Hotel Avenue 30 in Yerevan

We stay here for 2 night, we are happy about room is clean, staff very friendly, their breakfast food was nice. My family are very enjoying here.

Delicious homemade breakfast made with soul. Rooms are cozy, stuff is friendly.

Great location: central, though in a quiet courtyard. Staff very friendly and helpful, extremely good value for the price. Breakfast really, really good and varied.

The location was perfect for a Yerevan city stay, there is plenty to do close by within walking distance, I enjoyed the selection for breakfast.
All of the staff were helpful and very friendly.
The rooms were modern with plenty of storage space and very clean, the shower had lots of pressure and was hot every time I used it.
We were a bit early for check in so while we waited we were offered a local style coffee.

Sure, why not? Avenue 30 is in an excellent location and provides solid value. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is small but adequate and the staff are as helpful as they can be. If you don't need luxury and want good value for money, this is a good choice. Our only minor "complaint" was that the rooms are not made up until mid- or late-afternoon, presumably because their cleaning staff are only available in the afternoons. Note that this hotel is very hard to exactly find due to its location in a courtyard of apartment buildings. Even our taxi driver had to call them to figure it out. Basically it's situated in a courtyard in the interior of a city block of apartments, and the only way to get there from the street are through small arched passageways that are not clearly labelled. Only residents' cars are allowed into the interior courtyard so taxis cannot come in to pick you up or drop you off without calling to let the barrier be opened. It just means needing to leave the hotel and walk to the nearest street to call your gg or Yandex taxi - but this is not a catastrophe.
