Loved our stay here! The room was spacious and clean, the only downside was its distance from the nearest subway as we had to walk about 10 minutes in the cold to get there

My family and i enjoyed our stay here very much. The hotel looks swanky and from the outset you get the feeling that the guest is indeed their most important focus. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean

Loved my stay at the hotel, had everything I needed to relax. Bonus: one of the airport busses stops at the entrance.

The place was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. They kindly provided me with some complimentary pastries and a generous two welcome drink coupons for the bar.

I stayed at this hotel during one of my business trips and everything was perfect - nice location, good breakfast and extremely friendly staff

But because the hotel itself was wonderful I recommend this place

Staff are friendly and flexible, offered help proactively. Really appreciated. Location is convenient which is close to the train station and mall, with food and shopping. Would recommend.

The hotel itself is simple and not fancy, but the location is excellent — right next to the train station, making trains and trams very accessible and easy for getting around the city

Breakfast also offers a good variety of options. Unfortunately, we left a cap in the room, and the hotel did not contact us about how to get it back

The room was clean, and the service was good. It's perfect for travel, close to the subway, and the location is excellent. There's a convenience store and restaurants downstairs. Highly recommend!!!!

The room was spacious and even had a bathtub with hot water. The breakfast was also very rich. The hotel is not far from Schönbrunn Palace, and there's a great Western restaurant nearby where I had delicious pork ribs

Breakfast catered for lovers of the "Full English" although a bit continental is ed to more healthy options. We would recommend this hotel to compliment your stay in Vienna

It's a bit far from the city center, but it's right next to the subway, which is quite convenient. Plus, most people buy a 3-day pass, so it's perfectly fine.

Excellent front desk service. Great rooms. Well situated. BUT rude driver and concierge was totally unhelpful.

It's been a few years since I last stayed here, and it was a bit disappointing that the amenities and other services had become more basic. The breakfast was still delicious.

This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. The overall style is very European, including the corridors decorated with many small paintings, which is very romantic. In addition, the service is very good

It was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathtub, hair dryer, espresso machine, bathrobes, and other amenities. I asked for an electric kettle for tea and it was brought right away

The room was very satisfactory, and it felt like living in a palace. The location was convenient, close to the bus and subway, and next to the State Opera and the Vienna Golden Hall, which were within walking distance

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was clean, daily clean up was fine. Breakfast was not buffet, but you could order whatever you want except two on menu

The services for the first two days were good, the third day was poor in restaurant, like forcing you out. Location is good for reaching any spots

There's a gym and a pool downstairs too. Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good

The room is spacious, very well designed for families and for long stays. It is also clean with good amenities. The location is great, very close to markets, restaurants and public transportation as well

We had an excellent stay at Radisson. It's very close to the Hauptbahnhof & it was easy to find. Hotel staff was friendly & the rooms were beautiful. Wish room service was available all times!

Our room had a wide balcony with good view of the schonburg. We really enjoyed spending time in the room. The breakfast is mediocre; same dishes everyday becomes a bit boring after some time

The wifi is not good, even in the room, it is on and off time to time. No wifi in the balcony or in the breakfast area (or very weak signal). The staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel doesn't have stairs almost anywhere, that is great! The breakfest is really good and relatively diverse

In these days where even a five stars classification is not a guarantee of quality, this hotel was a pleasant surprise, providing a true hospitality experience

The position is unrivalled, being only minutes of walking distance away to Stephansdom, Hofburg and other important points of interest

Most importantly, the staff was absolutely pleasant, and accommodated our requests quickly and professionally

It was good stay especially breakfast and take-away coffee. However I found the lack of commodities like toothbrush, shaver and so on. According to shampoo, body-wash, and body-cream, we have to demand at the reception

The only downside was that we could not get the air conditioning to work and we had to have the windows open over night as the rooms were too hot, it’s noisy as close to the road but would definitely stay again

