Excellent facilities, beautiful room. Efficient shuttle service to the ski slopes. Lovely breakfast and spa. The staff at reception and at the bar are really friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Paid for a deluxe room, wasn't impressed. Pool and spa were great and location of hotel is great. Very very helpful concierge named Trendy saved us and jump started our dead car

Some of the photos were quite old! The conditions in the hotel were changed!The rooms have been renovated! That's great! The wait staff was perfect! Come and we will see!

Nice and clean rooms. High temperature in the rooms. Free shuttles to ski slopes every morning and evening, but not during lunch time. The staff is very kind and helpful.

The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.

The hotel is a very cozy and wonderful place, far from the typical hustle and bustle of the sea. With a large garden, private parking at the hotel (and free for guests). The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh

The room is large, spacious and clean

The personnel was extremely friendly, especially the cook who spoiled us and the chief-of-staff lady! We enjoyed very much the backyard which is in fact a park and the relaxing and peaceful view, with birdsong as the only 'noise'! Also, the furniture has a distinctive, classic design

The cleaning lady did during our stay a really great job despite being very busy. Towels and bed sheets were changed frequently. This hotel's location is ideal for those who enjoy relaxation and silence

Clean, good food, pool (for this area is a good thing) we are staying here and for beach we are going to Golden Sand , there is alout of places (clubs,bars) and is more clean than here (of this area)

The room had a washing machine - a first for us on holiday - meant I came home with literally no laundry as everything got washed and dried in the Bulgarian sun! The pools are great / slides perfect for kids, plenty of loungers (although some more comfortable that others) - and the animation team great

We’ve been to Bulgaria before and loved it- opted for this hotel this time because of the water slides (son aged 10) First impressions gave us the ick instantly hotel didn’t look as good as photos - but were frequent travellers so wasn’t put off at this and know that a holiday is what you make it

Cold water but god damn the food and rooms were amazing the location it is a bit far from beach but a nice little morning walk is also nice so it didn't really matter to us if it was far (it's like 15 minutes slow pace) the ground are beautiful and there were cats

We flagged it and they continued to serve it to people! (The pool was significantly quieter the next day) like other mentioned there was no refilling of trays either - almost a once it’s gone it’s gone

Getting into our room not so much- it was unclear from the card we were given what room we were actually in and after trying the various different room numbers written on the cardboard (yes there was multiple) it was back to reception to get some help

Amazing place - nice staff and clean rooms. The sea view is stunning in the morning at sunrise. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel. I'm glad we stayed here, we had an amazing holiday!

I had a lovely stay at Slavuna! The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the beach is amazing

The hotel is also pet-friendly, which was great for travelling with my dog! I’d happily return as it is a great spot for a restful holiday

The Green Wood hotel is a great place to stay. Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was brilliant, staff were lovely and professional, the room was very nice, the food was excellent

The hotel is 3 stars so you get what you pay. Next to pool is the best ( simple) food place and best people to serve you (with reasonable prices). If we come back it is bekose of the food place!!!

Pool area is clean and the drinks at the bar are amazing. The Barman Emil is super friendly. He have told me and my friends about the places worth to see and makes the best drinks

Really close to the beach and somehow in between Neasebar Old town and Sunny Beach Center. Would be great to keep the pool opened later than 18

Great location, clean rooms and very good value for money. The food was delicious and of great variety. The beach is right across the hotel. We also explored the nearby old town of Nesebar which we found fantastic

Incredible sea views, tranquility and beauty. A bit far from the beach but there are pools, sun loungers and a children's Playground in front of the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient area. It's 5 minutes away from the beach and 4 minutes away from the centre. Young people with a brighter smile than the sun and very polite

The breakfast is simple, Bulgarian and fresh. Tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and feta cheese or Bulgarian yoghurt with oatmeal and fresh fruit, but also bread, cake or pasta are on offer every day

Not too expensive and surprisingly quiet even with kids around. Nice view and clean water at the pools. You will definitely get served well at the bar and the restaurant

What would we recommend looking at? The sunbeds at the pool are very crowded and the worst thing is that there is no room to pass. There is a danger of someone falling into the pool

But it's definitely colder in there than outside. That concludes all the negatives. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, spa and restaurant. The food was delicious and varied. Spa and pools are warm and we liked them

The tiles in the pools should be inspected and repaired. The directions did not help us much to find the apartment, and subsequently the direction arrows to the old part

