Hotels with pool in Bulgaria

With gentlemen coming around all day picking up plastic cups(waste of lots of plastic cups). You could get a sunbed most day is early. But tou could not reserve beds before 9. Other wise the towels was removed

We have been visiting Sunny Beach for the last 15 years (approx) lol and spent our first couple years at other hotels but Laguna park was the best not just for us but for the kids too, when we first went there was a small slide in the middle of the pool that was it, over the years the hotel has improved by what i would say 100%, with its aqua slides ect ect

People complained this year about reserving their sunbeds before 9am and having their towels removed, all you need to do is stay with your beds till after 9am, People complained about the food not hot enough, mine was OK but if you want there is a microwave next to the toasters you could use, People complained about the lifeguards whistling, well its their job to keep everyone safe, people running...

On arrival we had to remind the girl we was stood at the desk for a reason (to book in) as she kept walking away and talking with someone else, on our second week we complained to the reception that our air condition had turned warm to be told that it had been turn over as customers complained they was cold, ( why didn't the customers turn their air con off in the room ) I explained my husband had...

the advert for the holiday said air conditioned rooms, But after all of this I would still go back to Laguna Park Please please please Management train your staff ( all staff ) in customer care, you have staff more interested in their mobile phones than serving especially at the bars

Some of the pool side was uneven. The lifeguards kept whistling the whistle. But it's there job to keep people safe. It was very busy and noisy around the pool edge. The food was the same kind of thing very day

We visited the hotel in July 2023. The rooms were really nice, we had great view however some things are old and not well-kept. The hotel has a really nice spa center with mineral water pools

The pools and the combination of the hot water and sea is great. But the personnel was rude and not really nice

Rare combination of SPA, mneral water and beachfront location. Food delicious and Ukrainian staff was fantastic, kind and very helpful. Relaxed holiday, highly recommend

Room was big and comfortable, variety of veggie options and the best massage I ever had, salt room is also very good

A big luxurious hotel just on a beautiful beach with golden sands. It so situated next to a spring with hot mineral water. There are a warm inside pool with mineral water and an outside small pool with hot water

I didn't stayed at this hotel, only used the SPA. 3 pools with the thermal water, 1 big+ 2 small. You can order he food (which is nice,fresh, reasonable price) & drinks from the restaurant

Although the hotel is old, if small minuses are removed, it will not be a problem at all (remove mold near the shower, fix the toilet drain in the toilet by the pool, doors that do not close well, cobwebs from the windows, the cooking area is outside, wash the floor on the stairs in the upper restaurant, fix or change sunbeds)

Overall I liked the hotel, the staff is friendly, it is located in a green area, one pool was warm (as I understood they change the water once a week, pour warm water and by the end of the week it is no longer so warm)

We were 14 friends together and we spent 4 wonderful days, between 01-04. When it rained I had free access to the SPA, with an indoor pool with thermal water and 2 saunas. Friendly staff, fast service at the table

Guests are mostly from Europe and Ukraine. There a lot of children rest in the hotel, but guests (as well as their parents) smoked a lot (next to the pool and open restraunt) unfortunately seems it is allowed

BUT water leaks from the shower in the bathroom and because of this there was always water in the sink and toilet area (the cleaning lady solved the problem by  giving an extra old towel)

The only thing is, on the last day the butter ran out, which is a must-have for breakfast)) There was almost no black tea, but you can get by. Drinks, juice, beer, wine were all there

Top hotel, has a very good interior. The rooms are furnished very nice. The actual hotel is huge and has many many rooms. If you consider whether to visit or not, do not hesitate

We stayed in the Grand Hotel and Spa Primoretz for four nights in October, which is very definitely out of season, but our stay was no worse for that. The hotel is grand in setting as well as name

Entry to the spa came as part of our room rate, and was appreciated. The spa area has an indoor swimming pool, a steam room, a sauna and an aroma sauna

The pool however was kept at as cool a temperature as I’ve ever encountered in an indoor pool. The rest of the spa however was fine

The style is old-fashioned, the sort of old-fashioned that might have been old-fashioned when it was new. Predictable for the era in which the hotel was built but perhaps not for when it was renovated

Very lovely rooms! I Had one facing the black sea, larger than Standard rooms, Just little Higher price. IT was really spacious! Everything CLEAN. Service ist pretty good, friendly, Professional

The hotel is in the heart of Sofia, within walking distance of all major landmarks and just steps from the metro station. The spa is excellent — featuring a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and even a cold tub

