A really great hotel. The staff were AMAZING and the actual hotel has personality and is a very pleasurable place to stay. The location is perfect for a day´s shopping, of a 15 min drive to hit the slopes.

Great location and friendly staff but room let us down. The air con did not work which resulted in a very hot interupted nights sleep for us and our 3 children. Also lock on the bathroom door did not work.

Great stay in this Hotel in Andorra. Cheap and high service. They helped us when we needed!

Checkin was easy. Helpful staff. They pointed out everything. However, we couldn't get a parking as they said they're full. Hotel didn't look very busy and also they could've tried if we were staying for more than one night. (Didn't understand the reasoning). Paid for an outdoor parking lot instead.

Property was we situated in an area that was easy walkable to shopping and restaurants. Clean and nice staff. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection.
A/C was not working very well, reported situation twice but even with repair not very cool. Center of hotel is completely open so you can see from the lobby to the top floor, this also means the sound is free to travel....at times it felt like the people in the lobby were in our room.
Parking garage is fine for small cars. We had to switch to an outdoor lot to better accommodate our rental vehicle size.

Pros: The hotel is strategically located, and has clean and spacious rooms.

Cons: The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was unstable and for some reason, we kept being locked out of our rooms (our key cards needed to be re-programmed every day). The air conditioning system is also centrally regulated, which means that all of our nights were disrupted as the air conditioning system switched off automatically after two hours and it became too hot to sleep comfortably. Despite the availability of a kettle in the room, there were no replenishments of coffee/tea sachets. Most of the staff did their best to find solutions, however communicating across a language barrier did not help. For a four star-hotel, we expected better.

We booked an economy room for a week, with so call " inner yard"
Unfortunately, there was no view at all. The window would open and we were facing walls from all sides, with no air or daylight coming in but fumes from a grease trap from a place underneath. Extremely disappointing from this point of view. Floor was dirty from day one, our socks become dirty after few steps around the room. However, clean beds and toilet.
We were not expecting a 5 star stay, but whoever assigns the room for someone who stays for a full week, should consider that day light and fresh air are important and necessary. Beside our room (201) there was a staff room and we could smell the cigarette smoke coming from that room, which is not ideal if you cannot benefit of fresh air in your own room.
The coffee shop at the ground floor is very handy, opens at 8 am which is great.
Location is very good for someone who wants to stay in the centre of La Vella.

Bed was soooooo comfy.
Room was sound proof. I am light sleeper and I slept great.
Bathroom is big, new and clean.
Location, right on the pedestrian street, was perfect.
They have a good coffee shop for breakfast on the first floor.

The only bad thing,
They don't answer your requests via the booking chat!
I don't know even if they speak English well!
I had to ask them about the door code before coming and the wifi. Otherwise, in the night, good luck.

Great location, lovely staff and clean rooms.
Our room smelt quite strongly of cleaning product when we first arrived, but it were clean.
The toiletries are quite small but staff were happy to provide more upon request.
Location is very central and close to plenty of amenities.
Overall, we had a great experience here!

Great staff and excellent location. Right in the heart of the main street with close proximity to most main attractions in the city. Bus station is a 20min walk.

For a hotel it was decently priced, but the size of the room wasn't worth what I paid. No water provided which could've been a good gesture to tired travellers. Bathroom was super clean n tidy. Bed was not that comfy but for a night I could manage.

Compared to all expensive hotels around i think it's a good deal at Tudel. Would come back for sure.
