A bit outdated but overall good. Choose this one because it had free breakfast (which was pretty good and varied) and also had sauna/spa. You can get a private sauna with a reservation for 150k per person.

It’s a very nice hotel with a cafe on the lobby floor, delicious breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor with various options, a pool on the 20th, and a bar on the 21st. It also has bookable massages

The free breakfast is a buffet of many varieties of foods, catering for many different cultures. The swimmibg pool area is lovely and the cocktails are cheap

An excellent hotel right opposite the beautiful beach. The staff, service, restaurant, breakfast, rooms, cleanliness and ambiance are faultless. Without hesitation I would recommend this hotel to anybody

Their breakfast was amazing!!! We were also lucky enough to be there during the Lunar New Year which was an added bonus! The tour to Hoi An was the icing on the cake! It was spectacular ? Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Breakfast was really good with lots of variety. Nice and helpful staff, lots of restaurants and massage places nearby. My only disappointment was that my room had a window, but there was 0% of a view

The grounds are well-maintained, there's a large pool with a jacuzzi, and plenty of sun loungers on the beach. The poolside bar is also open

On the ground floor, there's a fitness center with treadmills, dumbbells, and a ping-pong table. The staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The area is great because it's relatively quiet compared to Nha Trang

It's a bit far from the main tourist spots – about 4 km to Mui Ne village, 4 km to PitStop cafes, and around 6 km to the Jump fitness complex. However, there are two windsurfing schools right next to the hotel

A truly beautiful hotel, cozy and pleasant right from the lobby. The room was excellent, equipped with a bathtub, scales, air conditioning, and a balcony

The only downside was that the pool was under renovation

This hotel is awesome, especially after the renovation. Pros: beachfront, at an intersection, good distance between hotels, not too tall so you don't wait long for the elevator, very green and beautifully decorated

The beach strip across the road is wide. There's a decent restaurant downstairs at the entrance, and shrimp garden buffets nearby. Breakfast has everything – fruits, meat, pho, you name it

The staff were very kind and friendly, and there's even a Russian-speaking administrator who was helpful with booking excursions and taxis. If I come back, I'll definitely stay here again

The breakfast is good; the selection isn't huge, but it's there. We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a nice bonus. The decor is simple, but that wasn't a big deal for us

Best Western has two sections: a villa area and a hotel area. Both are very close to the night market, making it super convenient for food, drinks, massages, and foot reflexology

However, the villa area is a bit of a walk from the beach; even with the shuttle service, you still need to stroll a short distance

The villa area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for those seeking a tranquil getaway without being disturbed by other guests

Balcona hotel is ideally located in the heart of all the action. Across the road from a wonderful beach where swimming and relaxing is so good. We had a beach from view which was perfect for our holiday in Danang

However, they compensated us with an afternoon tea set and complimentary bottled water, although the bottles were too small. The staff were helpful, and they provided flip-flops suitable for walking on the beach

We had a great time in Balcona Hotel. Good spread of buffet breakfast, friendly staff. We will definitely book here again if given a chance for a next visit!

The room is spacious, sea view is pretty good, walk 1min to beach! Very convient, close to lots of good resturant, highly recommended

The hotel has also sunbeds on the beach (that is next to the hotel on the other side of the main road) + internet also in the beachclub

Clean and comfortable hotel, we got a nice honeymoon decoration and a small fruit basket in the room. There was a construction site next door, so we asked for a solution to get another room for our second night

It was my birthday trip and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Location great, customer service phenomenal. Both breakfast and afternoon tea. Forever grateful for how they treated me on my birthday as well

Hotel location in front beach is the very much love. Room is slightly Old but clean. Staff service is remarkable specially bell boy Hien (helpful) and Anh is fluently speaking English

Staff are excellent and always willing to help. Location is not bad, although it is a way out of central Haiphong, as there is a good selection of local bars and restaurants which are well worthwhile trying out

This hotel is awesome! Our room was super clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Linh from Rumba Reato was especially great; she even helped us use our points for food

Some staff weren't as friendly, though, and the Rumba manager was pretty rude at breakfast, making us feel unwelcome even though it was only 8 AM

Still, overall, it's a great hotel, and I hope the manager learns to be more sensitive to guests

Very beautiful and plush serviced apartments IN District 2. Ideal for business travellers and friends and family. In house pool makes it a great deal for a longer stay.

