This is the second time we have visited Rose Apartments and once again we were impressed. I should start by adding this is a budget choice accommodation so don't expect fancy bathroom accessories, champagne on arrival or room service. What you do get is a clean apartment, wonderful staff and an all inclusive package that includes local spirits (yuk), beer (yummy) and soft drinks. The food was good...

All hotel staff, especially the girls in the bar, very nice and smiling. Rooms clean and tidy, the cleaning ladies do it with accuracy. The Lord who cleans the plates after the meals is also deserving of praise, because the table was always clean. Very good place to stay close to nessebar and sunny beach. Very clean has a good pool bar with very nice food. Close to shops and restaurants.

Hotel is quite basic but adequate, room spacious & very clean, It would be quite a challenge to cooks a meal with limited utensils but numerous restaurants very close to hotel. Please be aware that rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisy from the main road which runs past the hotel, we moved room to the back of the hotel, we were offered a choice, breakfast was quite good the usual kind of thing...

Very comfortable apartment - clean and well equipped . Great kitchen . Beds are very comfy . Staff excellent . Nice hot shower . Only a short walk to the old town or ski lift . Great views of mountains . Would stay here again .

I'm delighted to recommend this place to anyone visiting Bansko. The family who run it are so kind and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be sure to stay here again during our next trip to Bansko.

Not bad. Affortable and more on the cheap side, but pretty decent for a place to crash after a long day on the slopes.

We found the apartments last minute before our stay. We liked the peace, proximity to the beach, parking and a nearby store. The apartments are fresh with comfy beds, good AC and decently sized fridges. The kitchen is well stocked. We stayed on the last floor with no elevator, but we had a decent sea view.

The apartments are very close to the sea, the rooms are clean, reception is also very friendly. The only thing is that you can hear outside in your room, but not a big deal for us. For the price it is a good suggestion. Thank you Oxygen Apartments, we enjoyed our stay.

Great accommodation. Apartment is big and clean, we had everything needed. Green areas outside, nice place for kids. The beach is very close, probably 5 minute walk. The host is also very nice, he is willing to help and provided us with useful information about the area. There is a nice restaurant with sea view nearby and supermarket just across the street. I recommend for a family stay with kids.

The apartment is modern and clean, in a new building close to the beach. The apart-hotel is suitable for familys with kids, away from Sunny Beach noise, at a decent price. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is pretty nice - good value for the services offered. Great location, great view (we paid for one bedroom apartment but there was an issue with our reservation and instead we got a two bedroom apartment with two balconies - both with sea view which was great). We were on the sixth floor and I expected that it would be hot but the temperature in the rooms was nice even without using the air...

Very good hotel, the staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Near the beach which is great and a lot of parking spaces.

The hotel is catering towards the local/Bulgarian clients, you won't meet many foreigners there. The receptionists don't speak English but this was not a problem (they always call someone on the phone who can translate). Rooms are old, it's like a time machine takes you into 80's. Elevators have probably never seen soap water since installed (and they keep breaking down).. We haven't tried any food...

Wonderful place, clean rooms, has everything you need, kind and responsive host, five minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Ideal complex for families with children, peace and quiet. We will be happy to vacation here every year.

Poor cleaning of rooms, there is not enough space for garbage in the toilet and generally very narrow toilets, if you fold out a chair, then the room will not leave room at all. It would be very nice if the rooms had hair dryer. Problems with doors, if they are not closed, then constantly open, in our room the door to the bathroom is constantly wedged

Highly recommended! I was really impressed with this place. The complex is modern, clean, and very well organized. Everything was exactly as described – or even better. The location is great, the environment is calm, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything in top condition. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely return. Amazing view and great location! The rooms are clean, the apartment is spacious and well protected from the sun (for our stay ac was not needed). It has an underground parking so the car won’t get hot. Nearby is a great beach with still and clear water, soft sand. Nearby you can find great restaurants.

Great location near the sea, with underground parking (which is great, keeping the car cool). It also have some pools between the two or three lines of apartments. We had the ground floor apartment, which was very nice regarding the access to the sea. The sea has nice sand, however in the first meters there are some rocks. Overall is the best cost / benefit location we've found in the Balchik area

The hotel is in an excellent location. It's close to the beach and also very close to the restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very tidy and clean. Although the hotel is near the main street, the room was quiet and peaceful. A parking spot is also available.

I don't recommend staying here unless the other hotels are completely full. The hotel is an OK alternative for people with pets, like me. The restaurant is decent, with average food. The included breakfast is poor in variety but the food itself is decent as well. Indoor and outdoor pool are too cold for the average person to swim in comfortably. The hot tub is ice cold as well, being more of a kid...

Raya is the best and most polite host you can imagine, she will help you with all your needs and requests. The location of apartment is ideal max 10m easy walk to any important city place. Apartments has a playroom for kids well equiped.

My friends and I spent almost a week there. We went snowboarding and found this little gem of an apartment to stay in. The room was amazing and clean, within walking distance (10m) of the gondola, and had storage for skiing equipment. The best part was the hospitality—anything we needed, they had a solution for. Bansko is supposedly a somewhat newer ski destination than Borovets, but the ski resort was before 2011 during our stay, upgraded by NOK 500 million. The destination offers very good benefits and experiences, especially due to modern equipment and low price level

Great place to stay for couples and familys.Had a ground floor flat with a small terrace opposite one of the pools,there are 3 on site,flat was very clean ,the maid came in every day,it wasent expecting that.
