Primer Hotel in Yerevan

Excellent budget hotel – highly recommended!
Primer Hotel in Yerevan was an amazing budget hotel and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, warm, and very comfortable, and cleaning was done daily, which we really appreciated.
We received a free bottle of water every day, and there was also a free water dispenser downstairs where you could refill anytime. The hotel truly had everything you need, and honestly, even more than expected for the price. The value for money is outstanding.
The breakfast was very good with lots of food, fruits, tea, coffee, desserts like cakes, and many tasty options. It was more than enough, but the only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety, such as cold cuts or additional dishes.
The staff was amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The heating in the room was excellent, which made our stay extra comfortable.
The hotel is very well situated, close to bus stops, making it easy to get to the city center, Mega Mall, and other parts of Yerevan.
Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. An awesome place at an awesome price!

Excellent hotel: clean, cozy, and quiet. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. Great value for money—perfect for traveling and exploring Yerevan. Convenient location, delicious breakfasts, and a pleasant atmosphere—I'd gladly return again. Highly recommend!

A top-notch hotel, clean, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, and truly wonderful staff. The only slight drawback is that it's a bit far from the center, especially on the return journey as the city is quite hilly! I loved my stay nonetheless.

Thank you for the warm welcome. The plane was 5 hours late and the transfer was met at the airport. Everything is fine.

Convenient transportation, good accessibility. The hotel location is easy to find. Swimming pool available. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and well equipped with coffee, refrigerator, kettle, etc. The hotel provides tour programs.

The hotel has a rich breakfast variety, the service staff is warm and friendly, the hotel room is very large, the hotel window can see a good view in the distance, and the mountaintop park is within walking distance. Overlooking the entire Yerevan.

The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic... My English is not very good, and when I encounter problems such as renting a house, the guy will still patiently help me deal with it. Hahahaha.

Little bit out of the way and some of the streets around it aren’t good but it is near Embassy’s so can’t be too bad. Straight walk down road to Victory Park. Room spacious and clean. No complaints with it. Happy I stayed there given the price. I was solo male traveller