The breakfast is good enough but nothing exceptional. Swimming pool is OK, sauna is good. Location is perfect if you want to be in the city center. Good restaurants, and stores within 15 minutes walking distance

Service of door guy , helping with luggage, was superb, and front desk very friendly. Lovely chill top floor breakfast with morning view. My only suggestion is thicker bulgarian fresh yogurt at the breakfast buffet

In all ways I was very happy here. Location good for local parks, sights, accessible to other areas. View terrific in room on 5th floor facing St Alex cathedral. Floor ceiling windows real nice

We had a wonderfull stay at Sense hotel. The wellness is ideal for relaxing , then a cocktail at the rooftop and lunch or dinner in the exquisit Asian restaurant below

TOP hotel - top location, great rooftop bar for breakfast and cocktails in the evening! Ideal start for our weekend in Sofia

Some guest leave towels on sunbeds to reserve them and in the morning when we get to the beach most of the umbrellas were "reserved" even though the beach was empty. Manegment should not allow this

The only area that could be improved is the pool bar service, as the staff changes frequently and the new, younger team members can sometimes be a bit reserved and less customer-oriented at first

Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price

Only problem you might encounter is that the toilet is in the shower, but it was not something disturbing. The food was good, but there were not so many options of meat. Anyway, everyday we got enough food to get full

The beach is small, but perfect because there are not so many people. Water was very warm (because of the Burgas golf) and the weather was also nice. I recommend this hotel and I would come back if I could

Wonderful place - large, clean and confortable room, wonderful salty water swimming pool, nice terrace, fresh and tasty food, great staff. The sandy beach was 10 min by walking. Great vacation! We will come back!

Was here with as a mother and mature daughter taking a 1 week all inclusive vacation in Varna in September. The hotel was well known by the taxi driver and we were dropped off right at the exit

The rooms were clean and of good size, with an en-suite and a nice sized balcony with outdoor seating furniture. There was also a clothes rack on the balcony. The air con and Tv worked fine in the room

The food was tasty with a lot of variety. Fresh soups at lunch and dinner, one being meat option and one being meat-free/ vegetarian. Meat-free/ vegetarian dishes were available too

Good selection of salads and vegetables. At the time, Milanka was working at the restaurant ensuring everything is clean, well stocked up, and tasty. Milanka and the team did a great job during our stay

However the construction of the property and placement of the pool is such that there is sun shining at the pool area until about 1pm. After this time, the sun is behind the building covering the pool and the pool area

This hotel is great, the view is great, the room is large and comfortable, it is very comfortable to sleep here, the service is great, the roadside parking is charged and free on holidays, this is a very good holiday place

I have arrived at hotel by driving my car, but I have a little difficult to understand why one receptionist man did not allow me to park my car in the hotel parking lot

No complains, everything are good. Only one thing is parking fee. Hope to park free for hotel room clients.

Dimyat has a standard breakfast fare that opens early and the rooms are spacious, modern, cool, and comfortable. There’s a basic gym and a small pool, which unfortunately has a group class at 9

He has mostly refused to my parking at hotel parking space. Generally first comer first parking is basic rule and mutual understanding. I do not understand his reasons

There is also a changing room by the adjacent pool, so it was very comfortable

The beach is clean,very comfortable entrance to the sea with children. We live in room 602, with a slice of sea view. The hotel is quiet autumn, a Wake up service. Wifi works perfectly in the room

Near bus stop (2 minutes) and a good supermarket. Room cleaned daily, very clean. The air conditioning in the room works. The hotel has its own pool with free sunbeds for residents

Very tasty,always eggs,pasta, sausages, meats,sausages,vegetables very much,a variety of drinks,desserts and fruits. All the staff are very friendly

I had a great holiday, the entertainment team is super friendly. There was entertainment from 10 a. All the entertainers were smiling and attentive. The evenings are good, they start at 9:30 p

The roast pork was melting in my mouth, the fish soup was so savoury,the potato salad was delicious,the fish schnitzel makes me drool when I think about it and the toasty were delicious(everything was really tasty)

We are smokers ourselves, but we always keep our balconys clean! Pool: The pool was nice with plenty of sunbeds, but, the water was freezing cold. I don't know if this would be the case during the main summer period

There's a pool bar which also serves food which was very good to be honest. There's also a small shop by the pool which sells ice-cream, inflatables, balls, and general bits and pieces

The room was clean with ample storage for clothes, with a wardrobe in the living area, and another wardrobe in the bedroom. Tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge were in the bedroom

