Hotel Tigran Mets Yerevan in Yerevan

At 10am on the same day I was going to arrive, a lady (Sylvia) called to ask me what time we would be arriving at the hotel. I confirmed the time with her, and then at 3pm she called me to say that she would be ‘upgrading’ us to another room for free because there was some issue with the room we were originally supposed to have. We arranged a taxi to the hotel and arrived. We checked in, with Sylvia giving us two options of rooms to choose. She could speak very good English, so we could communicate easily with her. However we only saw one and chose that one. It had one double bed and another single (we were three people). The single bed looked a bit unstable and similar to a hospital bed, so we moved the sheets and cover to the sofa so one of us could sleep there. It was comfortable. The room had a clean bathroom and kitchen area, including a microwave and cups. One thing though is that they could provide bottled water (the hotel receptionist said that the tap water was fine, but we do not drink tap water). The hotel was in a very good location, with a large 24/7 supermarket (had a money exchange and ATM inside) very near so we could buy bottled water, and the Republic Square was less than 10 minutes. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy.

Fantastic stay with Hotel Tigran Mets, we were met with a great reception. Our rooms were upgraded for free, the rooms are clean, the location is also perfect for walking around the city. It was a great stay!

Checked in: warm place, clean, like newly renovated, 11th floor with great view, brand new elevator. I really have no bad things to say about. I will just recommend it for all the above.

My stay here in Yerevan was for a week, my first time, and I'm very happy. The hotel is very clean, the water is hot, and the best part is the staff – very helpful and respectful. The location is also convenient, close to Republic Square, and there's a 24-hour supermarket across the street. I will definitely come back again.

My wife and I had an amazing 4-day, 3-night stay at this hotel, and it was absolutely worth it! From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by being allowed an early check-in, which made our first day so much smoother. The room was immaculate and comfortable, and the entire experience was elevated by the incredible Armenian breakfast included each morning—it was truly delicious! We also appreciated the late check-out, giving us more time to enjoy our last day. A special thanks to Sylvia and Sergie, who were both so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
