If I had to pick a downside, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Eating it for three days straight, by the third day, I couldn't really eat much more. But for the price, you can't really ask for too much

The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from the train station, with a supermarket right across the street and the U1 subway line just a four-minute walk away

The hotel is quite close to the train station, about a ten-minute walk. There are also two large supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The front desk staff was good; a nice young man greeted me with a smile

The room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious, and the shower had good, consistent water pressure

It offers a 24-hour front desk, spacious rooms, and great value for money with complete facilities. Plus, you can store your luggage in their luggage room after check-out

The room was very clean and conveniently located close to the central train station, with major attractions also within walking distance

The chamber mail service was satisfactory. The true gem is the location! It is by far (in my opinion) the best in Wien! Happy Travels!

everything was frsh and good, complete with MIMOSAS 😋 Finally, the location was walking distance to EVERYTHING, which made it good for us to digest all the good food and drinks we had

We ate dinner in the restaurant our first night and we were able to get good Wienerschnitzel and fish and awesome service. We then went to the American bar and had some good drinks

There was a problem, Ctrip customer service helped to solve it, so the experience was still good. The breakfast is simple for hotels of the same level, not many people eat it

As an added bonus, I told them we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. which is 2 days before my birthday (but I didn't say anything about that)

What a fantastic experience! The room window overlooked the Inns River and the bridge, perfect for taking photos. There was a swing chair in the room, which my daughter loved.

Very good hotel! Excellent service, clean room, good bed. Very nice swimming pool and sauna. Hotel is in the centre of Innsbruck, no parking in front of hotel, however they have a garage, if you made a reservation

Very good, especially the location, rich breakfast, if the room is bigger, it will be better

It also has spa facilities which, had I brought a swimsuit, I certainly would have made use of. The breakfast was also excellent - plenty of staff and it was constantly being replenished. I'd definitely recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor

It's within walking distance from the train station. It's also very convenient to take the bus. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The room facilities are very new

The front of house staffers were the BEST!! They were friendly, helpful and outgoing! Here are the shout outs: Milos, amazing, patient, solved my phone problem for me! Michelle, she is a great example of people you want to meet on holiday!! Andrea, climbing the Raddison ladder, she will be superior at the front desk

Odd at first but once you realize how many places there are to eat it becomes less of an issue. It is clean has nice rooms and the service for everything else is excellent. The people are friendly and helpful too

We stayed with a group of friends during the first Advent weekend of 2025. We booked the last two premium rooms and got lucky to get one of the rooms promoted to a suite

The other room was OK, though very simple for the price we paid, with no view, only two small skylight windows (IMHO the room should not be offered as a premium room)

Near City Hall and the Volksgarten park the hotel is walking distance to most major areas and if you aren't a walker you can hop on any public transportation with a pass you can purchase at the hotel

Fresh apples are available in the lobby every day. The accommodation has a view of the Danube and the sound insulation is very good

A very nice new hotel on the banks of the Donau. Spacious rooms and good amenities. Very close to the city center and the station next to the hotel. Very friendly staff and a warm atmosphere

Das Edelweiss offers excellent wellness facilities and a very relaxing atmosphere overall. The pool areas are particularly impressive, with several beautifully maintained spaces to unwind

The hotel conditions and facilities are above all expectations, the children had their own activities in the 4 Playrooms. The food in the restaurants was amazing, Michelin style

This hotel is well located near the core of Wien and the staff is very friendly and prepared; they were perfect. I can say that the price is very good because the quality is so high

Good location at good time for the right price. We parked nearby on the street for free at the weekend. But there is a basement parking garage nearby.

The hotel is right across the main train station as well as local and regional public transportation services.  There are a lot of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby

Last minute booking made on the way to holiday destination, familiar location with closed parking garage that you reach via the elevator to the lobby.

Also closer to airport , trams and ttain stations. Also have a good coffee bar and restaurant down and a decent breakfast. Also , the hotel has luggage storage facility post check out

The location is great, about a 20-minute walk to the train station, but very close to the city center. You'll basically need no additional transportation costs

There are plenty of cafes nearby, and the food is quite good. The supermarket is closed on weekends, but other shops are open, so you don't need to worry about finding something to eat

Daily housekeeping and a kettle are provided. The staff were very helpful at check-out, asking about my stay and my travel experiences

The hotel located near the central station, about 6-7 minutes walk. Very well designed hotel, and we can storage the luggage at the reception cause we went for a short trip in another city

The room decor is very modern, with many thoughtful details. The mini-bar was included in the room rate, which I didn't know beforehand, so it was a pleasant surprise

The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are...

Outstanding service and welcome Superb service from start to finish. As a young family with a 10 and 2 year old, we were made to feel welcome and almost all facilities were available to us to use

This is a beautiful alpine resort in a small town called Seefeld which is about 10 miles from Innsbruck. It was very easy to take the train into Innsbruck. The town of Seefeld is charming!

Room was on level 5! Room 512 and was spacious and clean! I would have preferred a mini fridge in the room as there isn’t one but everything else is fine, has a very good hairdryer and a powerful and hot shower

Lovely amenities in the room Gym/Sauna - Gym is good, small, but ample of equipment for a good workout. Was there 6 days and the only person ever in there (9am-10pm)

Same with the sauna and the amenities provided in the sauna area. Location - 5 minutes from local metro station. Bars and restaurants in the local are were good

20 minutes walk to Vienna centre which i would recommend as you get to go via Nachmarkt where there are plenty of good bars/food outlets

Location is around a 40 minute walk to the centre but we preferred this as to you get to see the outskirts, it’s a scenic walk and around 20 minutes into it you come across the Naschmarkt which is worth seeing! Breakfast has all you need, hot drinks, eggs, bacon, breads, cakes, meats, cereals and yogurt etc

We are just back in Sweden having spent out fourth visit in one year in Cesta Grand, and we can just state that this is the BEST hotel we ever stayed in, and trust me, travelling is our life! Some reasons why we keep on coming back to Cesta Grand: The ambiance in the Austrian alps situated in the calm and stunningly beautiful Bad bruck

We as a family of three just returned from this hotel and the hospitality was great, this is mainly due to the hotel manager David Messina, he is really caring about every guest at the hotel and try his best to make every guest happy and comfortable

Excellent stay, good bus routes to slopes and excellent staff.

The breakfast was phenomenal, but I think they could add something as pancakes or waffles for kids, so the menu would be more suitable for families with children

Really great luxury family hotel in the Alps We spent 4 nights in a panoramic family suite and it was really great. The room was lovely and the balcony and views were spectacular

I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards

Location of hotel was easy to find and very near the U-Bahn station. However, the station has no elevator/escalator, so you have to bring your luggage up and down the stairs. Check-in and check-out are quick and simple

There are multiple entry and exit points so do see which is nearer to your door; we mostly used the 2nd elevator nearer to the mall. Room is cosy and spacious; fits luggages very comfortably with space to spare

I didn't use the breakfast service. The location is a bit far from Vienna, but you can reach the tourist attractions in about 30 minutes by train, making it perfect for those looking for an affordable stay

There was also a complimentary juice and snack in the fridge. The location is excellent, with the nearest station just a 1-minute walk away. The room lighting was a bit dim, which might bother some people

My only suggestion would be for the bathroom fan to turn on automatically when you enter the bathroom and toilet

The room is renovated quite modern. The location is good. Unfortunately we paid quite a lot for the room but breakfast is not included. Also there is no place for hanging washed clothes.
