Kettle and hairdryer are in good condition too! There is also a mini fridge (which turns out is the only hotel that has one of all my hotel bookings)

The receptionist on duty was very apologetic, friendly and helpful Otherwise the rooms were good, air-conditioning satisfactory, spacious with comfortable beds. If I were to come to innsbruck again I would stay again

It was nice that they provided free chips and manner and drinks in the room as welcome gift. The staff service was excellent too, no other complaints

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and the family rooms are spacious. The restaurant and bar downstairs are also very good. It's very close to Klagenfurt city center; you can explore it in about 20 minutes

Super vegan lunch food with 4* hotel flair. Absolutely worth its price. Personell was very polite, cooperative and open minded. The outdoor area is located to the hotel entrance and has sunny hours during the lunchtime.

Fun fact, there is no shower curtain in my room so the floor was wet after my shower but George offered solutions and got it fixed, well done mate! Breakfast: a good choice, highlights are some very cool items, like a meat cutter, honeycomb, cakes etc, and the best part is, it lasts from 7 to 12pm (never seen one lasts that late from all my hotel stays across the globe, good for late owls)! Cleanness...

Good Location and excellent facilities.

Overall: a pleasant stay, a good service that lifted up the overall experience - bravo to George and Luca (the lady receptionist) Location: fairly close to the centre and main attractions, roughly 15-20 mins walk to the city centre, especially good for those who like to walk like myself! Otherwise, close to the tram and subway, 3-5 mins walk

Great hotel: excellent location, metro and tram within walking distance, around the corner from the street - grocery store bill, tobacco shop, where we bought tickets for transport

Absolutely perfect hotel for Zell am See. 4 min walk to the AreitXpress ski lift. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Amazing food, especially the 'Michelin star' quality special Christmas dinner

All meals were fantastic, numerous breakfast options, snacks offered between 3-5pm, which is a nice touch for half board, all suppers were first class. Excellent house wines, only €4 per glass

The ski cellar is fantastic and has excellent boot heating. The bar has a huge selection of drinks and is equipped with an open fireplace. Thank you for your hospitality

We made an external reservation for a breakfast and weren’t disappointed at all, amazing food choices (including possibility to make your own waffles 🧇 or to have Kaiserschmarrn for breakfast 😍) and great energy of the place!

Family-driven hotel, perefect location, excellent and delicious food. Spa center and saunas are well maintaned, there are lot of options for kids and adults. Several sauna rooms, rest rooms, external pool with jakuzzi

Rooms however may require an upgrade with new bed/furniture to look more modern. The sofa in our room was worn and not clean. The mattress was worn as well, so the sleep quality was not up to expectations

That staff went above and beyond in terms of service. They have lots for kids to do from go-karts to a soft-play area. Possibly my best summer holiday yet. If you have the chance, it would be a mistake not to come here

It was my first experience in Austria for a weekly holiday with my family, and I can admit with no doubt that this hotel provides anything one can imagine to make your stay unforgettable

The room is spacious and it was cleaned quickly every time we left in the morning/afternoon. The hotel bar is fun and the 2 restaurants are really good. This is one of my favorite hotels in Europe

The bedding and linens are quite comfortable, but it is difficult to carry too much luggage upstairs. The supplies are bredo, which smells good

Any questions were answered promptly, advice on sightseeing and directions were very helpful. I had wanted to stay in a central location for walking to all the sights I wanted to visit, and this was spot on

The room was clean, large, light and bright with views out onto Getreidegasse and Burgerspitalkirche St Blasius. Even though we were on the very busy Getreidegasse we did not have an issue with noise

I had booked a deluxe room and on arrival was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Suite (room 78) which was located in an annexe building straight across from the hotel

It has a good view to city centre at high floor level. The receptionist had forgotten to give us the Salzburg mobility tickets. It was too little to provide coffee and tea bags as we stayed for two days

The hotel is convenient to sightseeing points and restaurant as well as shopping mall Forum 1. In addition, the room spacious is more comfortable and good environment

The hotel is located right next to the train station and bus station, best for traveler on either long or short journey. Good restaurants are nearby, McDonald at next door runs till 2am so no one could be starve

The location is good, not far from anywhere, the staff are very friendly, the room is spacious and tidy, and the decoration is warm.

However, the train station has two exits; the one closer to the hotel doesn't have an elevator. If you have large luggage, it's easier to use the exit with an elevator and then take one tram stop to the hotel entrance

Good ratio Price quality a little bit old fashion ROOM (and meeting rooms) . It indeed smells food in the stairs and on the first floor. The staff was very friendly. take care the parking is very small.

I got the impression that it's an old hotel. It was a bit challenging to adjust the shower temperature, and the hairdryer would stop working after about two minutes of use

During winter, there is no ventilation in the room and again when told to reception, fans were sent to the room. Rooms were spacious, bright and cozy. One of the room and the glass elevator had beautiful mountains views
