The shower and jacuzzi is too dark. The pool doesnt look clean, but it's part of the nature. The resort swimming pool is very nice though! Great food at Coconutz Bar and Beach House

The hotel's location is super convenient for taking a boat ride on the river to see the night views. Getting to Han Market takes about a 15-minute walk, and the area around the hotel is quite lively

If you're looking for a massage, you'll have to head over to the market area

When we asked why could she not give us a straight answer, another staff told us that she is new and apologised. We wasted over half an hour waiting around when we could have been in our room

We also dined at the on-site restaurant, which featured top-notch service and surprisingly reasonable prices. For example, the grilled chicken with rice and salad was about 150k VND, and desserts were around 100k VND

Gym: The gym is fantastic—well-equipped with modern machines and a beautiful view to motivate your workout. Premises: The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful and a joy to explore on foot

Location: Perfectly situated between the airport and Nha Trang, this resort offers the ideal balance of convenience and seclusion for a relaxing getaway

Food: We loved the breakfast! There was an excellent variety of options that changed each day, keeping things interesting

The environment is great. The transportation is very convenient. The service is excellent, and everything is clean.

The swimming pool area has a dedicated kids' slide and play pool, as well as four extra-long water slides suitable for both adults and children, offering great entertainment

The beach was indeed just so-so, but the hotel facilities were quite good, and there were plenty of activities for kids. Plus, using the Ctrip group-buy voucher made it even more of a bargain

The hotel has many pools, a nice beach, good breakfast. Downsides: the prices in the only shop they have onsite are 4 times higher than in a normal shop. Too many people on the breakfast and the crowd gets pretty wild

The high-rise views are stunning, with an expansive sea stretching to the horizon. The beach is of high quality, perfect for swimming and playing in the water, and the sand is incredibly fine

This hotel could be compared to the Sanya Tianyu Hotel in China. The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are spacious and the beach is beautiful. However, the decor feels outdated

The best part was that my little one caught a bit of a cold from the sea breeze, and the hotel actually had a professional come to check on them and administer cold medicine! I was so impressed – that's a level of detailed family-friendly service I haven't experienced in many hotels in other countries

Bed is big too! But the sound proof in the room is poor, can literally hear anything and everything when someone passes by. Hotel breakfast is in big varieties but taste is not the best for me

The facilities are quite new, and the swimming pool is massive with dining options on both sides, so you can eat right after your swim. The landscaping is beautiful, and you can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel

Breakfast was just okay, enough to fill you up, but the Chinese food options were quite limited. Also, if there are items that guests aren't allowed to take, it would be helpful to have a clear reminder

Very rich attentive feel the second you pull up to the resort. It is a paradise on an island they call paradise. The food was amazing for breakfast and the outside infinity pool seems to never end

The service is top-notch; we truly felt at home. We stayed for three nights with our child and it was very comfortable. During the day, we visited the Big World and the zoo in the north

Service was great, location was great, and the hotel was very clean, very good gym. If I had one compliant, it would be they need more elevators. Wait times can be a little long during peak time

In addition, the hotel lifts were shared with the public gym goers and sometimes it was crowded and we had to wait for subsequent rounds. This made the stay unpleasant

Stay was pleasant and staff was prompt to respond to staff request. The downside is that the middle hotel lift was not working for the 3 days that we were there

Located on its own island truly gives it a full resort feel. It's a short boat ride across and the boat itself comes on a schedule and is always on time

We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at the retreat. We loved our pool villa and our daily massages. The private beach was BEAUTIFUL. The retreat was lively (with lots of guests) but didn't feel too crowded

We frequently took a grab to travel to either Da Nang city or Hoi An. Would definitely recommend Naman for a family holiday. It was just unfortunate that the weather was wet and cold a few of the days that we stayed

I stayed on the 7th floor, next to the terrace, which offered a panoramic sea view. The hotel breakfast was excellent. After breakfast, I went straight to the beach to enjoy the sea breeze, which was very refreshing

The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Phu Quoc Night Market, which has a lot of local goods – I highly recommend checking it out. The hotel itself is decent, and the breakfast is good

This beachfront hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's really hard to get a room, probably because it's one of the newer hotels on Phu Quoc closest to the night market

The only downside is the beach; it's quite narrow and not exclusive to the hotel, so outsiders often walk through the hotel's beach area

We booked a two-bedroom sea-view room, but the facilities were really old. The toilet was clogged, and the front door was jammed shut

Enjoyed our stay there. Very value for money. Food options were great. Pristine beaches. But service could be more timely especially with the buggy services for the residence block further away from the main area.

Only issue is that the resort is quite a distance from everything else in Da Nang. But, this is easily overcome considering how cheap Grab rides are. The room was huge and very comfortable

I'm very happy I didn't buy all-inclusive package, at first it seemed cheap but actually with that same money you can get way better food outside even when you have to pay for taxi

Water park slides are for kids over 1,35m and not allowed even if your child can swim. I understand safety rules, but this would have been nice to mention somewhere

Kid's club room was also worn out and stuffy atmosphere, the supervising adults didnt seems very welcoming, unlike other kids club we have been to in Thailand

The room lock had some issues and we waited 15min for repair to get the door open, and we had to hurry to change to catch the bus to Nha Trang center

The smaller kids pool was ok, but you can see it's been worn out and need new paint and repair

Breakfast seems wide but flavors and food quality were mediocre

For the price paid it was a really nice experience, traditional style room, sea view and a Vietnam style breakfast. I would consider staying again, the only disadvantages were the old gym and outdoor swimming pool

The decor is old but I didn't mind that. It's very clean, comfortable, and spacious. But no walk-in shower, it's over the bathtub. The breakfast could have been better. The location is excellent

Good neighborhood. The main advantage is the large rooms! The beach is nearby. Our flight was rescheduled, so we happily spent the day at the beach and by the pool, leaving our belongings at the hotel.

Our family room was divine with a separate bedroom with tv and bathroom for the parents. The buffet breakfast is varied and very satisfying and the restaurant menu caters for everyone's needs including vegetarians

Convenient parking, good front desk service, they proactively upgraded us to a larger room, the room was clean and quiet, and the soundproofing was good, so it didn't disturb sleep.

The beach is a private beach, but you can’t swim there during winter because the weather is so bad. Breakfast is very good, but there isn’t much for lunch and dinner

There are some hotels in the city that may not be as luxurious, but you’ll get more bang for your buck being in the city. Unless the goal is to be out of the city

This hotel features a wide range of room types across its four buildings, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and villas. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment

There was a billiard table, gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pool, etc. The spa facilities were of high quality. The breakfast was good and has a good variety, however I don't think the taste of everything was the best

However, as a whole this resort gives you so much so this isn't a big deal to not stay there. The staff were helpful with everything and helped with a late check out too as my flight was in the afternoon
