The hotel is in a prime beachside location, with the sand just steps away—can’t beat that view! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay

That said, the beach area gets quite crowded, especially in the afternoon. If you want a good spot or a sunbed, be prepared to go early or wait. It would’ve been nicer if the hotel had more seating reserved for guests

What an amazing hotel! We enjoyed every minute staying there! The staff was amazing, the breakfast was great! Lots of food and variety! The food at the restaurant for dinner was great and really good value, great presentation! The beach side had their sunbeds and umbrellas

On the roof there is a pool and a Minibar, the hotel also offers a gym,we were once all along the waterfront there are lots of outdoor fitness equipment,outdoors,near the sea,it is foolish to sit in the hotel and sweating in a closed room)the Breakfast is delicious but not very filling, lots of fruit and vegetables on the one hand plus,easy healthy Breakfast,but my husband was unhappy little meat,...

Just a few minutes' walk from the beach and very conveniently located. It's less than a 30-minute taxi ride to the train station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were also very friendly.

There are many hotels along Nha Trang beach, but this one is located on the outskirts, far from the city center. Getting around for meals requires taking a taxi, which is quite inconvenient

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. I wasn't thrilled with the location, it's beachfront but you'll have to walk a bit to get to the center. The breakfasts were decent, we always had enough to eat

This hotel has so much untapped potential. Their 5 star rating seems to be self proclaimed. In the photos, you see several lounge chairs at the pool

The hotel is decent, though there's no sea view, just a view of the neighboring building. The staff is friendly and polite! The room isn't big and also faces the adjacent building

There's construction nearby, but plenty of cafes and karaoke spots where you can have a great time! The pool is very cold, but you can still take a dip!

The bedding was clean and spotless, and each person got two pillows, which was great! The staff quickly resolved any issues that came up (the AC wasn't working well upon check-in, then the safe batteries died), everything was fixed promptly

The breakfast on days that they have a lot of guests is very good, but when they're not full, the options felt like a homeless kitchen. I've had better wifi in hostels. Upon check-in, they want to keep your passport

I’m very happy with my stay at Gonsala Hotel. The room looked exactly like in the photos — clean, modern, and well-maintained. It was also surprisingly spacious — much larger than rooms in many other hotels

But the best part was the location — absolutely perfect! I didn’t miss anything: the New Year fireworks and the morning lion dance were happening right in front of the hotel

I was genuinely impressed by how much space there was for a double room. The facilities were new, and the breakfast selection was quite generous

I was also delighted to find a complimentary plate of fresh fruit waiting in my room — a lovely touch

Neat and Tidy hotel. Has a lovely rooftop pool with a beautiful view. There's also bar service. All working here are very helpful.

This is also a Marriott property, but the breakfast here isn't as rich as the Marriott next door. You're also not allowed to go into the sea, only use the pool

The resort is big with spacious rooms facing the pool or the sea. It’s so big that you can request for buggy service to your room if you are far away

The outdoor pool is absolutely stunning! It's a top choice if you're looking for a hotel to relax at with kids

Stayed at Sheraton Grand Da Nang Resort and overall had a great experience. Beautiful beachfront location, a massive pool, and a clean beach with a lifeguard—perfect for a relaxing stay

I hope they can set up a safe swimming area by the beach so guests can enjoy the ocean

The staff were outstanding and provided excellent service throughout. However, the resort is a bit far from the city, and the rooms feel small for a 5-star property with no proper seating apart from the bed

I also booked a day trip to Hoi An directly at reception. It was very affordable and super convenient, which made planning easy and stress-free. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations

I checked out the rooftop pool – it's good for photos, but in February, the weather is a bit too chilly for a proper swim. You can definitely enjoy the beach though. This hotel seems relatively new

My stay at Paracel was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area

If you’d like to live by the beach area this hotel is perfect. Lots of things to do especially at night, it can get a little noisy if you keep your balcony window open. Beautiful view, beautiful sunset every evening

The location is a big plus – just across the street from the beach, and there's a seafood BBQ right downstairs. The ocean view room really did offer a beautiful sunrise

This resort is absolutely perfect, from the service to the ambiance, facilities, and food – everything is impeccable! The beach has soft sand and is great for snorkeling; you can see small fish, coral, and even sea urchins! The seawater pool is incredibly refreshing to swim in

