Everything was fine. The price was low and reasonable, so my expectations were accordingly modest. The room is spacious and includes a living room and kitchen. The breakfasts are good, and the staff member serving breakfast is very friendly.

I'd like to thank the hotel staff for such a warm welcome and for their kind attitude towards us from start to finish.

Breakfast was included and very delicious, with some homemade products as well.

We checked out of the hotel at 2 AM, so they kindly offered us some items from the breakfast to take with us and eat before we left.

There's one small drawback: we had a room on the first floor right by the entrance door with a bell and near the reception. Naturally, we could hear conversations and the door bell. However, we walked a lot, were tired, and slept well anyway.

The room was clean and had its own clean bathroom. All amenities were provided: towels, shower gels, shampoos, toothpaste and brush, and soap.

To sum it up: I once saw a review of this hotel where someone described their stay not 'like at a hotel,' but 'like staying with relatives.' I completely agree. It was truly lovely to receive such care and attention from the wonderful staff. You are amazing!

The best thing is the breakfast. It's different every day. There's a small swimming pool for swimming. The service is friendly. It's a family hotel. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Yerevan Steps.

It's hard to expect much from a 3-star hotel. So we weren't surprised by power outages, water problems, broken furniture and a wild layout (a bedroom without windows is not ok, seriously). A huge plus for the hospitality of the staff and their help. If it weren't for the latter, it would have been a complete failure.

We spent an enjoyable six nights at the hotel despite the being some minor problems with water supply and noisy neighbors. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful to make you stay. comfortable. Breakfast has a big, tasty selection but is only from 9-11 am, which is late if you are going on a day tour, how is that we could get something to eat at 8:30 before we left.
The outside area and small pool is really pleasant and lovely to have a swim to cool off from the summer heat

This B&B is in a great location. It felt a bit rural when I first arrived by taxi, but it's actually very close to convenience stores, subway stations, and bus stops. The nearest convenience store has a currency exchange machine where you can exchange US dollars and euros for AMD. The owner was very welcoming and spoke English. He provided a lot of information upon check-in. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive, and there's a swimming pool downstairs, making it a perfect place for a getaway. The room had a kitchen counter, drinkable tap water, and a refrigerator.

The downside was that there was no elevator. I stayed on the fourth floor, and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. I also had a problem with the shower once. These issues are common in family-run B&Bs; you can always ask the owner directly.

A Wonderful Stay at a Lovely Hotel
Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant and memorable experience. The location was excellent, offering easy access to many attractions and making everything very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and professional—always ready to help with a warm smile.

The rooms were very clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with regular housekeeping that kept everything in perfect order.
Breakfast was delicious and varied, exceeding expectations for a three-star hotel. The wide range of options was both impressive and satisfying.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. If I return to this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again.
