Set just outside the main city, perched on a calf- and thigh-burning hill (a breeze on the way down), this hotel turned out to be a lovely surprise. The setting offered a peaceful escape from the bustle, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

Very basic hostel standard not really a hotel
Incredibly basic hostel standard with no air con and the heating had been left on so the room was a furnace. Breakfast was also poor and not really a buffet as it felt awkward with the food enclosed having to ask for what you want

We loved our stay in Andorra, Insitu Eurotel hotel. Easy walking downtown and around. The only downside … it will be nice to have air conditioning. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Parking is tough in Andorra. Street parking is meter fed and the best option for Sunday (free) but it's very hard to find. Garages are expensive to park in. Be aware.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very close to central area and very walkable.

A terrible hotel that doesn't match the photos. I don't understand what other people's positive feedback is based on. The hotel needs repairs. Our room is a stank of urine, a kind of girl had no problem offering to change the room. This is the only advantage of this hotel. It didn't get renovated, and it looks like the hotel owners are saving on everything! That's the main problem! I attached the pictures.

1- cleanliness , the cleaning ladies are truly the stars of this hotel
2- Luminosity , the rooms are very bright and well maintained
3- Views of the mountains (only in the back of hotel though )
4- Tranquility and safety
5- 10 minutes walk to heart of Andorra
6 - Reception; young and happy ladies always willing to help
7- They serve breakfast 12 euros , cereals cuts , cheeses, hot food on demand ,
again breakfast area super clean , overlooking the mountains .

Alot of noise because we got a room facing the very busy street (despite agreeing way in advance that we will get a river side room if available upon arrival). At midnight there was a truck collecting the rubbish so the noise was way too much to ignore. (The guy from the reception promised that it will get quiet during the night ... funny 😁)
No air-conditioning, but only a ceiling fan.
The private underground parking is very tight and expensive.
The staff was friendly and ..funny.
All in all ...was an ok stay for the budget.
