Primer Hotel in Yerevan

This hotel was extremely disappointing, and I have serious doubts about the authenticity of many of the positive reviews. They appear to have been written by fake accounts or possibly even by the owners themselves.
Reasons:
The staff—especially the receptionists—were impolite and at times openly rude. Their behavior was far from professional or welcoming.
The hotel is currently under construction, which results in constant and disruptive noise. Despite this, the management does not seem to care. At times, it felt as though they were intentionally making even more noise, as if the building were a nightclub rather than a hotel.
There is no central heating system. Instead, they provide a very small electric heater with a fixed, non-adjustable temperature, which is completely inadequate for properly warming the room.
The tap water quality is extremely poor. It was uncomfortable to shower, and even washing one’s mouth with the water felt unpleasant.
When I pointed out that the price they charged did not match the rate advertised on Trip.com, the staff reacted aggressively, almost as if they wanted to start an argument. Their conduct was highly unprofessional.
Overall, the service, facilities, and staff behavior were far below acceptable standards. I would strongly advise future guests to reconsider before booking.
