It was a nice hotel. We loved our spacious room. It was clean and comfortably furnished. Although having a microwave would have been lovely. Armen , The caretaker is a lovely person. He was all around the hotel and made sure we were well taken care of. Thankyou Armen!

This hotel is not bad if you plan to stay for couple of days in Yerevan. Rooms are big and clean. The staff are generally helpful, however, upon my arrival on 13:00 the reception told me whether pay 10,000 AMD or cancel your booking.com reservation. When I said that I am fine with waiting until 14:00 not to have early check-in he showed me the exit door instead of offering a seat in the lobby to me. In my opinion, this behaviour is very unprofessional. However, they were helpful specially with our luggage. I hope they will not ask guests for such things in future.

Good for what it is as a 3 star hotel.at first we had some difficulties at checkout due to them not accepting card and its location is far from the city center. The breakfast is good enough to get you started with your day.the veiws of the city from your room is great with the cold breeze blowing.

Very bad experience from the staff. Booked through booking.com. Many details provided in the booking.com was wrong. No card payment option, not even providing kettle in room, no professional staffs, noone knowing to communicate in English, very limited breakfast option, rude behavior. Had to check out 2 days earlier than booked since they could not resolve the card payment option and charged for 1 additional day without even staying. Lift opening are either 1 floor up or 1 floor down to the rooms. The only good thing is big rooms.

Amazing stay at the Grand Hills Hotel! The rooms are big and clean. The pool is well kept and has all amenities. All the stuff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The reservation comes with every comfort: TV, fridge, sofa. Breakfast is abundant and very tasty. The cook is super nice and offers a variety of options. It is the perfect gateaway for a relaxing holiday. We felt like at home. It exceeded every expectation

The location was nice and quiet and just a few minutes drive to the main city. The taxi is available on call and can be coordinated with the hotel reception. The room that we booked is so huge with living room and with overlooking terrace and with a complete sauna inside the toilet and bath. The reception guy is also very helpful. The hotel can also arrange tours at a very reasonable price. Over all our stay at Grand Hills was amazing!
