Excellent! The design is very modern and the room facilities are complete and clean. The front desk staff are super friendly; you can even pick up slippers from them

Generally the reception is not as friendly/ helpful, probably On the other hand, the location is very good, walking distance to Vienna main train station and city train, convenient to go any place of interest

The room was really dry in winter, but everything else was great. It was very clean and the location was excellent. Plus, if you opt out of housekeeping, you get a drink voucher for the bar downstairs.

The hotel was fun and modern . Staff were very helpful . Rooms were nice. Good breakfast options. Used citi bikes to easily get around

Pros: Excellent service; spacious and clean rooms; great surrounding environment; my stay coincided with my birthday, and the front desk thoughtfully provided a dessert and sparkling water. Cons: None at the moment.

This hotel is a good value for money, located near Belvedere Palace. Transportation isn't particularly convenient, but the subway station is about a ten-minute walk away

The hotel is located in a very convenient location which is close to almost everything. Breakfast is nice, mini bar with wide range menu of choices. Will consider this hotel again for the next business trip

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with advice on Christmas markets and what to see in a limited amount of time! The hotel also offered free walking tours, which we didn't get to go on but we would definitely factor this in for future trips

I had a very greatful stay and warm welcoming from all the staff , they help me with tips and my breakfast. and the location is on point very close to alot of tourist spots. 100% will stay again if I come back there.

But the star of the show was the apple strudel — honestly the best one we’ve ever had! Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food, warm service, and a place you’ll want to return to again and again

Well, we had a really good, second, time there. And I think i’m coming back. But somehow i miss the the extra stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Do not get me wrong. Everyone treated us extremely well. So don’t miss this wonderful hotel.

Super vegan lunch food with 4* hotel flair. Absolutely worth its price. Personell was very polite, cooperative and open minded. The outdoor area is located to the hotel entrance and has sunny hours during the lunchtime.

The service at the front desk was excellent, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. The room felt outdated and not properly cleaned (there was hair in the bathroom and a dead fly on the floor)

Absolutely perfect hotel for Zell am See. 4 min walk to the AreitXpress ski lift. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Amazing food, especially the 'Michelin star' quality special Christmas dinner

All meals were fantastic, numerous breakfast options, snacks offered between 3-5pm, which is a nice touch for half board, all suppers were first class. Excellent house wines, only €4 per glass

To stay in the rooms I think I have visited many different in different seasons when we were in the hotel (summer, autumn, winter, spring) and have always been an excellent hospitality and comfort

The wellness area is fantastic, with expansive indoor and outdoor thermal pools, numerous saunas, hammams, and a serene atmosphere. While massages are available, they are quite expensive - up to €75 for just 20 minutes

Flew to Salzburg and then 1 1/2 hour bus transfer. We eventually got to the hotel and checked in via a pleasant team on the reception desk. We took our bags to the room and went for dinner

We were quite disappointed with the size of the room and after dinner had a chat with reception. They were so kind and with the help of the Crystal rep Sophie we were moved the next day

Breakfast options in particular were numerous and extremely good - fantastic range of tea, coffee, juice, hot and cold items including cereals, meat, cheese, fish, salads, etc as well as made to order omelettes and eggs or pancakes

The bedding and linens are quite comfortable, but it is difficult to carry too much luggage upstairs. The supplies are bredo, which smells good

The room was clean, large, light and bright with views out onto Getreidegasse and Burgerspitalkirche St Blasius. Even though we were on the very busy Getreidegasse we did not have an issue with noise

I had booked a deluxe room and on arrival was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Suite (room 78) which was located in an annexe building straight across from the hotel

We had room 323 which was a very quiet room right next to the river. Value for money was overall very good with a great half board with ample of choices during the buffet breakfast and dinner
