The accommodation environment is quite good, and the service is very friendly. The location in the city center is super convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Agarwood Tower

we had stayed at this place before, we were impressed by the hotel's strategic location and cleanliness so we decided to stay here again

due to the peak season, our rooms weren't available so the hotel offered us a family ocean room with direct sea view. we had a pleasant stay and wonderful experience

The only thing that could be improved is the gym, where some of the equipment wasn't working and really needs repairing or upgrading. The breakfasts were very good and catered well for Westerners

This is also a Marriott property, but the breakfast here isn't as rich as the Marriott next door. You're also not allowed to go into the sea, only use the pool

The resort is big with spacious rooms facing the pool or the sea. It’s so big that you can request for buggy service to your room if you are far away

The outdoor pool is absolutely stunning! It's a top choice if you're looking for a hotel to relax at with kids

Stayed at Sheraton Grand Da Nang Resort and overall had a great experience. Beautiful beachfront location, a massive pool, and a clean beach with a lifeguard—perfect for a relaxing stay

I hope they can set up a safe swimming area by the beach so guests can enjoy the ocean

The staff were outstanding and provided excellent service throughout. However, the resort is a bit far from the city, and the rooms feel small for a 5-star property with no proper seating apart from the bed

You step out of the lobby directly onto the lakefront, and the lake view is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was quite rich, offering Chinese, Western, Indian, and local Vietnamese options

Bathroom has double basins, bathtub and showerroom with rain shower. But the room decor is a bit old. The swimming pool is a bliss in the tropical heat. There are several restaurants and all day room service too

The only thing that upset - storm sea. For fans of pool is on the beach. The entire hotel staff thank you for staying. Recommended for leisure travelers

We stayed one night at the Imperial Hotel. The location is good, but the service is terrible, if not worse. First: At the beach area, there was no towel station

Don't wait for a long time without knowing. There is a noise problem, but the air conditioner is quiet and smoking is allowed on the balcony. The water quality is not good, so bring a shower filter

Large resort , very tired and needs a refurbishment but friendly helpful staff. Reception rectified problems with compensation . Not enough Sunbefs at pools or beach .

The service is excellent; they help with luggage to the room and at check-out. The private beach is really nice, with hammocks, giving it a very tropical feel

The hotel has been renovated, but some of the furniture is still a bit old, though it doesn't affect its use. There's only one power outlet that doesn't require an adapter; the others don't fit

I also booked a day trip to Hoi An directly at reception. It was very affordable and super convenient, which made planning easy and stress-free. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations

I checked out the rooftop pool – it's good for photos, but in February, the weather is a bit too chilly for a proper swim. You can definitely enjoy the beach though. This hotel seems relatively new

My stay at Paracel was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area

There's a guy on the beach right in front selling coconut ice cream – it's incredibly delicious! Highly recommend it. Of course, the beach out front is free, so it gets very crowded

Even late at night, there are people barbecuing on the beach, so it's not very quiet. The soundproofing isn't great, so if you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't really recommend it

The sea view room was absolutely stunning, and the service was perfect! The front desk helped with our luggage and even spoke a little Chinese. It's a shame we couldn't extend our stay because they were fully booked.

Right by the sea, not far from the famous Drip Coffee. The hotel staff don't speak Chinese. They offer complimentary fruit upon arrival

We booked three nights; one night we checked in very late and didn't receive any, another night we had the 'do not disturb' sign on, so no fruit then either. The environment is pretty good, and it's great value for money

The rooftop pool itself is awesome, beautiful view of the beach below and the pool area is pretty too. I didn't eat in the Japanese restaurant on the roof, but I got sushi roll room service and it was bomb

The staff are all accommodating and try to help you with anything you need. I felt bad when I arrived, because the bellhop took my bag up to my room when I checked in and it was pretty heavy

Very comfortable with a sea view, but it gets a bit noisy at night and the hotel didn't intervene. If you need quiet, you might want to consider another place. The beach is within easy walking distance, very close by.

