The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Many attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The only downside is the significant noise from traffic outside.

The location is great, really close to Chinatown and convenient for getting to the supermarket. The room size is also good; it didn't feel cramped even with four of us. There's a TV in the room, so you can watch movies.

Great location, right in the city center with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and attractions are just a short walk away. Parking is convenient, though you'll need to ask the front desk to open the gate as it's not remote controlled. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is spacious, and there's a lounge area on the second floor where you can relax. Breakfast was good.

Nice and clean rooms. Close proximity to everything and tram lines.

Location was very good and staffs are generally kind. But first night the room was not proper normal hotel room. It seems like they temporary made extra room next to emergency pipeline location. The room was face to elevator and it was very weird and feel not safe to traveler.
We asked changing room and they give us a new room next day. It was not welcoming experience.
And hope they don’t use this room for guests.

The location is fantastic, right in the CBD, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The surrounding area is lovely. The room was surprisingly spacious with two single beds and a king-size bed, and the shower area was separate. The facilities are a bit dated but perfectly functional for daily needs. Highly recommended!

Pretty good! The environment is excellent, and the staff are quite friendly. The ambiance is so much better than hotels in Sydney costing $300 a night 😱😱. The bathroom is also very spacious with a separate wet and dry area.

The fridge in the room was very noisy. Room was very average with almost no natural light. Receptionists were not very friendly.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the town hall, making it easy to walk to anywhere in the city center. Although it's a 3-star hotel in an old building, the facilities are very new, the bed is soft, and there's a mini-fridge. The only downside is that the internet can be a bit slow when there are a lot of people, but that doesn't affect my overall rating!

Hotel is in a great location! Really pretty as you walk in, the pool and sauna is good. Our twin room was a bit small and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well, but it was all very clean and well priced. Housekeeping didn’t make one of our beds, and only did mine which was a bit strange!

Very expensive for what you get. Meat was good but other than that service was terrible and the toilets were revolting.

Excellent eating experience. Different set meals priced individually and all the food cooked in front of you. Be ready for some ‘party antics’ with the chef!!

Family friendly teppanyaki experience. Friendly staff and great tasting food.

we had the last sitting at 9pm. my husband had set 3 and i had set 4, both were amazing and very filling. (although both sets said miso soup, we did not receive it) the environment is really nice, the only thing i found disappointing was our chef was not very interactive with anyone, didnt speak at all until the end when he asked us if we wanted to play a game. i was expecting some tricks whilst cooking, maybe some conversation to make it less awkward at the table as you sit with strangers. but overall a great experience.

Disappointing all round. Hired the private room at the back and their service was terrible. The waitress was looking at her phone all night in the corner and we had ask for everything, which appeared to be a massive effort for her. The manager was rude on arrival and delayed us a half an hour even though the room was clearly empty and ready. Set menu was tiny we all left hungry and the chef did nothing but a couple of games at the end. No atmosphere or entertainment the whole night and nobody seemed to care. Expensive price to pay for a terrible night out. Do not go! the only way they will make an effort is if they start getting quiet in there.

Fantastic meal. A very wide selection Asian-inspired dishes with delicate flavours complementing each other. An extravagant wine list to ensure that all tastes are accommodated and a beautifully designed decor ensure all visitors feel welcome. The service was friendly and efficient and would highly recommend it.

Wasn't bad before the renovations, but now they think they're in Sydney. Fortunately there are many better bars nearby.
28.11.2017 Brian
Great craft beer bar on 1st floor. Not obvious from the street level/ frontage!! This 1st floor bar also hosts a comprehensive Thai food menu. Little outdoor balconies along the 1st floor bar offer privacy.

Excellent Thai restaurant and craft cocktail bar.

We had the crispy pork belly, delicious and slightly spicy, and chicken pad Thai. Both medium sized dishes silenced our table as we ate because they were so enjoyable. I feel the two dishes would have been enough to feed three people with moderate appetites.
To drink we had the NYPD (whiskey based and excellent) and the Westside (gin based and spicy). Both were well crafted and tasty.
I cannot write this review without mentioning Patch, one of the bartenders. Great, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. He went out of his way to give us some stellar after dinner recommendations. I can't wait to go here again.

I used to love coming here - the venue had delicious food at reasonable prices and great service. That's all changed. I recently went back (Nov 17), and was quite disappointed - the prices are up by about 50% ($18 drunken noodles now $27/28), the service was poor (bartender taking my food order in the back bar told me she couldn't be bothered to remember bringing out my drink with the food and not once did she smile); most disappointing was the food, which was not as good as it used to be; to add insult to injury the serving size was smaller and 50% more expensive. I won't be going back..

Has the best cocktails and very cosy place with relaxed & private areas to sit with friends.

Great venue!! Decent audio quality and good for varied audiences and occasions. Bar up the back had plenty of seats and the area near the stage can be used in many different configurations - to suit dancing or calmer events. Staff were friendly and cloaking was easy. It was a little tricky to find and not the most accessible venue given the stairs.

Come for the Bloody Mary’s. Stay because the service is so slow that you don’t really get a choice.

Great little venue. Reasonable drinks toilets need a make out. Showcases some awesome bands
