Raya is so helpful and welcoming. The wellness centre is so clean and well maintained. Love the candles and the relaxation vibe. The perfect place to relax after a hard days work on the slopes! Thank you Raya and Team! We will be back for sure 👍

Raya is the best and most polite host you can imagine, she will help you with all your needs and requests. The location of apartment is ideal max 10m easy walk to any important city place. Apartments has a playroom for kids well equiped.

My friends and I spent almost a week there. We went snowboarding and found this little gem of an apartment to stay in. The room was amazing and clean, within walking distance (10m) of the gondola, and had storage for skiing equipment. The best part was the hospitality—anything we needed, they had a solution for. Thank you!

My friends and I stayed at St. Anastasia Apartment in Bansko, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We initially booked it for the perfect location, the great reviews, the spa, kitchen and the ping-pong table. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the owner. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. Any issue we faced, she had a solution for it—especially in my case. On the last day, I lost my ID, and I can confidently say that without her help, I wouldn’t have been able to return home. She assisted me without hesitation, showing a level of care and professionalism that is rare to find. She is clearly passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her guests. Whenever I return to Bansko, I will definitely be staying at her apartment. Even though i lost my ID, i had exceptional time in Bansko and Raya (owner) made it possible. Truly one of a kind.

Bansko is supposedly a somewhat newer ski destination than Borovets, but the ski resort was before 2011 during our stay, upgraded by NOK 500 million. The destination offers very good benefits and experiences, especially due to modern equipment and low price level
