Watching the sunrise from the balcony was absolutely wonderful! The Vietnamese pho for breakfast was hearty and came with generous toppings. The hotel also thoughtfully arranged an airport transfer service.

What an amazing hotel! We enjoyed every minute staying there! The staff was amazing, the breakfast was great! Lots of food and variety! The food at the restaurant for dinner was great and really good value, great presentation! The beach side had their sunbeds and umbrellas

That said, the beach area gets quite crowded, especially in the afternoon. If you want a good spot or a sunbed, be prepared to go early or wait. It would’ve been nicer if the hotel had more seating reserved for guests

The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and all amenities, including tea and water, were replenished every day — this really added a sense of care and high-quality service

Lovely 4 star hotel very close to the beach, about 7-8 minutes slow walk. The hotel provided beach towels free of charge. There is a small swimming pool. They stored our luggage after check out time

The room was very spacious, though the bathroom was a bit small, it was still acceptable. The room came with instant coffee and green tea, which I enjoyed, along with bottled water, a safe, and a refrigerator

There's construction nearby, but plenty of cafes and karaoke spots where you can have a great time! The pool is very cold, but you can still take a dip!

This hotel has so much untapped potential. Their 5 star rating seems to be self proclaimed. In the photos, you see several lounge chairs at the pool

The bedding was clean and spotless, and each person got two pillows, which was great! The staff quickly resolved any issues that came up (the AC wasn't working well upon check-in, then the safe batteries died), everything was fixed promptly

The breakfast on days that they have a lot of guests is very good, but when they're not full, the options felt like a homeless kitchen. I've had better wifi in hostels. Upon check-in, they want to keep your passport

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. I wasn't thrilled with the location, it's beachfront but you'll have to walk a bit to get to the center. The breakfasts were decent, we always had enough to eat

The passports and invoices are not secured. they are just behind the reception desk. Either of these issues by itself is not a problem, but combined, I felt was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel

The location is good, the noise is low. The gym equipment is old and not working. The pool is clean.

It’s a very budget friendly hotel. Across the road there is a beach but A little bit walk to the Nha Trang main beach and nice eateries. Breakfast good selection of foods mostly local. Only fruit selection was limited

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The location is excellent, right by West Lake and close to all the attractions. Just a couple of elevators had a strange smell, and the shower area tended to get watery

This was without doubt / arguably?? The best breakfast I have ever had, anywhere in the world!! You can order fresh made specialties! And or choose from the buffet, What made the buffet special was the way all food was presented, displayed and stored to remain fresh, light and delicious

However, the soundproofing isn't great. I could hear noises from the hallway, and I even heard the Apple alarm from the room next door at 8 AM. The guest next door might not have woken up, but I certainly did! 🤣

Overall a very good experience. We were a group of 6 and had booked 3 rooms. The rooms are very spacious and nice with some of them with the lake view. The service staff is very friendly and courteous

The accommodation environment is quite good, and the service is very friendly. The location in the city center is super convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Agarwood Tower

we had stayed at this place before, we were impressed by the hotel's strategic location and cleanliness so we decided to stay here again

We forgot to get our deposit back, and the hotel called us on our way to the airport and had the taxi driver give us the deposit back in cash before we arrived for our flight

The only thing that could be improved is the gym, where some of the equipment wasn't working and really needs repairing or upgrading. The breakfasts were very good and catered well for Westerners

We had a wonderful 9 day stay - the staff were very friendly from Mr Vu who picked us up at the airport to Binh who made us feel very welcome and always took time to chat with us - he organised a massage and was very helpful with telling us places to visit - he had the most infectious laugh that always made us smile when we heard it - the breakfast is wonderful so much choice always fresh and welcomed...

Hotel 10 mins walk from Old Town, and away from flood zone. Room large size, clean and airy. Service was excellent, staff helpful and always smiling

Nice Hotel with pleasant Service. City View Rooms should be avoided because of the constant street noise.

Some room for improvement: (1) the shuttle buses into the city centre were too infrequent (only 3 services a day) and the times were not very ideal; (2) the neighbourhood next to the hotel is not very clean or quiet - you can hear someone singing loud karaoke across the road past 9pm and see garbage on every street (same for much of the city), and it's always a hazard trying to walk on the pedestrian...

Beautiful neo-classical themed hotel with multiple swimming pools, great breakfast, and friendly staff

The resort isn't very large, but the greenery is beautiful and there are 4 swimming pools. However, with temperatures only around 20 degrees Celsius in February, it's not really warm enough to swim

We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff (esp Hoang), who wrote us a thoughtful message and took the effort to connect with us whenever we saw him

The staff greeted us with "Xin Chao" every time we passed each other, and we had a wonderful time

Our room was also beautiful and excellent, and we appreciated the small gift bags every day

The english level of the staff is not fantastic. Security guard is not helpful. Grab food rider is not able to stop awhile just to pass food to the receptionist. Was quite disappointed at the hotel

This is also a Marriott property, but the breakfast here isn't as rich as the Marriott next door. You're also not allowed to go into the sea, only use the pool

The resort is big with spacious rooms facing the pool or the sea. It’s so big that you can request for buggy service to your room if you are far away

The hotel is on the old side but for me the location and the amenities are the biggest highlight. The gym is very well equipped, the sauna is spacious and works very well, the pool is pretty nice too

Overall, a great value for money, especially if like me, you don’t mind ancient items and you assess cleanliness on a Vietnam basis and not a western one (the tv was probably the highlight, so pixelated that it reminded me of the one I had in the early 90s)

I checked out the rooftop pool – it's good for photos, but in February, the weather is a bit too chilly for a proper swim. You can definitely enjoy the beach though. This hotel seems relatively new

My stay at Paracel was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area

The hotel has been renovated, but some of the furniture is still a bit old, though it doesn't affect its use. There's only one power outlet that doesn't require an adapter; the others don't fit
