We travelled as a group and chose this hotel due to the reviews and also the proximity to the beach. The staff were absolutely incredible and were very helpful. Food was decent, and the facilities in the hotel was okay

It had all kinds of machine, but also felt like a warehouse with everything stuffed in together. The pool was under maintenance and they offered that we use the pool of the hotel in the next building

The hotel is located near the beach and a series of good eateries. There’s a 24-7 mart in the next building. The room was as described in the listing, although the gym was extremely small and dingy

The room was nice and spacious for two people. And the staff were friendly. The noise from the 4th floor was a bit loud but it stopped before bedtime.

Good and comfortable hotel to stay. Don't expect much view from the window. The same is true for all the hotels on the block. But very nice view from the roof top. Has swimming pool, movie room, spa etc

Nice hotel located very near Phước Mỹ Beach. Appreciate the hotel to arrange the baby cot for my son. Room was comfortable and clean. The Sky bar food was nice and my wife enjoy the spa.

Food , location and staff are great. Nghia and Ngi make my stay so pleasant. They are helpful and friendly and show great customer care and service. :)

Hotel buffet spread is nice and quite a variety. Bed is comfy and hotel is clean. Hotel downstairs got eatery and brew beer restaurant with food. Overall, i am very satisfy with this hotel. The staff are friendly as well

Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception

Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future

For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change

Stayed here multiple times now and think it is great. Excellent location, quite clean rooms for Vietnamese standards.

Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action

All well meet my expectation for a short trip. Recommend

Only complaint is grandmas kitchen supposed to be open till 10 pm but was told when we tried to order at 9-35 pm kitchen was closed was told kitchen closed at 9/30 pm when I pointed out in their rule book supposed to be open till ten pm was told sorry kitchen closed I said I would complain wasn’t happy

They promised a high floor, but we got the 11th, even though the top floor is the 26th. Breakfast was very average, and the location isn't great, but there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby

Is the 'luxury' tag something Trip. com just slapped on there themselves, haha? The room was tiny, with barely any space between the two beds

The island itself is a bit boring, so picking a good hotel is really important! ✅ The facilities are perfect, everything you need is there: a gym, a stunning swimming pool, a private beach, an open-air restaurant/bar, and an outdoor bar with a schedule and movie screenings in the evening

✅ The overall service was very friendly! This is key! Honestly, the service industry in Vietnam generally isn't the best, it can't compare to Thailand

✅ The hygiene is excellent, and the room is cleaned daily. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious

If there were ten stars, I'd give this hotel ten stars! When you're in Phu Quoc, definitely choose a five-star hotel like this one

The sunset was absolutely stunning, and the hotel beach is the perfect spot to watch it

I booked this hotel for my old father and he described it as luxurious. Good price, spacious room (I took the upgraded one since the price difference was ridiculous), delicious breakfast and attentive staff

The higher floors offer stunning views of the bay of northern Nha Trang. Breakfasts are good, and there's a small rooftop pool perfect for relaxing in the morning. The best beach in Nha Trang is nearby

Lots of places to dine nearby. Good beach with sandy flat bottom (the water by the shore wasn't crystal clear though). The overall experience seems to be great. This is definitely a good value

The rooms have a good layout and are comfortable. There are some minor complaints about the wear and tear of some of the finishing materials, but nothing major

The receptionist asked me to leave either my passport or $100 as a deposit. Prepare $100 if you don’t want to leave your passport the front desk

However, after several nights, not a single mosquito bit me. The hotel clearly takes pest control seriously, and they've even sealed up all the wooden gaps in the rooms, so there's no need to worry about geckos

The air conditioning and hot water were much better than I expected. And of course, the beautiful scenery goes without saying. The genuine and simple smiles of the staff are something I'll truly miss after leaving!

This is a place I'll definitely return to for a second time! It was such a pleasant surprise! Initially, I saw many reviews about insects, ants, and geckos, so I didn't have high hopes

This is an eco-friendly hotel and it's absolutely beautiful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and delicious. It's also very close to the beach, which is a big plus

My only minor gripe was that the room door was always a bit tricky to open, taking a while each time. Also, the beach was pretty much taken over by Caucasians, and I couldn't find an empty beach chair on the first day

The staff were very welcoming and there's a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, plus internal shuttles within the resort. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard

Even though it's located in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet and very conveniently located. They have a laundry room with dryers. The breakfast selection is excellent

Mr Puoc was extremely helpful in getting my Sapa trip organised. Spacious and well equipped room. Loved the Onsen and to be able to relax in the warm water before bed

Great Japanese-style hotel. The breakfast is more geared towards Japanese cuisine, and there's a public bath in the basement where you can soak.

