The hotel's location is super convenient for taking a boat ride on the river to see the night views. Getting to Han Market takes about a 15-minute walk, and the area around the hotel is quite lively

If you're looking for a massage, you'll have to head over to the market area

When we asked why could she not give us a straight answer, another staff told us that she is new and apologised. We wasted over half an hour waiting around when we could have been in our room

Our first night was a little rocky due to an extremely loud event being held at the pool

A nice bonus is the complimentary bicycles available for guests to cycle around the property. Swimming Pool: The pool is enormous and truly a highlight

The food here was great, we had the buffet for breakfast and it was always delicious, the restaurant food was also fantastic! The cocktails, which I had plenty, were fantastic! The pool was spectacular! The gym was well equiped! The spa was amazing, I had the Vietnamese experience and it was the best massage I had while in Vietnam

Hotel is great and it's location is situated just outside Hanoi's Old Quarter. It is a nice 5-star hotel in Hanoi Vietnam. Trường is very friendly and helpful during stay

Spacious room with a modern feel, close to the beach and in the Superior room (ours was room 1406) we had a wonderful balcony with sea view, out of the sun. Large pool shame it's indoors and dark with no sunshine

When I asked where the sauna was, the pool janitor angrily said No. Everything else was okay.

It's lukewarm Vietnamise style food with awful coffee. However good coffee shop downstairs. Bathroom floor floods because there is no shower screen. Little far away from the action / main beach but only a 15-20 min walk

Location: Right in the city center, the surroundings are quite pleasant. You can even catch the sunrise in the morning. Service: Very warm and excellent. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy

I have seen the basic rooms and it's worth upgrading My room had a large TV in 2 rooms. Nice modern bathroom with a spa. I could hear the odd traffic noise

Stayed on the 10th floor with a great view. There's a daybed on the balcony perfect for lounging and enjoying the sea breeze and ocean view. The overall design was very well thought out

The weather in mid-March was just right for a dip in the pool

The only downside is that the public microwave, which used to be very convenient, has been moved to the convenience store. I had to walk a bit to heat up my child's food

On the downside: there are many small flies outdoors; ordering food is inconvenient and takes a long time; the breakfast restaurant is crowded and chaotic, though the breakfast itself is decent; and there's not much to explore nearby, so you're pretty much confined to the hotel

The kids' club is divided into indoor and outdoor sections, both with excellent facilities

A very good hotel in the heart of the city. The staff are great and very helpful. The breakfast is one of the best. The pool is on the 18th floor and has a view of the entire city. I highly recommend it.

Traveling for business to Vietnam for 22 years, staying ONLY at a luxury hotel, tried now for the first time SOFITAL and I must say this is top of the best !! Very special service, fancy upscale hotel, great lounge floor , great roof top , nice clean and just like any luxury hotel in VN !

The location is fantastic, directly opposite InterContinental and just a three-minute walk to Lotte Mart. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find plenty of great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to get around

Facilities: On par with a local 5-star, slightly below international 5-star standards. Cleanliness: Generally clean and hygienic, but there's room for improvement in the details

Waking up to the sunrise right outside my window was amazing! 🌅 The hotel's surroundings are also really nice. I'd definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting Nha Trang in the future.

On a general note Phu Quoc is beautiful but the rubbish left ( not in the hotel) on the side of the road , fields basically everywhere was shocking and if this is not addressed it will put people off from visiting

Very good resort, 1 day not enough, you have to book 2 days at least. A bit far from downtown, 30mins, waterpark and the hot spring really good.

Other than that the vibes is really relaxing aside from loud music going on in front for the water show at night. It was nice however, we doesn't get to enjoy it since our toddler wasn't feeling well

One minor hiccup was needing to change rooms midway through our stay due to our extension, but the staff handled it with impeccable professionalism and grace

Book 2 rooms, arrived around 2:15pm but need to wait till 3pm to check in. During our wait, we can stay in the kids room by the pool

Buffets breakfast was tasty even though seems not much to eat but good enough as breakfast. Our family enjoyed the pool a lot, small but not crowded, also they served you water while you sat

On the first night of our stay, Vietnam's U23 team won third place against Korea, and wow, the noise from downstairs felt like it was exploding right next to my head repeatedly

The room and service were both great. I stayed for two nights, and on the last day, the breakfast area floor was a bit dirty. I bought a pomelo and peeled it perfectly.

The hotel is a little old so the room are noisy. The breakfast is good, the choice at the club is poor but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Service seemed geared toward Russian tourists which was fine the majority of the visitors seemed to be russian but I think putting signs up for guests should mean you also have Vietnamese and English

Ibis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price

Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old. Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say

Service was great, location was great, and the hotel was very clean, very good gym. If I had one compliant, it would be they need more elevators. Wait times can be a little long during peak time

In addition, the hotel lifts were shared with the public gym goers and sometimes it was crowded and we had to wait for subsequent rounds. This made the stay unpleasant

Stay was pleasant and staff was prompt to respond to staff request. The downside is that the middle hotel lift was not working for the 3 days that we were there

Great hotel located in the centre of town. Stay in the historic wing. The pool is an oasis on a hot noisy Saigon day.

A fantastic buffet breakfast that had everything ! The Sky Lounge on Level 20 (top floor) has amazing views of the area, river, and city landscape ! Add to this the beautiful attitudes and service from ALL the staff we encountered, made our stopover stay very enjoyable
