The room was dirty, there were too many bugs in the room, the AC was too loud and overall mot enjoyable stay. The receptionist was nice and helpful. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Entry is around the back of the building, looks tidy from the outside bur inside is very dated,. The cover for the beds was worn and with holes. We really enjoyed our stay at New Line Village place. The apartment we had was clean and modern. The pool was lovely and the beach just a very short walk away. All Team members were always very helpful with local information and arranging transfers for us. Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment for 4 people at a reasonable price. The pool is a very nice place to relax after or before beach, and the small terraces of the apartment are ok for enjoying your morning coffee. Host was kind and my stay was really enjoyed here.

Very nice clean hotel, nice pool area and very convenient to the local beach, approx 300m. It's around 4km outside Sozopol the nearest large town and sea resort. There was a little bit of detail missing in the hotel, such as the kettle which is listed and no sheets, which I'm sure would have been easily resolved, but as a stop over we didnt. Very nice place with a great location. Ver clean, the personnel is polite. Great premises, 5 min walk to the beach. On the downside they can fit the rooms with door nets as there are mosquitos at night and also the soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. I recommend this place. This place is a bit out of the way, but nice. Don't come out of season though because nothing is open. The pool is nice and everything is clean. The facilities are OK and the lovely beach is over the road. There is also a small play ground for babies.

Been there once. Overall the hotel is very nice. It has a big garden with children's space. Good parking spaces. The room we were in was very spacious and it was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Went into this hotel grounds on a random really as we were hot, hungry and thirsty and just walking past. The staff were amazing and the guy who waited on us had a brilliant memory, no notes taken and all came out correct. Clever guy. The homemade lemonade was tasty and refreshing and the salad and toasties were lovely too.

Problems with WI-FI and hot water

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. Free of charge. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable. Clean bathroom, towels,spa and pool. Staff is polite. Its quiet, peaceful and with a car it takes 15 min driving to Bansko or Razlog.

Great location of 5 to 10 minutes to Gondola lift, with the equipment shop on route. The rooms at Dream Aparthotel are spacious over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Our stay at Dunav Apartment House was great - we were only in Sofia for one evening and it was perfect for us in terms of location, price and amenities. Been staying here nearly 10 years now and love it so much, large spacious apartments, great pool, friendly staff, cleaning on request so as to not disturb you, towels changed regularly but if you need more just ask. I'm delighted to recommend this place to anyone visiting Bansko. The family who run it are so kind and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be sure to stay here again during our next trip to Bansko.

We found the apartments last minute before our stay. We liked the peace, proximity to the beach, parking and a nearby store. The apartments are fresh with comfy beds, good AC and decently sized fridges. The kitchen is well stocked. We stayed on the last floor with no elevator, but we had a decent sea view.
