Small room for two persons, no towels, toilet gave loads to say… unpleasant.

We stayed at this hotel thanks to a free smartbox. We were very well received, the staff is very attentive, the rooms are up to a 4 ☆, the restaurant is sublime with delicious cuisine, the spa is very clean. We will come back without a problem. Thank you to the entire hotel team !!!!

Spectacular place, terrace and restaurant . The restaurant is not ad the level of the hotel Good menu and price but the kitchen doesn’t follow in quality cooking. Nevertheless we will keep trying and talking with the cook.

Good location for our trekking holiday in Andorra. Comfortable room with a good shower. The website talks about 'culinary delights' - we must have visited when the chef was having a couple of days off. Anyway, it didn't spoil our holiday and made us appreciate the quality of the food in other hotels we stayed in during our holiday.

We didn't stay but went several times for coffees, drinks and a menu del dia mainly because of the lovely service from Oxana- people like that really make places like this special. The terrace is lovely and the menu was pretty decent too. Recommended for sure after a long hike in Tristania

The location was astounding to me. One of the last places in El Sarrat thus brining you closer to the natural beauty of the region that so appeals to me. Sit on your private balcony listening to the rushing water of the stream just meters from the hotel Decent breakfast buffet! Room was on smaller side than I am used to and dessert was burned.

Great stay in a beautiful chalet on the mountain. Rushing waterfall outside created a peaceful white noise for quiet. Great staff and wonderful dinners.

The best pizza we've ever tasted. We are pizza lovers and have had pizza all over the world and these are as good as it gets. €16 for a pizza, which was more than enough for 2 adults seems very good value. We had lunch here twice on our week's holiday and loved both visits.

One of the best charming places I have the pleasure to find in Andorra, where you can feel the family taste, specially in the modern lonely Christmas time. A hotel in the historic center of Ordino, very friendly staff and very well treated, cozy, they have a dining room and a small bar service, I had an old room, and being holidays I can't rate the price because everything is expensive, the entrance is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Parking is very small, and the covered part is for their staff.

The hotel, you really can't say more, Eva, who managed everything in the hotel for us, is a 9.9 in friendliness and professionalism. We spent 4 nights here in a twin bed room, which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the dinner with the very wide selection of salads that varied daily. The food was amazing. We went to Mirador for the view and stopped by this restaurant to get something to eat. Everything was exceptional and the service was pretty good. They don't know English that well but they were friendly enough to help us with selection. They even insisted we try traditional catalnian dish free of charge. Just spent a week at the Hotel Palarine and as a regular skier, this has to be the best ski hotel I’ve stayed at. Ok, it’s a bus ride to the slopes but the staff, the bar, the food are all wonderful. Free entertainment in the bar in the evenings and a dead giveaway is that most of the guests had stayed before. One of the few hotels in Andorra in which the people who live there are an essential part of the soul of the place! Warm, welcoming and full of good energy.

A very pleasant and peaceful place, perfect for those seeking nature. The facilities are good; they have a children's play area in the lobby, which other hotels don't offer, and my daughters had a fantastic time. The dinner buffet could be improved; there wasn't much variety. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful few days and highly recommend it.

The value for money is quite good, and the breakfast buffet is adequate, though not very varied. The children's bunk bed in the rooms has a metal frame and no safety rails, so it's not suitable for young children. We couldn't use the top bunk because it didn't have side rails, and if the child turned around, they could fall.

Spa is small but just what you need after a day on the slopes. Our room was a bit warm so needed the window open at night which made it very noisy as we were over looking the carpark. Awesome quality of service and the food experience!

A cozy hotel with a mountain chalet atmosphere. Extremely delicious cuisine, the buffet for dinner exceeded all expectations. The rooms are cleaned every day. Our room windows were facing the street, but after a full day of skiing we slept peacefully. The elevator is about 300 meters away, so next time we would take the ski locker located by the elevator escalator.

We stayed for 5 nights in one of the family suites, which was perfect for our young family! The hotel is conveniently located with everything you could need within a 5 minute walk! The Canillo sector of Grandvalira is great for kids learning to ski, the conditions were also perfect during our stay. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. We will be back!

Our stay at Ski Plaza Hotel and Wellness was exactly what I asked for. The rroms were comgortable, the service outstanding and all our needs were met.

What we liked the most was the restaurant with beautiful view on the river and excellent food, it was really delicious!

Great hot tubs there is one inside and one outside they are both not the warmest but they are warm and nice sauna and steam room. The hotel room was pretty good some of the sheets had weird stains but other than that good and the service was ok

We stayed in the suite. Service is great, reception helped us when we needed a set of pliers and a needle and thread. They have a minibus service that takes you straight down to the slopes. They have ski equipment lockers, a small spa (no swimming pool unfortunately) and a good breakfast service.

For Andorran standards decent prices. Parking area is rather small. The room was nice but nothing special. Breakfast was okay but I didn't like the coffee. Main issues were the poor quality of the curtains, the bad wi-fi connection in the room and the poor sound isolation (I could hear another couple somewhere in the hotel having "fun" during the night...)

Amazing Andorra hotel visited for a motorcycle tour around pyrenees, big rooms and spa to relax in after long days out scenery was spectacular. Breakfast was great and secure underground parking for motorcycle

Super kind staff! Clean and nice SPA with sauna, Turkish bad and cold room swimming pool and jacuzzi. You need to book in advance and you have an 1h slot. It is small but the maximum number of people per slot is well adjusted to the space. The food quality could be improved it is a bit inconsistent; Super close to the lifts.

The hotel is OK, but the value for money is not good. It’s quite expensive for what it offers. The building is old, although the bathroom was renovated. One of the biggest problems is the noise. Great hotel - basic but very clean & amazing food on half board basis. Staff exceptionally friendly & helpful. Only criticism is that the rooms - in particular en-suite facilities could do with refurbishment - a shower head attachment from bath taps was inadequate.
