Beautiful view, quiet and reasonably priced

The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room.

Very spacious and well-kept rooms. Extremely kind staff, mostly consisting of the family running this place, which creates a warm atmosphere and makes you feel like a Guest rather than just a customer. The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. The only complaint was that the internet was close to non-existent no matter what area of the property we tried. That was part of the reason we did not stay another night. The spa area was nice with very few guests around. Not walking distance to the city center, but taxes are readily available.

Went into this hotel grounds on a random really as we were hot, hungry and thirsty and just walking past. The staff were amazing and the guy who waited on us had a brilliant memory, no notes taken and all came out correct. Clever guy. The homemade lemonade was tasty and refreshing and the salad and toasties were lovely too.

Pleasant experience at the begging of September. Special impression was food. The chief is very creative, there were a lot of interesting tastes and creations. Bravo for him! The stuff in the hotel is mostly from Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan. Some of them very nice, specially girls from Ukraine, but some of them always frowning and cold. Rooms are really clean, pool is amazing. The place is just tre right size, not too much walk to bar/restaurant/pool. Perfect place with kids. Little playground right next to it. Hotel is actually ok, but depending on who is in duty , service can be ridiculeous. It is not an high end hotel, but ok fuctionning air conditionning, clean, good beds . The best accommodation and service This has been the best accomodation and service we have experienced in Europe. In 3 days the room nobody come to clean or to change the towels, the food was ok, for spa you have to pay extra for bathrobe and towel and the humid sauna smells a bit like mold. there is room for improvement!

Stayed as part of a Balkan Holiday ski package. Location is good. If you need to walk to the gondola this takes around 8 minutes. The rooms are very nice and they are in Bansko’s style. In some of the rooms there is a fireplace. The big room for 6 people is awesome, especially if it is a maisonette. All rooms have terrace.

The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was badly stocked, if we had wanted to cook it would have been tricky. When I first arrived I was really disappointed because the place was unclean in places and had dirty mats. The decor was very outdated. The pillow had big holes and tears in it. Flora Apartments were very clean overall. The sheets were changed every day, the heating worked perfectly, and both the bathroom and the entire apartment were spotless. We stayed in the Flora daisy for two nights. The room was spacious and clean and was cleaned every day. There's a small kitchen to use and a bathroom with everything you'll need. The service was pleasant and helpful, we even checked in earlier then regular time.

We stayed here as we hiked Peak Musala over the weekend. Great location to do so. The area (like neighborhood) is under construction so it was a bit difficult to find it and even if we were lucky to park the car in a good place, others seemed to struggle finding a proper space to do so.

This hotel is a pretty good place to stay for your vacation. Food choice seems decent, although it would be great for a little more variety to be added.
