We were 3 adults in triple room. The desk team were very polite. The room is basic but comfortable. Safe was locked and they couldn't help open it, we had to carry our passport and wallets with us everywhere we go

I had a wonderful long weekend during the Snow Polo World Cup, staying once again in my preferred room category at the Kitzhof. The room was cozy and perfectly aligned with my personal taste

Breakfast was excellent, complemented by truly outstanding staff. The concierge even arranged a Bentley shuttle to the polo tournament, which was an exceptional touch and very much appreciated

The staff were all extremely attentive and professional while being warm and welcoming at the same time. Beautiful scenery from any of the views in the hotel, and the hotel restaurant is the best in all of Kitzbuhel

The offering at breakfast was also one of the best I have seen around luxury Alpine resorts and I travel about 90+ days a Year so for me to say that means something

The restaurant staff are cheerful and chatty, it is nice to have the same person all week - Simos was very obliging and lovely to talk to. He remembered our drink orders/preferences immediately

The rooms are warm but the window is easily left open if fresher/cooler air is desired. The food (buffet) is of a superb standard and there is always a huge range of choice

The temperatures were horrible while we were there. 10-14 degrees most days and no new show for over a week. They struggled every night - making new snow when possible and reparations with what little they had

We have stayed at Kaiserfels for the last few years and 2026 did not disappoint! We spent the first week of Feb here with friends and family (8 in total)

The reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly, assisting with lift passes and also taxis as required. Rooms are very clean and have good storage, excellent showers and comfortable beds/pillows

Shout out to Sofia who was a fantastic waitress and exceptionally good with our son, so friendly, helpful and kind. The only issue I have is paying €3 for water, I do think this should be included in the price

Everything was amazing. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating and took amazing care of us every step of the way. We loved our stay here and would definitely visit again!

Breakfast are also tasty and rich in options - you can benefit with ala carte breakfast. Spa has small pool but nice sauna section. I would recommend it for adults and couples

The bathroom was not in the best condition as well. The bathroom sink did not drain properly, the hairdryer did not work at all, and the bidet had almost no water pressure

We especially appreciated the reception team’s approach — for example, when the ski storage was not available for all hotel guests, they kindly helped by drying my ski boots for me, which I truly valued

Even after contacting the reception, the mattress issue was not resolved (although additional pillows were provided). We ended up with back and neck pain, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay

Most problematic was the narrow bathtub, which made showering nearly impossible because the shower was positioned only a few centimeters from a slanted wall with a very low ceiling

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable — low, worn out, and clearly overused. The pillows were of very poor quality and practically impossible to sleep on

We stayed in a studio, which was spacious and comfortable in terms of size. Negatives: Unfortunately, the room equipment significantly affected our stay

The breakfasts are superb, and the service is excellent; the staff helps with everything and everyone is smiling. There's a pool on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the city

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to Vienna West Train Station. The Bar is a great place to chill and to relax. If you stay at the Hotel take a drink at the Bar

The food is very good & kept topped up, so nobody goes short. Asian restaurant my personal favourite. That said, as a 4+ star hotel, I would have hoped a-la-carte would have been standard

The ski hire shop next to the hotel was very handy & the huge lockers ( 2 for each room ) were impressive. Spa area is nice, with quite a large pool - didn't use any of the other facilities on offer

The restaurant situation is quite interesting. There are 4 , Italian, Asian, traditional Austrian & and a-la carte. The a-la-carte is not part of your package price, which I found disappointing

The double room type II (4 you) was adequate size for 2 adult males, comprising of a large double bed & a single sofa bed, which I believe can transform into bunkbeds as normally a family room

Exceeded expectations! Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!! The Christmas decorations, breakfast, rooms, service, bar, and dinner were all impeccable!! We will definitely return to Vienna!! The only downside is the price, but it's worth it!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful and gave us a special honeymoon gift. The room was clean, and the location in the city center was perfect for sightseeing

I think this place targets the older generations 40-100 year olds, who like that its still like it was in the „good old days“. For the price of the accommodation and also the in-house offers, you expect more

Absolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor

I guess we arrived too late, the guy at the front desk was too lazy to pay attention to us and arranged a disabled room? But it is really big, with a super large balcony and complete facilities. It is barely good.

All the mini-bar drinks are complimentary, and there's a coffee machine – highly recommended! The only downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a door, but since we're a couple, it wasn't an issue

To my surprise, the mini-bar in the room was complimentary and all-you-can-drink – how amazing is that?! The heating was also excellent. Overall, a really good stay 👍

Arte is conveniently located near the Central Station, making it easy to walk over with luggage. I chose this hotel because the room was spacious enough to open two large suitcases or more

I didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the hotel itself, being right in front of the station, made getting around incredibly convenient. The facilities were excellent, as you'd expect for the price

It’s easy to take their public transportation to all their attractions. Overall ALL GOOD, the only flaw is we didn’t know that there’s no toilet door in our hotel, more suitable for couples 😁

The staff is very friendly, also we got a free mobility ticket where we can use itu to ride the bus, train or tram. the location was so close to the station. Breakfast was also good with a beautiful scenery

Location is perfect if you come via train. It’s just next to train station. There’s a big supermarket next door. Public transport is free for tourist just get it registered with reception.

The room was clean and a good size. It's right at the train station entrance, and Salzburg isn't very big, so you can walk to the Mozart's birthplace area in about 15 minutes. For breakfast, they had miso soup and rice

Salzburg is beautiful, and the reception tried their best to be accommodating and kind towards visitors. Room is clean and great for solo travellers, stay was absolutely value for money