Facilities: The facilities are great. There's a bar on the top floor with an excellent view. Service: The in-room minibar items are all complimentary. I highly recommend the apricot-flavored juice; it's delicious

The hotel corridor was already a little worn. At breakfast, not all customers were able to get their requests through regarding the location of the table

The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Since I didn't have cash for the taxi, the hotel even paid for it, which was a huge help. The room was spacious, and the mini-bar was free

Good view from Room in city clean and great service from family in Thailand

The mini-bar was refilled daily with three juices, two sparkling waters, one still water, and even chocolates and chips. The Bose Bluetooth speaker had excellent sound quality

Service was generally good, and the front desk staff was friendly; they even gave us water when we checked out. Overall, I was quite satisfied

Me and my 17 colleageus stayed at the Kaiserwasser hotel during the first week in June 2015. We are all happy with the hotel, breakfast and the service provide from the the staff

The hotel room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly, so it wasn't cold at all. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful

There is a subway station just after the underground passage. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfast and the restaurant environment is very good. The front desk service attitude is good and luggage can be stored

When we checked in on Sat, the 2nd floor room allocated to us had a missing toilet door knob and a choked drainage pipe. Water from the shower could not drain and overflowed onto the bathroom area

Clean hotel, great location and reasonable price

The hotel gave us a room on the 6th floor, only for us to discover that the heater in the 2nd for room was actually not working!  The 6th floor room had a working heater!

Very comfortable rooms, spacious, nicely appointed, modern design, very functional. Excellent breakfast, with plenty to choose from (gotta love the mini jam jars at each table!)

Everything was nice, room was clean, staff was nice, they stored our luggage. The place is nice, but you can tell it’s older, still pretty!

We had a great stay at this hotel and a good night's rest each evening. The hotel is located near the Town Hall which was a quiet area near the end of October but there was quite a bit of construction in the area

The location of the hotel was pretty good and there were some restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The Town Hall, Hofburg Palace, Parliament Building, and Volksgarten were very close to the hotel

The toilet was enclosed but the glass shower stall was right in the middle of the room. This was ok for us because we are married but you may want to look at the room styles or be comfortable with a friend before booking

wow Fascinating and relaxing experience We booked a relax day ticket We got towels , a short tour guide And lounges in private area. The breakfast was good We had a small snack for lunch and wonderful dessert

All in all a good spa, hefty pricing with 82 Euros for one day (sauna and swimming pool)

Fantastic! Around the winter, snow mountains, snow falls, and I lay in the warm water under the open sky! Oh, and also, at the entrance we were given a paper that is written there we don't understand, but then asked, was that included in the price (or the action was, Hz) a glass of delicious Vino

The location of the hotel is very close to Solden ski resort and thermal bath and saunas are very good specially infusion sessions in sauna. It helps you to prepare for next ski day and relax your body

The location was fairly average as the hotel is located away from the city center but there is still a good public transport system to rely on

It is good to have car if you choose to live here. Normal size. The design of tube is little bit small, easily get wet

Very friendly staff, short waiting time at reception, the hotel rooms were very well-maintained and clean. The location is super central, within walking distance of Graz city center

The hotel was very clean, and the bed was a perfect balance of firmness – a big plus. Upon check-in, I upgraded to a garden-facing room for an extra 20 euros at the front desk's request

It's right next to Mirabell Palace, making it very convenient for attending concerts. Transportation is quite convenient. The breakfast is plentiful, but the service and value for money are just average.

The hotel is very near the train station; a short bus ride drops off at the stop that is a 2 minute distance from the hotel. Also very convenient to get to the town square and main shopping areas

We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas

It was a great stay! We chose the half board which was good, as we were tired to go out for a dinner. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed a short walk to the water fall a lot.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing stay

The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. The only disappointment was a dinner in hotel’s restaurant, for 36€ very modest food choice, not included water or coffee

We had a lovely stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Our children loved the pool area, the food was great, and we had a great room. I only wish we were able to stay longer.