It's a 10-minute drive to the beach, or about a 20-minute walk, which we did on the first day. There are several shops nearby with everything you could need, including one that sells spirits and wine

The hotel is located right on the river, near a pedestrian bridge. The location is super convenient: you can easily walk to the beach or Dragon Bridge. EuroVillage is also nearby, which is a great place to hang out

The buffet breakfast we chose as part of the room package was huge from fresh juices, omelets Pho they cater to all nationalities for food choices. The drinks not only beautiful looking but delish

All staff were service oriented always cheerful and happy, they spoke good english and some spoke other languages like Russian

We extended our stay from two nights to 5 nights and plan to come back when in Mui Ne again

It was nice but not the greatest experience for the price. Mainly catered to white folks, and I can understand why$ The layout and landscape was very nice, with many exotic tropical plants, flowers and coconut trees

As a goodwill gesture, we were given two complimentary massage vouchers, which we appreciate, although the original issue remains. The ocean view room turned out to be garden view with only a distant partially view

We were informed that true ocean view rooms were reserved for returning guests, which appears to be hotel managment policy rather that front desk issue. Room change was offered only after two days

But! There is a huge PLUS!!! The price of the hotel is very affordable! We booked for 57 thousand for 2 weeks for three for a villa-bungalow! Everything you need is there: simple and beach towels, shower accessories, flip-flops, a refrigerator, a kettle The location is super! The beach is beautiful, wide, the entrance to the sea is excellent

We had a great trip with great service and delicious food here. The resort gave us a lot of fun activities both indoor and outdoor here. We had chill days on the beach and enjoyed our lovely time to look around 😍

We had a cabin right off the beach, great place for a relaxing getaway. The fixtures and furniture is showing it's age, but most time will be spent on the porch or beach anyway. Short walk to some good restaurant as well

Now the 5-story building is being demolished, the hotel has reoriented itself to domestic tourists, who are brought in huge crowds for 1-2 days. Breakfasts are modest, monotonous

I arrived at the airport in the middle of the night, and the hotel's pick-up service, which I had booked, was nowhere to be found. I called the hotel, and the front desk hung up on me

The service is also great, and there are plenty of loungers by the beach and pool. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit

The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, not noisy, perfect for a pleasant evening. One small note: the sea here usually has some natural sediment, so the water is more cloudy compared to La Veranda

All spa inclusive was amazing!!! Swimming pools have shallow part suitable for young children. Kids menu is good and its free. Kids play could have more toys, and the TV should not be turned on at all times

Beautiful environment, convenient for the airport, and there's a shuttle bus to the city center. Taxis are also readily available. It's great for families with a farm and a swimming pool for kids.

This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel in Nha Trang! The environment, service, cleanliness, and facilities are all top-notch. Plus, they offer a free spa session every day (though you need to book in advance)

The only good thing is that the room has a sea view. There is no hand soap even in the room’s bathroom. I am not talking about shower jel or shampoo. Also in the other restrooms they use poor quality soap

Restroom cleaning also shocked me. The restaurant was a completely disappointed. There is definitely not enough variety. There was no salt,pepper or any sauce on the tables. There is no protection between you and stove

While I am having my eggs hot oil pumped up on us. Also there was a weird water pumping or drain sound coming from the ceiling, and never stopped. If you have any issues about such things… think carefully

It's just okay. The hygiene is pretty decent, better than average. Overall, it's a place you could consider staying at, but it really depends on personal preference.

Compared to ArtNest, the breakfast isn't as good, but everything else is pretty similar! However, on the second day, I was moved to a sea-view suite on the 10th floor, and the ocean view from there was quite nice!

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Nha Trang Beach, about a 3-4 minute walk away. I was originally booked at the Artnest Hotel next door but they didn't have a room, so I was moved here

The hotel just located close to the attractive place of interest and beach, the famous mud bath just one floor below the lobby, the room was very comfortable and the staff was relativity friendly

This hotel is excellent. The buffet is delicious, and it's conveniently located near everything, including the airport shuttle.
