they provided flip-flops suitable for walking on the beach

I am happy with experience here. Good location for travelling. Being surrounded by Coffeeshops and good restaurants. 2 mins of walking to the beach.

A somewhat dated hotel, well located, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was neither a chair nor a table on the balcony with direct sea view.

The hotel has also sunbeds on the beach (that is next to the hotel on the other side of the main road) + internet also in the beachclub

Hotel location in front beach is the very much love. Room is slightly Old but clean. Staff service is remarkable specially bell boy Hien (helpful) and Anh is fluently speaking English

Holiday Beach Da Nang has a perfect location. Front beach hotel with cabanas and lots of activities around. Loved the stay here. It’s also near the airport ✌🏻

Clean and comfortable hotel, we got a nice honeymoon decoration and a small fruit basket in the room. There was a construction site next door, so we asked for a solution to get another room for our second night

Good location, near the beach , stores and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness can be for sure improved by cleaning the entire room better (eg: armchair was stained). Good breakfast and nice pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We chose it based on reviews and photos, specifically looking for a room with a balcony, a good breakfast, and a ground-level pool within the hotel grounds, not on the rooftop

The location is absolutely superb, right in the very heart of the city! 😎 The sea is, no exaggeration, just a 4-minute walk away. There's a grocery store conveniently located nearby

The only minor drawback is the lack of a sea view, but you can easily walk there yourself, of course! :) Overall, we were very pleased with our stay! 😊

The staff were very welcoming, and room cleaning and linen changes happened daily. We opted for a room with breakfast and were very happy with it; the breakfasts were good – you definitely won't go hungry

Room Suite overlooking the sea, the view is gorgeous. At the reception you can get tickets on the sunbeds to the sea. For 220 baht /person, dinner is served at the pool tables with chafing dishes, make my own lunch

Nice hotel. Almost in the center. Walking distance to the beach. Attentive staff. At the reception some staff speak Russian. Know and understand English. A rich Breakfast buffet. Fresh fruit

I had a fantastic time staying here for a week

Good place to stay, room was gorgeous with views of the sea, it is necessary however to note that opposite the restaurant and there is loud music playing, but it's 11 PM already turned it off

The location was just perfect for its walking distance to the supermarket, and spa areas and across the road is the beach!! And the plus side it's good to catch the grab and get dropped off

Super! Clean and comfortable, the room has a kettle, safe, air conditioning. Enough food and there is a choice, on the beach provide shade, the beach across the road

Our first room was large and comfortable and our second room was even bigger with a fabulous bath for 2 and super comfy bed. We loved the rooftop pool, it was large and deep enough and had am amazing sea view

The 'private pool' on the balcony was also an overstatement, merely a small puddle. Considering the overall pricing, 1000 RMB (yuan) was a reasonable and acceptable price

While I understand that island hotels are inherently harder to maintain, the visible age still made for a bad impression. Most of the hotel staff had an indifferent service attitude, often with cold, 'poker faces

The overall service left a very low impression and fell far short of my expectations, perhaps because I had stayed at the InterContinental for the first two days, which offered the best service of this trip

The breakfast was generally mediocre; only the coffee tasted decent. The signature Vietnamese pho was not to my liking at all and had a very poor texture

The 'villa' advertised was actually just a standard room; it didn't have a second or third floor structure and couldn't be called a villa at all

The bathtub in the bathroom was yellowed and old, and the grout between the bathroom tiles was black and yellow, indicating very poor hygiene

The beach is a short walk away and beautiful, though be prepared for high sunbed fees (200k–400k VND). The Cons: -Deceptive Booking & Safety: We weren't informed of renovations on the floor above until check-in

Very nice location in the heart or Nha Trang , nice staff and beautiful swimming pool at the top of the building

Furthermore, while the staff claims to speak English, they were didn’t engage and weren’t friendly. Lacking Facilities: A 25-floor hotel with only two loungers and three chairs at the pool is unacceptable

Having stayed in many mid-range hotels across Thailand and Vietnam, the Erica Hotel and Beach was a major letdown. We booked Room 2501 (Signature Room), but the experience did not match the name

Substandard Room (2501): The "partial sea view" is just a glimpse through gaps in buildings. The fridge did not work, and despite there being two guests, they only ever left one coffee sachet

To hide the work, the hotel used privacy screens by the pool that blew over in the wind, hitting a guest. My husband had to take them all down himself for safety

I really can not recommend this hotel enough. From the moment you arrive to moment left they made you feel like royalty. Travelled with an elderly family member and she felt safe and special each day