This Japanese-style hotel is practically perfect! The free onsen is a huge plus, and the Japanese restaurant on the second floor is excellent

It's a small island resort surrounded by a river, and every time you enter, if you don't show your room key, you'll constantly be asked to verify it. It feels very safe, which is great, but it's a hassle

There's a bus stop nearby, which made getting around very convenient. However, there was a power outage in the middle of the night for a short while, which was a bit concerning

Staying 5 nights to celebrate my birthday, 1/4 cold sore throat, no taste at breakfast, the restaurant female employee attentive found me uncomfortable, took the initiative to brew a special tea drink on my table

Feel not so comfortable over all just big size of room. TV brightness is not aligned and watching TV is almost not possible and not Clean enough. Rather stay deluxe twin room as we booked

Other than that every thing is fine such as Gym, swiming pool and breakfast is super quality

2/4 dragging the suitcase to breakfast, the female employee took the initiative to give me the same tea, maybe feeling I was in a hurry to the airport and not enough time to eat, more proactively helped me pack a box of breakfast for me to take away, very professional and excellent service, made me overjoyed

The only down side is the room sound proof was so bad that I can hear every word lolll luckily they sleep early. Breakfast change everyday which is great. Gym is fine and the roof top view was amazing

First of all, there is no unsatisfactory about this hotel. Especially, breakfast was so good! There were so many variety of food choices and all foods were so good I have never eat such a delicious food

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. It can get noisy from the street as there's no double glazing (only a single pane of glass).

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Had a great stay overall. I didn’t use the pool, but managed a 30-minute gym session before enjoying the excellent breakfast buffet

Also, there were a lot of Christmas decorations, so cute 🥰 They gave us a room upgrade because of my mother's birthday and sent flowers with cake! I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

It was especially good – a large pool, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious with lots of choices, catering well to Chinese tastes. In the room, the power outlets were convenient, and it was spacious and beautiful

They have a nice rooftop pool with good views. Breakfast is also a very good spread of local and western plus Korean and Indian options

You can also see the dragon bridge weekend 9pm Fire and Water shows from the rooftop pool and restaurant if you’re lazy to take a Grabcar there

Especially Hannah, I got some problem for my booking, she helped me solve it patiently, besides she also recommended some tourist attractions for me and my family

If you book in advance, the price can be excellent. I booked last minute on the 8th, avoiding the National Day holiday rush

The pool is absolutely gorgeous! However, the shower in the room was incredibly small – I've never seen one so tiny, it was hard to even open the door once inside. But other than that, everything else was great!

The hotel room was really good, quite spacious, and with plenty of elevators, so we never had to wait long. The best part was definitely the rooftop pool, mostly used by foreigners

Breakfasts are very simple, but if there is a occupancy or weekend - then most of everything is at breakfast. The shower gel smells very nice. The staff is very nice and works

swimming pool is not very clean, with broken tiles; phone is not working in room to make local calls, no chair or table in the balcony, no clothing hanger in the balcony, no chairs and no towels for sunbathing around swimming pool on the 5th floor

The rooms are beyond expectations compared to the price. We really enjoyed two nights here. The beds are so comfortable and we love the swimming pools with the view

If you like getting spoiled and pampered, this is the place to stay in Ha Long Bay. Everything, from the view of the Ha Long Bay through amenities and the staff are excellent

The room was very spacious with a beautiful sea view. The beach is right downstairs. Environment: Good during the day, but it gets extremely noisy from 6-10 PM when the bar across the street starts playing loud music

Stayed for four nights. For the last night, my original room wasn't available, so I chose one with a smaller side window that offered a partial sea view. It was much quieter, but the room was noticeably smaller.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the beach. Waking up to the sea view is amazing, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast selection is quite rich, and overall, it offers great value for money

However, the premises is a bit old but fairly clean apart from some insects in the room and the towels have very strong chemicals smell (I presume they are coming from the laundry services the hotel uses )

The sound proofing is poor as the we can hear all the noises coming from next door where a Vietnam family (with kids). They have even stayed up until 1am and talking very loudly
