Pool area and snacks around the pool excellent and service. Rooms are clean and a decent size. Excellent staff and service all around. Breakfast was nice but we was expecting a little more variety from the buffet

They offered us local fruit tea before check-in. The afternoon tea was also incredibly delicious; if you don't have a reservation, you can ask the staff at the front desk to book it for you in advance

Laura, the front desk manager, was exceptionally kind! She helped us with check-in and even gave us a tour, explaining the hotel's layout. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly

They even went the extra mile to help mail back clothes I accidentally left behind, and their online communication was very prompt. Definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the clean, well maintained beach, location is convenient to get Grab car to Hoi An Old Town. Pool is big with a nice jacuzzi pool. Enjpyed the pool water that was warm day n night during our stay

Mstr Long who is rescue worker beside beach is very kind and help kids to swim and play safely there in private beach in front of palm garden resort..and nice food kind workers we had great time there^^

Our favorite hotel this trip!!! Great value for money! Lots of Westerners, either swimming or sunbathing. I had an early flight, so I called the hotel beforehand to ask if early check-in was possible

A male receptionist answered and said it would be fine if there was an available room

However, after I pointed out that there were many rooms still for sale online for that day, he changed his mind and said I'd have to pay for an extra night. His excuses were really frustrating

We stayed at the hotel for three nights with our little daughter. The access is good for strollers, and the elevator goes to all the necessary floors. You have to climb a separate staircase to get to the pool

If the hotel could provide cleaner, fresh-smelling linens and towels, it would be perfect and I would definitely come back. Considering the price booked through Trip, it was acceptable overall

Maid service every day, always fresh towels, toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and brush) tea, coffee, drinking water every day replenished. There is a Hairdryer, fridge, kettle, TV

It’s very very far from city city. It’s nice if you prefer a quiet neighborhood.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and the room was neat with a nice view. However, the bed sheets and towels were not very clean or fresh-smelling

A spacious, pleasant room with a gorgeous view and carpeted floors. The hotel is a bit tired, but it's worth the money. The breakfast was quite decent

Plus, if you want to order food from outside the hotel, you can eat it at the many chairs available in the lobby or just outside the hotel. The food you can order from the pool bar is quite nice as well

The pool area is like a dream (see pictures) I genuinely feel so lucky to have spent a few days by the pool and will always treasure our experience here. The sauna area is a true luxury

Absolutely gorgeous experience at Boton Blue. The amenities are fabulous - from the infinity pool to the sauna, you will not need to even visit the beach at all during your stay

It has all of the ammenities that you'd want for a traditional Nordic spa. A large sauna, steam room and hot tub, as well as a smaller but still significantly sized cold plunge bath

And the room in general is very clean and nice to come back to. No outside food is allowed in the room which probably helps to contribute to the clean atmosphere and lack of bugs

And don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet! Each day was a new delight, with a wide variety of delicious and nutrient dense dishes to fuel your day

They are truly a dream team — from the reception staff, the bellboys, housekeeping, the waiters, the chef… every single person left a beautiful impression on me. The hotel is located in a dreamy place

If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beautiful views, this is definitely the place. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed

The service at this hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was very rich! All the staff were smiling and eager to help! In the room, they left complimentary cookies, fruit, and a small Vietnamese handicraft! So thoughtful! Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to the airport! style is a bit old, furniture is old but very ok. score 9/10, The only minus point I think, is that from the reception to the elevator, the stairs are entangled, a little inconvenient, other than that, it's too good.

What a wonderful hotel and staff. Property is very clean, has a delicious breakfast and the staff (particularly Phuong) is amazing. Phuong welcomed us with very pleasant greeting and also checked us out

They have a gym on the roof top which is 24/7 and another bigger ones sharing with the residence at the lower floor

This hotel's location is a bit like Shenyang's Xita, but it's next to the new municipal government building (a Korean-dominated area, quite far from the main attractions, about a 35-40 minute taxi ride to the core area of Hoan Kiem Lake)

So, if you're just here for tourism, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're on a business trip for a Korean company. For tourism, staying around Hoan Kiem Lake is much more convenient

Be aware that the elevators are incredibly slow; the lobby is on the 62nd floor. Sometimes, I'd want to go down to the supermarket, but the snail-paced elevators would completely put me off

Room - junior suite with beautiful Seaview, was on 17th floor, big space!! Big shower & deep bath. Comfy bed & ❤️ the pillows! Nice rooftop area & the 2 pools. Staff very friendly attentive

Breakfast was awesome with a lot of choices, served on the 5th floor with a great view on the city. The pools were rather moderate but worth a visit

The Rex ist located in the heart of HCMC, right across the old Townhall. But don't expect a fully modern hotel, the Rex has kept the charm of the last century

The Rex Hotel is a traditional and old style hotel, the roof top swimming pool is quite small and isn’t much compared with more modern roof top pools in Ho Chi Minh

This hotel was really interesting as it felt like an older hotel and had a kind of old skool atmosphere. Room service came by twice a day and changed our towels which I found interesting

Large rooms, friendly staff and massive outlay of breakfast. Huge pool and a few English channels on the TV. Not much to do around the hotel but walking street is about 10 minutes walk away with lots of good food options

The rooms need some updating. The pool was full with kids from a school, very noisy and busy. The staff weren’t the nicest in town, and I would expect more from a 5 star hotel.

There are also outdoor activities nearby, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to Da Lat city center. Overall, the service is good, and the scenery is beautiful

The environment damn good! The theme park is beside, a mini zoo is there, very very chill place! Their restaurant food is nice! Its fun and chill. They will have free shutter bus to fetch you to city as well.

My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door

I was lucky to book a room with a direct view of the lake just as I wanted, and I loved it! It has a relaxing, chill vibe like being in some fairytale land

Location is just behind of Nevada hotel which means u can walk to beach easily without paying double price to Front-beach hotels

The room was clean, but the wallpaper was peeling in places, no refrigerator, the pool on the top floor overlooks the sea, with a children's and adult area, but it is rarely cleaned, no filtration, the bottom is muddy

Decent hotel with an excellent location. Not that far from the airport and tours offer pick up from the hotel as well which is convenient. Room size is standard compared to city hotels

We opted for a river-view room and were able to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks from there. On check-out day, after discussing, we were unable to get a late check-out until 2 PM

I chose this hotel for my last night primarily because of its location. It's super convenient – the airport bus, shopping areas, and ATMs are all nearby. The staff were friendly, and the pool was lovely

All staff is very polite and professional, super clean beds, towels and bathrobes (I didn't want to get out of bed haha). The room service is fast and good. Breakfast is good, especially yogurts

Its very quiet in a hotel which is important for Vietnam. They have a pool with a bar on the 17th floor. The bell boy opens the front door and helps with luggage

Wonderful hotel. Check-in is strictly on time. The room was cleaned every day. It's not far from the sea and convenient. New bottles of water were added daily. There were also items available for an additional charge.