Love this Place for its cleanliness and cosy feeling. Although it is not near to big shopping malls but there are supermarket, cafes and pharmacy just walking distance away.

Where is this? This is a great weekend and I have been trying to get back with my friend. I don't know what are they doing here.

Feels-at-home apartment unit. Not in the heart of the city but 15-min ride without traffic works fine with me

They even brought us so much complimentary fruit and dessert that we couldn't finish it all! The staff were incredibly friendly and it was impressive how they remembered all our family members' names

I will put only 3 stars, as nobody has mentionned to us the construction site next door to the pool. Prices of the spa and restaurant are really over the top

This hotel is located right by the river, offering a very peaceful atmosphere. It's just a five-minute walk to the Old Town. Our room was spacious and had lovely local touches

Perfect location right next to the old town of Hoi An. Rooms are spacious and modern, great for families also with the pool and very friendly staff.

We went there only for the massage and it's the life best massage experience you will ever have! Pricey, but totally worth it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We chose it based on reviews and photos, specifically looking for a room with a balcony, a good breakfast, and a ground-level pool within the hotel grounds, not on the rooftop

Rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed upon request. Although there aren't dedicated beach towels, the reception advised us that we could use the room towels, and they would be replaced with fresh ones

The hotel features two courtyard pools: a shallow kids' pool and a deeper adult pool (2. Swimming lessons are held there, but only from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Good location, near the beach , stores and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness can be for sure improved by cleaning the entire room better (eg: armchair was stained). Good breakfast and nice pool.

The staff were very welcoming, and room cleaning and linen changes happened daily. We opted for a room with breakfast and were very happy with it; the breakfasts were good – you definitely won't go hungry

Room Suite overlooking the sea, the view is gorgeous. At the reception you can get tickets on the sunbeds to the sea. For 220 baht /person, dinner is served at the pool tables with chafing dishes, make my own lunch

Good place to stay, room was gorgeous with views of the sea, it is necessary however to note that opposite the restaurant and there is loud music playing, but it's 11 PM already turned it off

The location was just perfect for its walking distance to the supermarket, and spa areas and across the road is the beach!! And the plus side it's good to catch the grab and get dropped off

The hotel is a bit old, the drainage in the bathroom needs improvement. It doesn't facilitate flushing of toilet papers and no close lid rubbish bin in the bathroom which is not the standard of a 4 stars hotel!

The breakfast was delicious, and just as recommended in other reviews, the coconut coffee served at breakfast was incredibly creamy and the best! I would have seriously regretted not trying it

I was a bit worried because of the many cleanliness issues mentioned in other reviews, but our room was spotless, and there was no unpleasant smell in the bathroom

We really enjoyed it. Xuan Tohn and Mihn were very friendly. The room was always clean, and the bed was comfortable. They even upgraded our room to a panoramic window overlooking the city. The breakfast was delicious.

Excellent bed, great pillows, very comfortable to sleep. High-quality and very quiet built-in air conditioner (built into the wall; such ones are found only in expensive hotels; in Vietnam in usual hotels this is rare)

Good location - the beach is a few minutes walk, the bus stop to the airport is also within walking distance, also there are excellent local restaurants in the area with prices 2 times lower than in tourist places

The beach is a short walk away and beautiful, though be prepared for high sunbed fees (200k–400k VND). The Cons: -Deceptive Booking & Safety: We weren't informed of renovations on the floor above until check-in

Furthermore, while the staff claims to speak English, they were didn’t engage and weren’t friendly. Lacking Facilities: A 25-floor hotel with only two loungers and three chairs at the pool is unacceptable

To hide the work, the hotel used privacy screens by the pool that blew over in the wind, hitting a guest. My husband had to take them all down himself for safety

They did everything perfectly to make our stay amazing. When we come back to Hoi An we will definitely stay here! The ride to the airport in the fancy van was a huge surprise and beautiful touch

Our only critique is the food at the restaurant was just ok. The pho missed the mark for me but maybe that was just because I was still sick and couldnt add spice
