The room was decent, but the hotel was very crowded. We had to queue to check in and again for breakfast. The beach was great, and the pool had foam parties in the afternoon along with waterslides, which was a lot of fun

The high-rise views are stunning, with an expansive sea stretching to the horizon. The beach is of high quality, perfect for swimming and playing in the water, and the sand is incredibly fine

The swimming pool area has a dedicated kids' slide and play pool, as well as four extra-long water slides suitable for both adults and children, offering great entertainment

Absolutely loved it! This family-friendly hotel is fantastic and offers incredible value for money. The sea views of Cam Ranh Bay were also breathtaking – it exceeded all my expectations.

On the downside: there are many small flies outdoors; ordering food is inconvenient and takes a long time; the breakfast restaurant is crowded and chaotic, though the breakfast itself is decent; and there's not much to explore nearby, so you're pretty much confined to the hotel

The beach was indeed just so-so, but the hotel facilities were quite good, and there were plenty of activities for kids. Plus, using the Ctrip group-buy voucher made it even more of a bargain

I can tell you my comments: Smoking should be prohibited near the pools and near the sun loungers on the beach; Glassware should be prohibited near the pools, as I saw a guest break a bottle near the children's pool, and the next day, a child cut their leg in the same place; People in swimsuits and mesh beach dresses should not be allowed in the restaurant; Room cleaners should be more attentive (they...

The resort boasts beautiful, well-maintained grounds and access to a pristine private beach, which was absolutely breathtaking. The pools were fantastic and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful

The hotel location is close to night market and walk 10 minutes to the beach. The breakfast changes everyday and it is good. Overall, my family is happy with this hotel.

The room was cleaned daily and was always clean. I was also pleased to see a gym on site. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The breakfasts are delicious, but if you're staying longer, the food will be repetitive

I stayed at Libra Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of food options to choose from every morning

Sitting in the rattan chair, feeling the sea breeze and listening to the waves, all my fatigue just melted away

The Good: • Service: The staff here are attentive, friendly, and quick to help. • Breakfast: High-quality ingredients and a great mix of local and international dishes

• Facilities: Great pool and Kids Club, though be sure to check the pricing as it can vary. The Not-So-Good: • Location & Logistics: The hotel is a bit isolated. There aren't many time slots, and the seats fill up fast

This luxury hotel location is away from city centre , however they provide complimentary shuttle services to Danang n Hoi An They have many pools, long nice clean private beach

So many different swimming pools to choose from, close to the beach which was totally absent of people. Highly recommend this resort

Also got great support from Huong and Trinh, who even helped me recover a Bluetooth speaker I’d forgotten. Amazing staff and hotel, highly recommend!

Which is in the city of Vung Tau. First time staying at this hotel. All required essential like toothbrush are provided in hotel room

Good organization of the room yet the environment are not so recommended because the smoking is everywhere!

The location is also excellent—very close to the center and to the boats, which made getting around super easy. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the hotel was with our dietary needs

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff were amazing—so welcoming and helpful. We came as two families with five children and got four rooms. All the rooms were very clean and well equipped

Since we keep kosher, they kindly let us use their restaurant kitchen to cook our own food. That kind of flexibility and kindness made a huge difference for us

Spa was closed and hotel had no facilities. Had to move to another hotel which is related to their group. Room was spacious and ok but you could smell that people smoked there before

The view from the property is decent. It's not bad for the price. There are a lot of Korean package tourists. The location isn't ideal, as there aren't any restaurants or convenience stores nearby.

If you're here for tourism, don't bother here; you won't be able to get to the center by taxi. The sea is 20 meters away, but the beach is about 1 km away. They take a $100 deposit upon check-in

5 stars, but the sun loungers near the pool are broken, the upper floors of the restaurant are closed, if you think you'll be dining on the 36th floor in January and looking at the view, you won't get it, they probably only open in season

There's limited European food, but it tastes disgusting and looks strange. I've stayed in many hotels with Chinese staff, but the food has always been decent for Europeans. The location is out of this world

Upon checkout, I noticed I was waiting for my money back, and the Chinese people were just leaving. Apparently, they didn't take a deposit. A disgrace for a 5-star hotel

So you're thinking, every day of your vacation, they'll deduct your money for the scratches on the table or the stain on the chair that were there before you left

Just checked out from this hotel and I absolutely have to leave a review! The location is incredibly convenient; it's right next to a subway station, making it super quick to get to all the major attractions and shopping areas

Very nice hotel! Great help with the luggage and the beds were lovely. However the pool was FREEZING! It would take you 10 minutes to get used for it and 15 minutes later you would start to get cold. Overall very good! ?

