Hotel is eco and nature friendly. Really good was also afternoon snack in winter with a great choice. I cant say anything bad about this hotel, just thank you for an amazing stay!

Use this table for kids that wanna play or for drunk people that just finish their Apres Ski, not for customers that come for dinner. Breakfast is good, dinner is average, and the menus are only available in German

The general hotel is lovely, wonderful spa and relaxing area, couldn't be faulted. Super breakfast with lots of healthy choices and afternoon tea very good

Our Romantic Suite Rubin was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with an amazing view and even a private sauna. The Panorama Loggia and balcony were perfect places to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain scenery

We spent a few days at Alpin Juwel and absolutely loved every moment of our stay. The hotel has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere — from the very first step into the lobby, we immediately felt at home

Parking costs €20 per day, which is also a lot. We chose to leave the car in a private parking lot near the metro where we paid €4. The staff, however, were very kind, professional, and helpful with anything you need

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful, but having the shower inside the room and outside the bathroom is very strange and uncomfortable.

Great hotel but situated a bit too far out of town The A-Rosa in Kitzbuhel is a well maintained, expansive property with good facilities and service, though it is expensive and at least 15-20 walk from the town centre

Pros - Expansive common areas including large bar area with sushi lounge - Excellent spa area with multiple types of sauna, steamroom etc

We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park… Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to Vienna West Train Station. The Bar is a great place to chill and to relax. If you stay at the Hotel take a drink at the Bar

The staff is great, the room is spacious, the bed is very good, the internet works very well. Very close to the central station (2 min walk). Expensive breakfast, but it's close to supermarkets and cafes

One of the best Park Hyatt in the world. Similar service and quality as the famous Park Hyatt Tokyo (Lost in Translation). Room and bathroom are spacious modern and absolutely clean

We then inquired about booking an additional double room, but were quoted an unexpectedly high rate of €400. Shocked by the quote, we first took our luggage to the room and checked online prices on our phone

Furthermore, we found mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom. When the door was closed and hot water was turned on, the entire bathroom filled with a musty, unpleasant odor, which was quite disgusting

When we went back downstairs and showed the new booking confirmation, the staff offered no apology or explanation for the earlier misinformation—which was truly disappointing

I guess I understand why there were still rooms available when I booked on the same day. For a 4-star hotel that isn't cheap, the value for money is extremely poor

Facilities are good, but not sure if it’s typical for European hotels not to provide toothbrush and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own. The fridge isn’t cold enough, and dairy products spoil easily

It was excellent in terms of its central location, cleanliness, and service quality; the only minor drawback was the lack of a refrigerator in the room.

The shopping mall within West Station houses a supermarket and a drugstore, making it convenient for groceries and daily necessities. Please be aware that there's no fridge or microwave

It was a good location, short walking distance from Main Central Station.

The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up. Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be

Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient

She also gave recommendations on what to do and where to eat etc which was very helpful, as I probably wouldn’t have asked and would have been stuck for food ideas. Very kind team working there, room was lovely

🏨🚇🥐🧼🏙️ I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs

The hotel staff were very polite and provided excellent service. The hotel itself was stunning, like a palace

The opera house was just a few minutes' walk away; after watching Mozart, you could come back, open a bottle of Dom Pérignon and Krug, and chat with the bartender—it was simply amazing!

Very, very nice hotel, although the price is very expensive. The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel environment is a renovation of a duke's mansion. You can see that the public area is very luxurious

Cons: - The furniture was old. Two days in a row, I found rivets from the furniture on the carpet, which could be dangerous if you accidentally stepped on them. One day, I noticed a leg missing from a stool

Pros: - The room was spacious, with a very high ceiling. - The interior was classically decorated. - The windows were well-insulated, so despite being next to the street, it wasn't noisy at night

Very old hotel, no view at all. pricy and need to shower in the bath tub which is not ideal. Breakfast is ok, but I feel the staff are not so friendly, indeed over rated.

It's located in a quiet and nice neighborhood in the suburbs and takes around 30 minutes to reach from the city center via public transport, so not that far away. The room itself is the best I have experienced in Europe

The breakfast was fantastic--plenty of variety and always well-stocked. The dining room was clean and welcoming. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Even the instant coffee provided (Julius Meinl) was nice

I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it as a hospitable hub for exploring Vienna. The only con is that the twin beds were a bit close together, but it wasn't a serious problem

The location was outside the city center, but it was very close to a streetcar stop that provided easy access to the city center and other tourist areas. There were shops nearby, as well

They found a room we could check into far earlier than we were expecting, they received luggage that was delayed by my airline, and they let us store luggage

The location is excellent, right next to Graz Hauptbahnhof, making it very convenient for travel

Hotel is right across the central train terminal which is a huge plus if you are traveling with train. Also close to Spar and Bipa at the train station (the only one that opens on Sundays and late on Saturdays)

Intercity Graz is new, clean, and bright, offering a very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety

Parking is available underground and it costs 15 eur/day. Bar open until 11 pm with a good variety of drinks. I would chose the same hotel if coming back in Graz

Fun fact, there is no shower curtain in my room so the floor was wet after my shower but George offered solutions and got it fixed, well done mate! Breakfast: a good choice, highlights are some very cool items, like a meat cutter, honeycomb, cakes etc, and the best part is, it lasts from 7 to 12pm (never seen one lasts that late from all my hotel stays across the globe, good for late owls)! Cleanness...
