At 10am on the same day I was going to arrive, a lady (Sylvia) called to ask me what time we would be arriving at the hotel. I confirmed the time with her, and then at 3pm she called me to say that she would be ‘upgrading’ us to another room for free because there was some issue with the room we were originally supposed to have. We arranged a taxi to the hotel and arrived. We checked in, with Sylvia giving us two options of rooms to choose. She could speak very good English, so we could communicate easily with her. However we only saw one and chose that one. It had one double bed and another single (we were three people). The single bed looked a bit unstable and similar to a hospital bed, so we moved the sheets and cover to the sofa so one of us could sleep there. It was comfortable. The room had a clean bathroom and kitchen area, including a microwave and cups. One thing though is that they could provide bottled water (the hotel receptionist said that the tap water was fine, but we do not drink tap water). The hotel was in a very good location, with a large 24/7 supermarket (had a money exchange and ATM inside) very near so we could buy bottled water, and the Republic Square was less than 10 minutes. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy.

Fantastic stay with Hotel Tigran Mets, we were met with a great reception. Our rooms were upgraded for free, the rooms are clean, the location is also perfect for walking around the city. It was a great stay!

Dirty untidy hotel. Total unmatched with photos. Not tasty breakfast. The last one disappointment that played on my neves was parking. I requested a parking spot in advance, they said no problem. In place i met problems parking a car, as there were only 2 places and 2 cars behind (blocking the exit). The hotel shares that parking "hole" with neighboring businesses and you always either wait or move your car.

Checked in: warm place, clean, like newly renovated, 11th floor with great view, brand new elevator. I really have no bad things to say about. I will just recommend it for all the above.

My stay here in Yerevan was for a week, my first time, and I'm very happy. The hotel is very clean, the water is hot, and the best part is the staff – very helpful and respectful. The location is also convenient, close to Republic Square, and there's a 24-hour supermarket across the street. I will definitely come back again.

A strategic hotel in the middle of town. Near the governor's office, mall, super market. The hotel is clean and friendly. There are no elevators at the hotel.

Bad. Very bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For me, the main criterion when choosing a hotel is cleanliness. There is none here at all. There are long women's hairs all over the floor, in the toilet and on the sink. The pillows are disgusting, it seems like the pillowcases were simply stuffed with some rags. There is an electric kettle, but in order to stretch the cord into the socket, you need to put it on something. There are no tea bags, as well as teaspoons. I wanted to call the reception and ask to replace the pillow, but the phone does not work. I went down myself, they promised to bring it in 5 minutes, but they never did. The hotel is located above the metro, until 00:15 I could hear every train perfectly, from 7:00 the metro started working again. The breakfasts look extremely unappetizing, and with such dirt in the room we simply did not risk eating anything. In the morning we found another hotel and quickly moved.

I chose this hotel because the photos seemed nice enough and breakfast was included. But it's hell. 1. Cleaning and a hotel are incompatible concepts. 2. The food at the buffet should be served to stray dogs. 3. The noise from the metro from 6:30 AM to 12:20 AM is loud. It sounds like you're sleeping in it. 4. The pillows are like balls of snot. 5. The curtains are dirty - but these are minor details. Overall, don't give in to your doubts; stay away from this hotel. There are cobwebs, cockroaches, dirty walls, and a smell everywhere.

My wife and I had an amazing 4-day, 3-night stay at this hotel, and it was absolutely worth it! From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by being allowed an early check-in, which made our first day so much smoother. The room was immaculate and comfortable, and the entire experience was elevated by the incredible Armenian breakfast included each morning—it was truly delicious! We also appreciated the late check-out, giving us more time to enjoy our last day. A special thanks to Sylvia and Sergie, who were both so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