Outstanding location only 400metres from the centre of the Ancient Town of Hoi An. The resort has excellent rooms, almost all with pool and or River view. Buffet breakfast offers an excellent choice for all tastes

One of the best resort in Hoi An I think. They have very good location with large campus. Beautiful public swimming pool. They also have a large venue for teambuilding right beside the Hoi An river

The hotel's decor features local characteristics, and it's very close to the walking street, making shopping convenient. They offer stand-alone villas with private swimming pools

Location was very good, river side pool was really nice, we really enjoyed our stay but initially we were upset as they have gave us the room which was not matching the room we booked but lately after asking they changed our room which was having proper town view was really nice

I'd recommend booking a sea-view room though, ours had absolutely no view (picture 3). The hotel itself was decent, good for just chilling out

Issues however included poor maintenance with broken bathtub plug, shower mixer, cracked tiles and some mould in basins. Pretty well designed architecturally and standing the test of time, but things are falling apart

The hotel is absolutely amazing! Location is perfect, the place is very natural, very calm and relaxing. Very friendly staff, tasty food and fabulous infinity pool

However, on the last day, I saw a cockroach near the bathtub, and some newly hatched ones too. I guess that's common in tropical areas, especially with fruit around

I really liked the hotel. Location, food and service are excellent. The hotel guests are mostly Russian, there were a few guests from China. There is one minus, there are few rooms with a balcony.

Everything is ok considering the price and quality, the location is great, everything is nearby. The room is old, a lot of things didn't work. Dirty tired gym without air conditioning

Good value for money,although very noisy because of the Zbeach bar,low quality house and techno music,compared to what we are used to in Belgium🙂(Tomorrow Land😎) But Nha Trang is a party city,so if you’re looking for quiet holiday,not in Nha Trang

Flexible! breakfast is great and aline with best resort class service request is speedy, there are whatssap chat and reply within minute normally the infinity pool is awesome! close to beachfront, clean and with towel and safety provision it's a bit remote, but its close to nature and like a heaven we live in family villa, rooms are big, many toilets! Need improvement: living room without air conditioning...

Me and my wife absolutely loved our honeymoon stay at the Mövenpick Villa and resorts in Phu Quoc, got a lovely sea view room on a higher floor thanks to my Accor gold. Enjoyed the food a lot, buffet’s were exquisite

Delicious breakfasts, a large but cold pool. There's no real grounds to speak of (just two buildings and the pool). The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away (towels are provided by the hotel), but sun loungers cost extra

Pool is shady and noisy from a generator next door that goes off all the time and staring at what looks like a warehouse. Work going on in the hotel so main doors closed to pool

Then, the TV remote control is cracked with 2 big holes, Aircon control not working properly and a damaged 3 seater sofa. After 11pm, nobody will answer the phone

The room was quiet and the location felt safe. We ran out of toilet paper every day so it would have been nice to be given more than one roll per day. The air conditioning was very strong, almost too strong at times

The coffee provided at the breakfast buffet was always cold, even after we complained. My wife poured a glass of fruit juice that had bugs in it (see photo)

We were told the tour we wanted to book was not available on the days we were there

There is a seafood restaurant downstairs and many massage parlors nearby. I will definitely come back next time. It was a great accommodation experience

But the most important thing is the hotel's location – everything you need is close by, and the sea is close by! The view from the window overlooking the sea and Vinpearl Island is stunning

There's free secure parking, which is very important in Nha Trang. It's the perfect place to relax and recharge

Vanda hotel was a great experience the staff are excellent very helpfull nothing was too much trouble hotel was very clean good breakfast very busy , maybe the bar/resteraunt could be open abit more hours wise , but everything else was great i would and have recomended this hotel to freinds

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, though the heavy traffic right outside makes parking a hassle. Be aware that check-in is strictly at 2 PM, and early check-in incurs a fee

The hotel is located in the northern part of Nha Trang, there is public transport, the hotel is close to the sea, but it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, the pool and fitness room are available until 18:00, breakfast and drinks, even coffee are very cold

The sea in this part of the city is clean, the beach is under the windows. The food is specific, you can go to restaurants, there are many of them around and inexpensive

Swimming Pool is very very nice but ashame i couldnt use it as my stomach hadnt been so well if ya know what i mean. All in all i had a very comfortable stay and would return again in future

Amazing hotel with the best service I've ever had. They accommodated our every need and we're so polite. Breakfast was sufficient but a bit more attention to keeping vegetarian food separate would be better

It's quiet, even though it's near a market. Housekeeping is poor; they only change the bedding if you ask. Otherwise, the room is spacious and new. Breakfast is typical for Asia, but they do have scrambled eggs
