Amazing views from the bath! Perfect fresh berries at breakfast. Fantastic 24-hour sauna. It’s details like this that make the Grand the best in Graz - and one of the finest in Austria.

Why ? Because they have drinks in the mini fridge and a can of potato chips on the counter. If you eat it, you have to pay for it.   I requested the highest floor. I don’t know why my request wasn’t honored

The daily house keeping involving replacing the coffee on 1/2 nights there , replaced the floor towel in front of the shower and threw out the garbage, made the bed and that was it

I went for a walk , bought some fruit and settled down and spread my things around and discovered the WiFi is extremely poor, ranging from 1 to zero bar to 2 bar to zero bar

After I entered the room , the room floor , hard work floor it appears , is like a roller skating rink full of luggage wheels tracks. I wasn’t too bothered with it

The reception was unstable and I was using my own cell phone data. This is by far the worse hotel that I have ever stayed in.   The bathroom door is transparent

Very close to the train station. Hotel is good for a stop over. If staying for a longer period is better to choose others as this hotel is too basic but it serves its purpose. Lots of food options around the hotel.

Good hotel. Offers everything you need and the staff are helpful. The city center is within walking distance. The train/bus station is around the corner for other destinations.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the train station. From there, numerous bus lines connect to all parts of the city. Despite being in such a well-connected area, it's remarkably quiet

Room is ok in size but not good for winter/cold weather as there is no separate heater in the bathroom.   Ok if you just stay for 1 night and move on

Location is superb, just across the regional train station. Hotel is very basic in amenities, no flask in room, need to boil and get hot water at reception. Tea sachet is available at reception

Good location, but dated Good location, although hotel is dated but then it is an old building. Shower wasn’t too great and flooded bathroom! Parking is not on site

The welcoming staff in the lobby and restaurant welcomed us with smiles and great service. Ulrich the bar manager and mixologist provided the best service and cocktails with lively and witty banter

I cannot praise and recommend this hotel highly enough. It is a beautiful traditional hotel in a great location. It has been extremely well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable

Room was small, but quite lovely and had all of the amenities. Don't skip the breakfast -- one of our favorite meals in Austria was the breakfast at this hotel.

Good location, great service, breakfast is good.

Not far from the Palace of Beauty and the market of Nash and the church of Karl There is a billa supermarket and restaurants nearby and there is a lot of Chinese food on the road leading to the u4 metro station

Hotel prices in the city center are quite expensive so I settled for this slightly far away holiday hotel chain

Walk half an hour to the city center church. Vienna is still quite suitable for a slow stroll

It is clean but very tight bed for children they told me it is a superior room how about the regular one

Excellent experience at the hotel. Starting from the staff that were always kind, helpful and friendly. All of them had the same attitude. The room was comfortable, with wide space and good illumination

Towels in perfect condition and good size. No problems with the water getting outside the shower or getting all the floor wet

And the location of the hotel was perfect - so close to all the shops and local cafes! The highlight of this hotel was the staff, and service from them! We arrived at the hotel early due to an early coach into the city, we were tired and exhausted, and thought we’d see if we could check in early after a bad night sleep

The breakfast buffet was international, with constant replacement of any product that may be low in quantity or out. The only down side from the breakfast was the size of the glass. Too small, not comfortable at all

The service was excellent. Elena was very attentive and recommended the hotel's sauna. Just wait half an hour for it to reach the desired temperature, and then you can relax.

The receptionist (whose name I forgot, but it began with an S) let us check in early, and was so welcoming! All of the receptionist’s were so kind, and very helpful with local activities and tips! I’d definitely recommend this hotel, very reasonably priced compared to others too!

Rooms are comfortable and the best part of the hotel is toilets! They have floor heating. You can choose to stay if you need a romantic or relaxable holiday

Very beautiful conservated castle turned into a hotel. There is a annexed spa with saunas, pool and massages. Very beautiful views and quiet neighborhood

Gabi is the best in the playing area. Stefan, Attila, and Eszter were very kind to us. The guy from the child food was also so helpful. The hotel is well situated, just few minutes to the Achterjet

This hotel has some amazingly courteous staff, from front desk to housekeepers, restaurant service, and everyone else. The food was plentiful and very good, and beverage prices appropriate

Lots of hanging space and coat hangers! Great storage area for outdoor stuff especially when winter walking/skiing. Spa area large with indoor pool, steam room infra red room and jacuzzi as well as heated outdoor pool

This is a super traditional Austrian Spa Hotel. Food is excellent, rooms are comfortable. It is in a great location only a short walk from the railway station and town centre

Hotel provides a good daily activities programme normally including a morning exercise class, a daily hike, sauna infusions etc. There are also free bikes for guests to use

Outside in the pool with snow falling - amazing! Also spa treatments available. Excellent food, expertly cooked, presented and served. Ample choice and varied menus

The hotel is in a great location! It's very convenient for sightseeing and shopping! You can board a horse-drawn carriage right outside the hotel for tours. The room interiors are stylish, and the restaurant is decent

The location of this hotel couldn’t be better – tram stop right outside the hotel making it so easy to explore the city. We were only there for one night, but I truly wish we could have stayed longer

Nice hotel staff was fantastic. Internet was good, sauna and steam room were extremely well cleaned and maintained. Room was small but typical for Europe.

Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Had a bit of problems checking in because the night duty staff couldn’t find our booking. It’s a 30 minutes walk to the city Centre so it’s a bit far for walking

The hotel is clean and has everything that one would need on a vacation. There are several supermarkets nearby

High cost performance, attractive appearance, delicious breakfast, good location of scenic river, can be taken by bus to Central Station

My hubby left his hp in a Uber n she help us to contact the uber , act as translator for us all the way n got our hp back. I would say their service is excellent n superb. I would definately come back again

The hotel is great but a bit far from central. The staffs are very friendly n courteous. They always wish u with a warm smile. One of the receptionist Ms Inna is very very helpful n kind

I've stayed there at the end of October 2025,for 3 nights. Great location vs money paid - a decent neighborhood, right next to the subway station and a Billa shop. Parking available at a decent price

The rooms are really well-equipped. Despite the convenient location, it's quite quiet. The tram stops right outside, and the subway is next door. A hairdryer and soap dispenser are provided

A fruit salad would be great, not just whole fruit. Gluten-free bread was available upon request, but unfortunately, I didn't try it; it was just warmed up, a bit damp, and the napkin was stuck to the bottom slice

walkable distance from Bregenz train station and almost on the lake Konstanz. from the lake promenade you can use the underground railway walkaway to reach the main shopping street of the city

the hotel rooms are very quiet with perfect double glazed windows. the beds were new with excellent mattresses much better than many hotels in Europe. the reception and restaurant staff was very helpful

A luxury hotel in the middle of Saalbach. It has excellent staff & food and friendly atmosphere.

We had such a good stay at Saalbacher Hof. It’s one of those hotels where you just feel comfortable straight away. The location is honestly perfect

You can see that someone really thought about how people actually use the space. Everything is clean, tidy and just easy to live in. Indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas… plenty of options depending on your mood

It’s quiet and cosy, and there’s a power socket next to every sofa, so you can sit comfortably with your laptop. You even have direct access to the garden from there, which makes it feel even nicer

Practical things are done really well too. The ski and bike room is big and comfortable. The luggage room on departure day is also spacious, so you don’t have to drag your bags around after check-out

An excellent smaller hotel with a lot of character. The period decor and ornate staircase really add to the atmosphere. Rooms are modern and clean, bathrooms have their own toiletries

A great buffet breakfast is served, offering both cooked and child items. The proximity to the U-bahn makes getting anywhere in Vienna straightforward. However, this area itself is great for shopping

The shuttle service too and from the ski lifts were frequent and the ski lockers in the basement very convenient and spacious. I could not fault to the hotel or service. It is certainly expensive but worth every penny !

Rooms are extremely clean, nothing to make any remarks about. Everything you can expect from a spa: bodylotion and drinkable water from a local source. The Spa was enormously clean as well, no dust or stain to detect

The hotel is in a large and beautiful park, perfect for quiet walks and contemplation. Well appointed room and restaurant. Directly connected to the spa and pools. The pool areas were well maintained and very clean

Superb!! I spent a week in Vienna on business and had a fantastic stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with beautifully renovated, modern facilities, spotless common areas, and spacious, comfortable rooms

The location couldn’t have been better — there’s a taxi stand right outside the entrance, a tram stop nearby, and the city center is just a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to get around

Rooms we had were Ok, comfortable beds, stylish somewhat, shower is visible so take into consideration, sound isolation wasn’t good and we heard every car passing the street beneath us

I stayed at Austria Trend Hotel Doppio Wien, and while the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast good, my rented car was damaged overnight in the hotel's parking area

I would recommend the hotel to address this issue, either by removing the "CHECK-IN" designation from those spots, or moving that designation to another spot, or posting clear check-in-parking instructions somewhere

That is confusing and very strange, since those 2 parking spots don't have any other marks (e. g other company signs like some further spots) and the "CHECK-IN" designation is very visible

Great hotel for a short stay in Salzburg: free parking, free ticket for all public transport, very close to the airport and to the Autobahn to Munich
