The staff is great, the room is spacious, the bed is very good, the internet works very well. Very close to the central station (2 min walk). Expensive breakfast, but it's close to supermarkets and cafes

Close to the Main railway station, very convenient location. Spotlessly clean room, bed, linen. Kind and friendly staff, always greeting you. Maybe a fridge would be convenient

This is a very nice place to stay. Everything works nice, the rooms and toilets are clean

Sleep conditions were very good, usually I have a problem with falling asleep but thanks to premier inn I had very good rest!! Will come back for sure!

A gentleman immediately grabbed us coffees, and the bellman quickly handled our bags (and a shoutout to him as well for the simple but genuine “have a good day or evening” that stuck with us)

Our stay here was truly 11/10 not only for the hotel itself but also for the service. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and in the best location

Good location at good time for the right price. We parked nearby on the street for free at the weekend. But there is a basement parking garage nearby.

The hotel is right across the main train station as well as local and regional public transportation services.  There are a lot of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby

Last minute booking made on the way to holiday destination, familiar location with closed parking garage that you reach via the elevator to the lobby.

Excellent service! Nice clean room! Free lockers for luggage! The room had some strange odour, though opening window helped. No kettle, no bottle of water

The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are...

This is a beautiful alpine resort in a small town called Seefeld which is about 10 miles from Innsbruck. It was very easy to take the train into Innsbruck. The town of Seefeld is charming!

We are just back in Sweden having spent out fourth visit in one year in Cesta Grand, and we can just state that this is the BEST hotel we ever stayed in, and trust me, travelling is our life! Some reasons why we keep on coming back to Cesta Grand: The ambiance in the Austrian alps situated in the calm and stunningly beautiful Bad bruck

We as a family of three just returned from this hotel and the hospitality was great, this is mainly due to the hotel manager David Messina, he is really caring about every guest at the hotel and try his best to make every guest happy and comfortable

Excellent stay, good bus routes to slopes and excellent staff.

The breakfast was phenomenal, but I think they could add something as pancakes or waffles for kids, so the menu would be more suitable for families with children

It was a good location, short walking distance from Main Central Station.

The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up. Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be

Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient

She also gave recommendations on what to do and where to eat etc which was very helpful, as I probably wouldn’t have asked and would have been stuck for food ideas. Very kind team working there, room was lovely

🏨🚇🥐🧼🏙️ I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs

Facilities are good, but not sure if it’s typical for European hotels not to provide toothbrush and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own. The fridge isn’t cold enough, and dairy products spoil easily

It was excellent in terms of its central location, cleanliness, and service quality; the only minor drawback was the lack of a refrigerator in the room.

The shopping mall within West Station houses a supermarket and a drugstore, making it convenient for groceries and daily necessities. Please be aware that there's no fridge or microwave

The opera house was just a few minutes' walk away; after watching Mozart, you could come back, open a bottle of Dom Pérignon and Krug, and chat with the bartender—it was simply amazing!

Very, very nice hotel, although the price is very expensive. The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel environment is a renovation of a duke's mansion. You can see that the public area is very luxurious

Cons: - The furniture was old. Two days in a row, I found rivets from the furniture on the carpet, which could be dangerous if you accidentally stepped on them. One day, I noticed a leg missing from a stool

Pros: - The room was spacious, with a very high ceiling. - The interior was classically decorated. - The windows were well-insulated, so despite being next to the street, it wasn't noisy at night

Very old hotel, no view at all. pricy and need to shower in the bath tub which is not ideal. Breakfast is ok, but I feel the staff are not so friendly, indeed over rated.

Really great luxury family hotel in the Alps We spent 4 nights in a panoramic family suite and it was really great. The room was lovely and the balcony and views were spectacular

I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards

It's located in a quiet and nice neighborhood in the suburbs and takes around 30 minutes to reach from the city center via public transport, so not that far away. The room itself is the best I have experienced in Europe

We had a junior suite which was very spacious and clean with a good view of the mountains and the lake Walchsee, only slight improvement was the children's beds which was a sofa bed which they shared when actually there was plenty of space for two separate beds

Service in the restaurant in the evening was a bit slow. The hotel is walking distance to the lake Walchsee which is great. Overall we enjoyed staying here for a couple of days, good food, great location, great pools

Good facilities and beautiful surroundings. Hopefully there will be more variety for the dinner in the future. Also absolutely everything was in German, so a bit tough if you don’t speak the language.

There is a water park with one large slide and some smaller slides which both my daughter's (10 & 13) enjoyed. There is plenty of space outside to sit with umbrellas and good sun loungers

The room is renovated quite modern. The location is good. Unfortunately we paid quite a lot for the room but breakfast is not included. Also there is no place for hanging washed clothes.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it as a hospitable hub for exploring Vienna. The only con is that the twin beds were a bit close together, but it wasn't a serious problem

The location was outside the city center, but it was very close to a streetcar stop that provided easy access to the city center and other tourist areas. There were shops nearby, as well

They found a room we could check into far earlier than we were expecting, they received luggage that was delayed by my airline, and they let us store luggage

The room was really dry in winter, but everything else was great. It was very clean and the location was excellent. Plus, if you opt out of housekeeping, you get a drink voucher for the bar downstairs.

Excellent hotel in the best place in Lech. Best service in every single detail. Cozy gym, nice swimming pool and spa facilities. The food is mainly from local producers and the standard is too high

And best of all is the location -- directly across from the Petersboden lift on the piste. For a family holiday in winter it's our favorite place to go

Visited the only bar on the street. The most delicious mulled wine. A great place to take a break when skiing. Great music, a cosy bar, an atmospheric public, the staff friendly, the sun plays a huge discosure.

Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages

Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl
