The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel staff was very nice and gave us a better room than we originally booked. The beach is very large and clean, you can find free sunbeds at any time

Katya from the entertainment team was absolutely amazing she really made our holiday. She is a credit to the hotel. All the staff are very friendly

The pool is great, although it would be nice to have more sundecks near it. The private beach and the the silence of an adults-only hotel are definitely some of the best features

The hotel and the room’s were very clean and well maintained. The food was gods with a good choice of different things. Entertainment daily both during the day and at night was very good with something for everyone.

I stayed with my husband for 2 weeks and we cannot fault it at all. The food was varied but there was always something to take your fancy. The entertainment was fabulous, talented and funny

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

A simple and easy go-to option for a short stay. The location is very central and easy to get to nearby restaurants and bars. Parking is tricky though.

Hotel has other amenities too wich I didn't get to check, such as swimming pool and spa. Bar is small and closes at 23 but the staff is really nice. 15minuts by foot from the old town

The serenity of the place, late at night, the complicity of the sea, right in front of you, when you open your eyes in the morning, the exquisite non alcohoolic and alcohoolic drinks carefully prepared at the Skybar, the excellent food, the yummy cakes and gorgeous coffee from the Coffee Shop, cannot be ignored

2 pools, own beach, bit strong drinks, but just order with less alcohol and its all good :) Location is perfect and the hotell is really nice :)

Vistamar, forever Since we had an amazing holiday in May, we decided to book a summer stay in the same Concept room, right then. Our arrival was delayed by a terrible event, the loss of a most beloved family member

This hotel has surprised me in a very good way. Past years i was in all inclusive hotels in Romania, Turkey, Egypt, all of them 5 stars and more expensive than this one

My favourite thing is that it is only 3 minutes from the room to being in the sea and the food is very good. There is a lot of staff to cater to your needs

This hotel although not so big as the ones in Egypt for example, offers more quality for the money. Shortly said it is better than all of the above

The pool with water slides is really great for kids, except it was off for some reason in the middle of the day. Water is much colder than in the other outdoor pools. Beach- that is one of 2 massive disappointments

In the fridge there are 2 beers, 1 sparkling water, 1 drink and 1 juice. A big advantage was the room on the 1st floor with a spacious terrace. You can go down the stairs straight to the pool or bar

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean and nice. We had room with a beautiful sea view. The food at the restaurant is tasty. There are 3 pools plus one minin aquapark for small kids.

A very nice hotel by the sea, the best, clean beach along the coastline. The hotel manager - a young guy Krasimir is simply incredible, all issues were resolved very quickly and positively

Delicious cuisine and a clean restaurant, the chef is simply cool. We have been to very expensive and famous hotel chains, so this small, incredibly cozy, quiet little hotel is 100% worthy of attention

So, me and my fam had the best weekend ever at Hotel Amore in Elenite, Bulgaria. First off, the service was legit amazing, with the staff being super friendly and helpful

And let me tell you, the food at the restaurant was off the charts delicious! We're totally stoked about this place and we're definitely gonna come back someday

The rooms were huge and had an epic sea view that we couldn't get enough of

Limited choice of 5 cocktails, nothing fancy but good enough. AMENITIES: 3 swimming pools (2 outside, 1 inside), can usually find a spot to sit despite the usual towel on the sunbed tricks

you can use both swimming pool and also they have indoor pool. Our room had jungle view which was awesome. it was clean and they daily room service

LOCAL AREA: A nice place to take a family, plenty to do and see and the beach was beautiful, although you do have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas on all the beach's

Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available

Perfect for families with children as it is very much the offer is, everything is manageable and everything is clean. Even the toilets by the Pool are cleaned every 30 minutes. We come next year definitely again!

A very good basic+ hotel,cheap.very clean,at 1-5 minute walk to beach,shops,restaurants,bars,in the middle of action.The food are OK,bars are good,the hotel staff is very polite and kind.Hot water comes at 7 am.

The room is quite large, I have a double bed and a single. I am all inclusive and the drinks are local products with real Coke zero or normal coke. The pool is large and the area clear

The only need in the morning,before Breakfast,to book yourself a sunbed (towel throw), otherwise near our hotel booked and will have to go look all over the beach. The best time for booking at 9 am

At check issued bonuses-visit local restaurants. We were in Bulgarian and Italian. Nothing to do with these kitchens were not. On site there is a swimming pool with two bowls under the open sky

A huge plus is that the hotel is part of the club 6-7 hotels and they have a huge covered area, which has its own water Park, lots of bars, eateries, ice cream and everything is free

Wonderful place - large, clean and confortable room, wonderful salty water swimming pool, nice terrace, fresh and tasty food, great staff. The sandy beach was 10 min by walking. Great vacation! We will come back!

