The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Nha Trang Beach, about a 3-4 minute walk away. I was originally booked at the Artnest Hotel next door but they didn't have a room, so I was moved here

The hotel just located close to the attractive place of interest and beach, the famous mud bath just one floor below the lobby, the room was very comfortable and the staff was relativity friendly

A decent place close to the beach. The breakfast menu is limited though. Also, the stairs leading to the hotel need railings.

Compared to ArtNest, the breakfast isn't as good, but everything else is pretty similar! However, on the second day, I was moved to a sea-view suite on the 10th floor, and the ocean view from there was quite nice!

This hotel is excellent. The buffet is delicious, and it's conveniently located near everything, including the airport shuttle.

An average beachfront hotel in Danang with no bad experience staying there for 2 nights.

It had all kinds of machine, but also felt like a warehouse with everything stuffed in together. The pool was under maintenance and they offered that we use the pool of the hotel in the next building

The room was nice and spacious for two people. And the staff were friendly. The noise from the 4th floor was a bit loud but it stopped before bedtime.

The island itself is a bit boring, so picking a good hotel is really important! ✅ The facilities are perfect, everything you need is there: a gym, a stunning swimming pool, a private beach, an open-air restaurant/bar, and an outdoor bar with a schedule and movie screenings in the evening

The sunset was absolutely stunning, and the hotel beach is the perfect spot to watch it

If there were ten stars, I'd give this hotel ten stars! When you're in Phu Quoc, definitely choose a five-star hotel like this one

The hotel is right in front of the beach and it even has kind of "private" beach, which is an advantage (don't forget to ask for the coupon at the reception to have free access to the private part of the beach)

Located away from the busier area towards the south. Nearer to cable car station. Good thing is they have free sun bed for use at the beach. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. For the price, it’s value for money.

On the ground floor, there's a fitness center with treadmills, dumbbells, and a ping-pong table. The staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The area is great because it's relatively quiet compared to Nha Trang

It's a bit far from the main tourist spots – about 4 km to Mui Ne village, 4 km to PitStop cafes, and around 6 km to the Jump fitness complex. However, there are two windsurfing schools right next to the hotel

Hotel location in front beach is the very much love. Room is slightly Old but clean. Staff service is remarkable specially bell boy Hien (helpful) and Anh is fluently speaking English

Clean and comfortable hotel, we got a nice honeymoon decoration and a small fruit basket in the room. There was a construction site next door, so we asked for a solution to get another room for our second night

Room Suite overlooking the sea, the view is gorgeous. At the reception you can get tickets on the sunbeds to the sea. For 220 baht /person, dinner is served at the pool tables with chafing dishes, make my own lunch

The location was just perfect for its walking distance to the supermarket, and spa areas and across the road is the beach!! And the plus side it's good to catch the grab and get dropped off

Super! Clean and comfortable, the room has a kettle, safe, air conditioning. Enough food and there is a choice, on the beach provide shade, the beach across the road

My special thanks go to the front desk staff, especially to the two ladies (one with short hair cut and one with long hair and wears a pair of glass) and one male staff (who warmly received us in the late night of Oct 1)! I really enjoyed my stay there

The hotel is so lucky to have a team of extremely kind and helpful staff! I’ve “bothered” the front desk a few times regarding tennis coach booking and lost items. They’ve handled everything professionally and nicely

Coming back, it was hard to time the shuttle, so we just took a Grab! The pool was also large and great, but I couldn't go swimming because of the chilly weather and the risk of catching a cold, which was a pity

The pool was amazing and the weather was unbeatable. One thing I like the most is that they serve breakfast until 11:00 am! If I have to be picky, I would say that the room decoration is a bit outdated

The hotel has its own private beach, but there weren't enough sun loungers. The sea was dirty; I didn't swim. There's a nice bar on the beach, perfect for watching the sunset. Live performers entertained every day

The hotel is a bit old but has a good location. We booked a garden-view bungalow in the second row, and I liked that the beach was right there. Breakfasts were decent, you wouldn't go hungry

My bungalow room was spacious, but there was a sewage smell that I asked to have fixed for two days. The sea in this part of the beach is definitely not for swimming; it smells of sewage and fish

There's no point in paying extra for a sea-view bungalow, as the view isn't great – you can see all the sunbeds and hear all the conversations

The hotel is definitely run-down and doesn't live up to a 4-star rating; it barely even reaches some 3-star standards. Breakfasts are varied, but they don't always restock items, so it's best to go around 8 AM

Issues however included poor maintenance with broken bathtub plug, shower mixer, cracked tiles and some mould in basins. Pretty well designed architecturally and standing the test of time, but things are falling apart

Would still consider returning if looking for a quiet serene resort away from town, but will probably splurge on something better and higher quality in a different city like Da Nang next time

The hotel is located in the northern part of Nha Trang, there is public transport, the hotel is close to the sea, but it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, the pool and fitness room are available until 18:00, breakfast and drinks, even coffee are very cold

The sea in this part of the city is clean, the beach is under the windows. The food is specific, you can go to restaurants, there are many of them around and inexpensive

The food did not sit well with my stomach. Such a shame as it does not match with the hotels standards. Im assuming that it caters more so to the many chinese and korean tour groups that use the hotel

There are too many room types but basically lined up in four levels connected by a ship like cable car. The levels are Heaven, Sky, Earth and Beach (Few detached houses, Spa, restaurants, pubs, beach)

This hotel has a lot of character! It's located in a lively, bustling area, right across from Jingang Supermarket. The hotel itself isn't huge, but the service is excellent

Despite being surrounded by dense jungle, there were surprisingly no bugs, and I saw staff actively spraying for pests. It was a thoroughly satisfying stay

The service was warm and friendly, and the location is great. The massage parlor behind the hotel was also very good. It's right next to My Khe Beach; you just have to go downstairs and cross the road to get there