The rooftop pool itself is awesome, beautiful view of the beach below and the pool area is pretty too. I didn't eat in the Japanese restaurant on the roof, but I got sushi roll room service and it was bomb

The staff are all accommodating and try to help you with anything you need. I felt bad when I arrived, because the bellhop took my bag up to my room when I checked in and it was pretty heavy

It was nice but not the greatest experience for the price. Mainly catered to white folks, and I can understand why$ The layout and landscape was very nice, with many exotic tropical plants, flowers and coconut trees

As a goodwill gesture, we were given two complimentary massage vouchers, which we appreciate, although the original issue remains. The ocean view room turned out to be garden view with only a distant partially view

We were informed that true ocean view rooms were reserved for returning guests, which appears to be hotel managment policy rather that front desk issue. Room change was offered only after two days

But! There is a huge PLUS!!! The price of the hotel is very affordable! We booked for 57 thousand for 2 weeks for three for a villa-bungalow! Everything you need is there: simple and beach towels, shower accessories, flip-flops, a refrigerator, a kettle The location is super! The beach is beautiful, wide, the entrance to the sea is excellent

We had a great trip with great service and delicious food here. The resort gave us a lot of fun activities both indoor and outdoor here. We had chill days on the beach and enjoyed our lovely time to look around 😍

We had a cabin right off the beach, great place for a relaxing getaway. The fixtures and furniture is showing it's age, but most time will be spent on the porch or beach anyway. Short walk to some good restaurant as well

I arrived at the airport in the middle of the night, and the hotel's pick-up service, which I had booked, was nowhere to be found. I called the hotel, and the front desk hung up on me

The service is also great, and there are plenty of loungers by the beach and pool. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit

The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, not noisy, perfect for a pleasant evening. One small note: the sea here usually has some natural sediment, so the water is more cloudy compared to La Veranda

The fish and seafood were perfectly cooked, and the sauces were well balanced without overpowering the dishes. Service was calm, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive

All spa inclusive was amazing!!! Swimming pools have shallow part suitable for young children. Kids menu is good and its free. Kids play could have more toys, and the TV should not be turned on at all times

Beautiful environment, convenient for the airport, and there's a shuttle bus to the city center. Taxis are also readily available. It's great for families with a farm and a swimming pool for kids.

The only good thing is that the room has a sea view. There is no hand soap even in the room’s bathroom. I am not talking about shower jel or shampoo. Also in the other restrooms they use poor quality soap

Exellent location, is very near night market ,beach ,a just minuit walked through. This is the second time of my stay. However the buffet is not good enough

Everything was good, just a bit noisy. Everything is close by.

Restroom cleaning also shocked me. The restaurant was a completely disappointed. There is definitely not enough variety. There was no salt,pepper or any sauce on the tables. There is no protection between you and stove

While I am having my eggs hot oil pumped up on us. Also there was a weird water pumping or drain sound coming from the ceiling, and never stopped. If you have any issues about such things… think carefully

It's just okay. The hygiene is pretty decent, better than average. Overall, it's a place you could consider staying at, but it really depends on personal preference.

Compared to ArtNest, the breakfast isn't as good, but everything else is pretty similar! However, on the second day, I was moved to a sea-view suite on the 10th floor, and the ocean view from there was quite nice!

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Nha Trang Beach, about a 3-4 minute walk away. I was originally booked at the Artnest Hotel next door but they didn't have a room, so I was moved here

The hotel just located close to the attractive place of interest and beach, the famous mud bath just one floor below the lobby, the room was very comfortable and the staff was relativity friendly

Paint was peeling off around the windows and had not been cleaned properly. The swimming pool closed already at 5 PM, had no lighting, while the access card indicated opening hours until 9:30 PM

That means eating the food here, probability of food poisining is close to zero. The pool is wide enough to do some laps. It is clean but you do get some kind of leaf dropping from the palm trees in the late hours

TTC Hotel in Phan Thiet is a 1 minute walk to the beach. There's a cafe right outside where locals come and enjoy sitting outside with their viet coffee

It was a bit smaller and had a small window, so there wasn’t much natural light, but the room size was still comfortable overall. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and appreciated the service