Was here with as a mother and mature daughter taking a 1 week all inclusive vacation in Varna in September. The hotel was well known by the taxi driver and we were dropped off right at the exit

The rooms were clean and of good size, with an en-suite and a nice sized balcony with outdoor seating furniture. There was also a clothes rack on the balcony. The air con and Tv worked fine in the room

The food was tasty with a lot of variety. Fresh soups at lunch and dinner, one being meat option and one being meat-free/ vegetarian. Meat-free/ vegetarian dishes were available too

Good selection of salads and vegetables. At the time, Milanka was working at the restaurant ensuring everything is clean, well stocked up, and tasty. Milanka and the team did a great job during our stay

There is a nice outsude swimming pool with a lot of sunbeds around it, SPA and gym, which was always empty. Gym it's not very big, but has enough of machines and a bench, barbell and for some reason only one dumbbell 😊

We don’t have any problems usually. !!! I don’t know wether this is managed by the hotel or not, but the woman who took care of the sunbeds at the hotel’s private beach was really really rude to us

Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor

The food it's very good! The chef at the grill knows what he doing! The pool was good and clean. The beach it's 50-70 meters from the hotel. The Beach it's clean and very good

Great place, service provided by the stuff and location is right there on the beach ⛱️ 👌 👍. It's very tough to book the place, so I guess it needs to be done in advance as soon as you know that you'll be going.

Once again I am at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena for more than 30 days. All in All, the experience was excellent and I zcan therefore put the management of the Hotel and the restaurant in the first place

In this year Hotel Malibu was a really good choice for my family. The room was good and clean, cleaned daily. The food was amazing and fresh. I can only recommend the services of Hotel Malibu

The hotel itself is situated in the centre of Albena, where there were many shops,stalls, and plenty of amenities. The whole complex is for tourists,is very clean,safe, and quiet at night

The beach has beautiful sand,no pebbles and very few shells. The sea was warm,and has lifeguards. We would definitely go back to Albena

The pool is average size and not to crowded, except for week-ends. But pieces of the ceramic is peeling away, children dived and colected the pieces as "sunken treasures" :)

Sanitization and maintenance is something they need to hardly improve especially if you're not used to see spider webs and swallow nests on the balcony and pool toilets

The all inclusive food it has a wide variety and tastes good. The upper rooms have beautiful view but the lower ones not, view to swimming pool or to other hotel buildings, like the restaurant

I don't know what they understand under ultra all inclusive, but the aoft drinks like coca cola and normal beers were not free, only from the drink machines the cheap and watered soft drinks

Room cleaning you had to ask for it, and they gave new towels and water. To my opinion the allocated stars are not the real ones, the location might help on that

We have been in Kaliakra Beach in May 2025 again. Clean and nice room (Superior) with a great view. A very nice location, direct at the black sea. Good and tasty food and drinks at the bar

Perfect for a family vacation !!! New, clean, quiet, with underground parking, swimming pool and a sea view of grade 10. Quality furniture, impeccable cleanliness, serious anti-Covid measures, very discreet staff

Nice people, big pool, one for kids one for adults. Really big rooms with AC ❤️ I love it. The food obviously isn't so good like at every other hotel with breakfast, but you can still find something to eat

The stay here was very pleasant. Pluses: - The stuff was very responsive and served us quick. They made sure that everything was clean. - During every meal serving, the stuff made sure to clean the finished plates

- the stuff from reception helped us with every question we had. - most of the stuff knew English very well. - in the menu, there was healthy food choices

- we received an apartment with a view over the see, which was amazing. Minuses: - not such great variety of food - the gym did not have mirrors

Communal Areas: There was a nice seating area in reception with a bar, upstairs was a pool table and underneath a shop. Outdoor seating on either side of the hotel was available

Directly opposite is the Baltata nature reserve which we ran through most days, then onto the coast road up to Balchik. Directly outside is also the Albena 'train' which regularly runs into town (approx 1km away)

We made sure our table was clean and tidy because that is the respectful thing to do. It also teaches our children a lesson, keeping the environment and other people free from harm

Location: Mura is located in a pedestrian area, although taxis and buses can of course drive down. Mura is is 3rd hotel from the end of the 6km beach line

Cleanliness: Excellent and high standard everywhere. There were cleaning staff constantly cleaning and tidying up after people

Middle class hotel with middle class staff. The barmans at the Lobby bar are rude and not professional at all. The pool isn't clean and safe and the food is below average

Always friendly, always nice, a big variety of games like archery, cocktail game, cup tournament and more! Their night shows are not to be missed as well with programs for kids and adults!

Good report money-services. We had a 7-day all inclusive vacation and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go again there next year!

Ex-soviet hotel which was renovated. Good outdoor pool and water facilities but very small and limited indoor pool. Rooms are clean but bathrooms are old fashioned and limited in space

We stayed at Katarino Spa Hotel in Razlog, Bulgaria for just one night, and honestly, we wished we had extended our stay