Pretty nice hotel and if it was handled better and it was renovated it wouldve been better but the buffet is diverse and delicious also i dont think its okay as a guest to pay for a parking space

The mattress was well worn not really serviceable. Like the apartment the water comes out of the tap brown. A problem in Sozopol but they could filter it! No good for the massive jacuzzi bath, or cleaning teeth

The rooms are meticulously clean. Bedding is changed every two days. There are no water heating facilities in the room so preparing a cup of something hot is impossible. There is a fridge, AC and a TV

Forage for about 60mtrs and the food is significantly better and the beer is less than half the price, no wonder the restaurant is empty most of the time, same goes for the pool bar

The receptionists were very kind and knew english very well. The rooms were very clean when we arrived

We had 5 rooms reserved and the only problems in some were things like the hair dryer not working, the tv remote not having batteries or the shower head detaching from water pressure

They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, which we really appreciated. Our room was also quite satisfactory—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained for the duration of our stay

Unfortunately, the food at the hotel's restaurant consisted primarily of processed items, with very few fresh or healthy options. This was a major drawback for us and made meal times a bit of a challenge

It wasn't particularly convenient for exploring with two small children, and we found ourselves having to walk a bit more than we would have liked to get to the main attractions

However, if you are traveling with small children and are looking for healthy food choices and kid-friendly amenities, this might not be the best fit for you

This is our 7th visit to Borovets We booked here instead of the Rila as it’s newly refurbished and just behind the Rila, you can cut through the back of the Rila for ski hire and slope access It’s a lovely cosy Alpine style hotel, much more relaxed and personal and the room was modern and large

We went on our summer holiday in Aura hotel in Velingrad for a few days. It's a lovely hotel with one big pool and a few small ones all with mineral water. We took opportunity of spa procedures and it was great

Pools are small and not overcrowded. Greek style outdoors - statues, chairs, colours. 20lv is the fee for using the pools when you are not a guest of 5he hotel

I was surprised about the infrastructure, physiotherapy was very good and my spouse and appreciate the pools and the views.

So for my birthday, we went to hotel Aura. And bro I ain't gonna lie it's great. We got room A2 and I saw this when I went on my room. I saw some construction stuff outside. But hey, they might remodel it

There is a large and a small pool. The rooms are spacious with plenty of beds. The hotel has umbrellas and sunbeds

There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand if you have come from the sea and immediately go to the pool. It is located in a quiet location and is quite well priced

A pleasant owner, clean, there is everything for a rest, not far to the sea

Had a great stay here. People are very kind. There is a restaurant downstairs for delicious food and also a bakery for breakfast also great food. Parking was available in the front of the hotel.

I can't rate which was the best, but the highlights that made us happy with choosing this hotel /at random/ are: - the excellent, kind, cordial and respectful service and attitude of the restaurant, cuisine, reception, reception and accommodation, and in general, all the people with whom we met and communicated in the preparation and conduct of the event

- cuisine - at the highest level - delicious, with beautiful serving and good portions; - interior - suitable for a boutique hotel; - External parts - in excellent condition and great for photos; - Parking - although the number of places on it is limited, the owners have done everything necessary to fit the cars of all guests

Their restaurants has great local food and catering for all, with lovely food and reasonable prices. I would love to go back as we had a fantastic time. Saff were great and Hotel Porter couldn't been more helpful

Good size with a comfy double bed and two proper single beds for the kids in a separate room. Bathroom look to have just been refurbished and really nice. Room was cleaned every day with new towels

Service is great and heartwarming - really nice people, they guide you and introduce you to everything in the city. For breakfast they offer all kinds of meals. You can even order something costum

I can only share my opinion about the restaurant as I have not been staying at the hotel itself. I really enjoyed the salads as they were chopped into small pieces which made a huge difference

Especially for those wishing to have a area to play tennis, mini Golf, free use of the sauna in one of the pools; charge and Spa, and a beauty salon, and diving, and professional photos and portraits, and all the water activities

Cleanlinness in the restaurant is just bad!!! Room cleanlinness is good. Most of the staff is very polite 5/5 5. Waterslides are good both for kids and adults. No daycare center for small kids

The quality of the food is good. Negative side is that the variaty between the meals is not big. All other cocktails and drinks are with low quality. Water in the pool was ok but it could be better filtered

We asked for a birthday song to play on lunch but they probably forgot to play it. But some of the rooms were pretty far away from reception and the restaurant a worst of all the far away rooms didn’t have wifi