Cleaners came in every day, but our balcony which was double the size of the ordinary rooms, was not mopped clean during our 1 week stay, so we had to clean it ourselves

This was a little annoying, because we would sometimes find cigarette ash and cigarette butts from balconys above, had dropped onto our balcony

The pool area and sunbeds are jet washed every morning, so it clean and tidy for the guests each day. Food & Restaurant: I usually struggle to find food that doesn't make me feel ill while on holiday

There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever

So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done

It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing

The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up

Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property

To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks

I had a room on the back from which you can see the sea beyond other buildings. Not many restaurants in immediate area but not far by foot to eateries

Hotel was good and comfortable. Breakfast was good and also facility was comfortable and clean

Excellent mid size hotel about 30 minutes walk from Burgas centre. Service is very good. Very nice pool and spa facilities. Limited car parking available. EV charging.

The fact that some devices are not in a very good state - air conditioning units at the swimming pool are rusted and the breakfast that was just ok made me give just 4 stars overall

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options

I have read other reviews that say the staff are rude but that couldn't be further from the truth. I think the issue is the language barrier because the staff are all very polite when you speak with them

The room is just great, sometimes the truth were shortages of hot water. The room was a extra charge but we used it as a refrigerator. The hotel has a restaurant, which is just gorgeous cocktails

Our room had a private balcony looking over the infinity pools and the sea. It was beautiful to just sit there and look out and watch the sunrise

During the day the frozen Daquari's were absolutely amazing but as soon as 8pm came the bar staff seemed to pour half a bottle of Captain Morgans into one - one night in particular the tables outside were just full of abandoned Daquari's and we were laughing about this with the other guests 🙈🙈 The rooms are designed with quality in mind and all the fixtures, fittings, wall paper ect are high quality

The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in and the pillows were like clouds. The hotel is very close to Flower street where there are many pubs, clubs, fairground rides and shops

Considering the price, the hotel is very good, I recommend it.

Having said that, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a decent size, and soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided. The hotel staff were helpful when our friends misplaced their hotel key

While we understand that management policy is policy, we felt that the hotel staff should have been empowered to accommodate guest comfort given the vagaries of climate change

All in all is not an expansive place but don't expect something out of order. Clean rooms, restaurant at first floor and maybe an opened gym if they are going to finish it

Varna was having an unusually warm weekend on Oct 1-2. When we got into our room (Room 601), it was an oven

Amazing staff, location, food. Swimming pool and steam room were amazing as well as the massages. I really enjoyed the face massage in the beauty room, went 2 times, had goosebumps the whole time!

The free indoor pool and spa (sauna, hamam, etc) is very good. There are many spa treatment packages

It offers everything they promise: great views, comfy beds, tasty breakfast, very good spa and medical services- I am very grateful for what have been delivered to me, especially the medical attention and treatments- thank you so much team, for looking after me so well! I am feeling better already

We all thourghly enjoyed our stay the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful nothing was too much trouble for them they were on call 24/7 with plenty of smiles I would recommend this hotel with my family will definitely be back

Arda Hotel was clean, the people were friendly. It was a great base for the beach and a walk along the main front. The breakfast was toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages beans. I didn’t mind it at all filled me up

People moaned about it but not sure what they were expecting. We were half board and I liked the meals at night and the service was good. I loved the little lady that served

Little disturbing was that sunbeds around the pools were always occupied (reserved with towels etc) and nobody did not seem to care

Food was varied and delicious at all meal times, however at breakfast it was especially busy and sometimes hard to find a table to sit at. The pool snack bar had excellent food choices and the food was quick to arrive

We had a lovely time at Hotel Lion as a group of 3 in August 2024. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was spacious and comfortable with a pool view, balcony was a bit small but was still nice

I wish there was music around the pool area, it would be a nice touch, however there is music at the pool snack bar

The hotel staff were friendly most of the time but some seemed a bit unbothered or like they didn’t want to be there at times, but friendly enough

If you are looking for somewhere to go in sunny beach I would recommend you to come to this hotel the stuff are lovely and the rooms are very nice and clean! I didn't have any food there as my mam looked the reviews and there was only 1 good review about the food and the rest was bad but if you stay here you are literally on the strip and there are many nice restaurants there

Basic hotel. Nice friendly staff and close to shops and bars

It has a real homely feel and that is all down to the staff making you feel this way. They were polite, friendly, amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the breakfast was just lovely

Do not have great expectations here. I believe it is close to two stars.