Enjoy staying in Muong Thanh Hotel's, network through out Vietnam. I get free upgrade & early check-in as well. Beside all Muong Thanh Hotel comfortable to stay, friendly English speaking staff & many choice of Breakfast

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even went out of their way to recommend local eateries, which was a really thoughtful touch

The room was spotless and well-maintained. The bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep

The shower and jacuzzi is too dark. The pool doesnt look clean, but it's part of the nature. The resort swimming pool is very nice though! Great food at Coconutz Bar and Beach House

Located far away from shops but got free bus to bring you to nearby night market but limited seats and have to reserve early. Hotel room is very nice renovated. And the big swimming pool is a big highlights.

The hotel's location is super convenient for taking a boat ride on the river to see the night views. Getting to Han Market takes about a 15-minute walk, and the area around the hotel is quite lively

If you're looking for a massage, you'll have to head over to the market area

When we asked why could she not give us a straight answer, another staff told us that she is new and apologised. We wasted over half an hour waiting around when we could have been in our room

The pool and breakfast was a major highlight of the resort. The breakfast buffet has small changes everyday so it was always a nice surprise. The only restaurant at the resort (at least that was open) was decent

Spacious room with a modern feel, close to the beach and in the Superior room (ours was room 1406) we had a wonderful balcony with sea view, out of the sun. Large pool shame it's indoors and dark with no sunshine

It's lukewarm Vietnamise style food with awful coffee. However good coffee shop downstairs. Bathroom floor floods because there is no shower screen. Little far away from the action / main beach but only a 15-20 min walk

bed was a bit firm and I asked the house keeping to put something on it to soften it The indoor pool is mildly cool

Overall, I'd recommend it, though the breakfast might not be very varied during the off-season

When I asked where the sauna was, the pool janitor angrily said No. Everything else was okay.

The hotel is right in Nha Trang city, just across the road from the Pacific Ocean. All the sea-view rooms offer a 90-degree side view of the sea. The sound of the waves at night can be quite loud

Facilities: On par with a local 5-star, slightly below international 5-star standards. Cleanliness: Generally clean and hygienic, but there's room for improvement in the details

Poor transparency in regard to swimming pool slides and activities for kids considering it’s a resort for familes

Other than that the vibes is really relaxing aside from loud music going on in front for the water show at night. It was nice however, we doesn't get to enjoy it since our toddler wasn't feeling well

It is a resort so a little out of the way from Da Nang central area. However it is a perfect family getaway with restaurants and entertainment area right at your door

The place wasn't what I would said clean clean cause there's dusts in the shelves and the closet. Definitely will recommend trying this place out

Great location to the beach. Clean room but amenities not fully provided such as toothbrush and razor blade which is unlikely for a 5 star hotel.

Buffets breakfast was tasty even though seems not much to eat but good enough as breakfast. Our family enjoyed the pool a lot, small but not crowded, also they served you water while you sat

The room window opens up to the sea, offering beautiful surroundings. The room is clean, and the front desk staff can speak Chinese.

The room and service were both great. I stayed for two nights, and on the last day, the breakfast area floor was a bit dirty. I bought a pomelo and peeled it perfectly.

Service seemed geared toward Russian tourists which was fine the majority of the visitors seemed to be russian but I think putting signs up for guests should mean you also have Vietnamese and English

Great place to stay, large clean rooms, heat swimming pools, breakfast is better than average.  Great location, beside the ocean, great m, views.  The staff are truly amazing, very helpful and go beyond to help people.

Perfect location, great service, 24/7 reception service. The beautiful view of the beach from all the windows of the hotel, very delicious breakfast. They even allowed us to take food to our rooms

Service was great, location was great, and the hotel was very clean, very good gym. If I had one compliant, it would be they need more elevators. Wait times can be a little long during peak time

In addition, the hotel lifts were shared with the public gym goers and sometimes it was crowded and we had to wait for subsequent rounds. This made the stay unpleasant

Stay was pleasant and staff was prompt to respond to staff request. The downside is that the middle hotel lift was not working for the 3 days that we were there

The location is perfect: only 5 minutes’ walk to the beach, and there’s a 24-hour convenience store right downstairs, which is so convenient. The ocean-view pool has beautiful views and clean water
