Close to Altstadt and other sightseeing spots. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. Just that cleanliness can be a bit better

The location is good, not far from anywhere, the staff are very friendly, the room is spacious and tidy, and the decoration is warm.

However, the train station has two exits; the one closer to the hotel doesn't have an elevator. If you have large luggage, it's easier to use the exit with an elevator and then take one tram stop to the hotel entrance

Great location, super close to the subway. You can get to most attractions in about 15 minutes. The only minor drawback is that there aren't many breakfast options, so you usually have to wait a bit

Good ratio Price quality a little bit old fashion ROOM (and meeting rooms) . It indeed smells food in the stairs and on the first floor. The staff was very friendly. take care the parking is very small.

The gym was under construction, the shower drain was not working, leaving you standing in a bath while showering. location was far from city but still a good stay for the price.

I got the impression that it's an old hotel. It was a bit challenging to adjust the shower temperature, and the hairdryer would stop working after about two minutes of use

I had a delightful stay at Hotel A-ROSA Ifen Kleinwalsertal and would absolutely recommend it. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a stunning location and views that made waking up feel like a treat every morning

We were told all hard cheeses were pasteurized, which isn’t correct, and that kind of misinformation can be risky for expectant mothers. Either train the team on this or add clear product descriptions next to items

Also, we had to leave very early (7 am) and requested a takeaway breakfast; while the staff took our preferences, the takeaway bag arrived broken, without cutlery, and contained only basic items

Good location nearby train station and shopping center. Good breakfast with different choices. The lights in the room is a bit difficult to control.

No refrigerator. No electric kettle. Room cleaning and towel change must be reserved the day before. Good location. Breakfast is delicious.

You can also take a bus to the airport right outside the hotel. The river is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which is perfect for a stroll

My first experience, and it will certainly not be the last.

The city center is an easy 15 minute metro ride away for which you will never wait more than 6 minutes. The mall offers lots of shopping and entertainment options including a Cinema (good if you're coming with kids)

Do not expect a real Steigenberger. It is quite old and old fashioned. Excellent breakfast and restaurant quality. Location is very bad as is it far away from city center.

Nice hotel by the river Danube. It's slightly out of the way and have limited restaurants or convenience stores around. Otherwise it's pretty good

Enjoyable Stay Always an enjoyable stay. Clean, comfortable, good food and good staff. A little out of town but ideal for work purposes. A 20 min walk into town along the Danube or there is a bus service nearby.

The people working on the reception and restaurant are not so nice sometimes,,, the breakfast is not so special also. Also some amenities are lacking. It is not good access.

Room is spacious. It’s a good deal in Vienna regardless the location is a bit far from the city centre.

The room looks just like the photos. Not far from the nearest station, with plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and shopping nearby

We received a different room than the one we had booked. Our son was disappointed because he didn’t get to sleep in the bunk bed on any of the three nights

While the amenities in the room are limited, it’s easy to contact the staff by WhatApp and pick up items like robes, slippers, shower caps from the front desk. The room is only cleaned in request which is fine

But I think the cleanliness could use some attention. There was dust around the plugs in the room and piles of towels in the sauna. One of the guests had to ask for more towels and glasses there

The hotel is centrally located for shopping and sightseeing, about 20 min by bus from the main train station. The music theme is delightful although the Bassline room is compact

The good thing is there are lots of hooks in addition to hangers. I enjoyed some old school Motown and Caribbean music, borrowing records from reception

Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again

Excellent view of the St. Wolfgang lake. Room facilities are great. Having breakfast just beside the lake is a huge plus.

The room withThe breakfast place is next to the lake where you can eat breakfast while enjoying a panoramic view of the lake. The hotel is also opposite the bus station if you go to Salzburg or Bad Ischl

I was here for a business trip with my company for just one night, I would have loved to stay more to enjoy the place. The only problem is that often rains on the lake, but that s nobody s fault :)

The room design is very European and comfortable. You can buy tourist attraction cards at the hotel. The only downside is that it is difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower

It is easy to overheat or not hot enough. There is no middle ground at all

I was told the meal would arrive within 10 minutes, but after another 15-minute wait and several follow-up calls, the breakfast that eventually arrived was not what I had ordered. Regrettably, I had to decline the meal

No more than 3 out of 5 stars to rate my experience: the building is fine, but in general I did not get a real 4**** hotel experience as far as the service is concerned: I had to complain to get the towels changed in the 2 rooms that paid for, while they had simply taken the ones left on the floor (wet, and with some clear stains) and folded them again, very unacceptable

And not a real smoke free hotel either: somebody from the staff was smoking while cleaning the terrace where the rooms open on the 4th floor on 26/08/2025 at 09:45, unacceptable

there was a bus stop near! We used an app the receptionist told us about and transportation was very easy! We didn’t mind at all that we needed roughly 15 minutes to get to the center! We were with our 2 children too! The hotel is kind of connected to a small mall! The Gym of the hotel is there too

During our stay, my husband accidentally left his gold chain in our room. A diligent member of the housekeeping team found it and the chain was safely returned to us without any issues

The Rennweg station, just 100m away, offers a direct connection to the airport, and the 71 tram takes you straight to Hofburg Palace in the city center. The room also had air conditioning and a refrigerator

The Hotel Salzburger Hof is an Austrian dream! I went with 6 girlfriends to ski in and around Bad Gastein (highly recommended using Ski Miquel for excellent coordination and guiding)

I had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel. The food was interesting and varied. The service was excellent and the bar, with live entertainment was very enjoyable.

Myself and my daughter in law booked the thermal bath experience but this was very disappointing. This was however the only negative of an excellent holiday at this beautiful hotel

Also Christof & Jessica in the restaurant, who could not have done more for us to make our dining experience perfect. We stayed over new year and thoroughly enjoyed the gala dinner fireworks & entertainment provided

Bar area looks great but staff not good at cocktails. Restaurant food excellent with meat fish and veggie choices every night. Very substantial starter buffet as well. Puddings a bit varied though, and no choice
