Personel friendly and helpful. In general speaking English, but not in 100%. Rooms are some kind of time travel machine. Clean but really need renovation. Swimming pool clean, but small and crowded

Had a great rest! The location is good, the beach is nearby! The price-quality ratio was pleasing. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a peaceful rest on the seashore!

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies

But the worst is their so-called restaurant. Finding there something that can be eaten requires huge effort. To sum up - if you plan to spend all day on a beach and need only bed close to sea - this hotel is really OK

Hotel located in perfect point of Golden Sands - near the beach, far from most crowded and noisy part of promenade but still offering many shops and other attractions. But location is their main strong point

Because i loved it and i loved the mac donalds food it was gorgeous and the nice cold pool at promorie is so nice and cool but the food in the hotel is horrible so I'm gonna give you I think I'll give yah about 3/5 only because the food was disgusting in the hotel and our rooms weren't clean clean so yah giving it 3/5?????????????????????????????????????

I just checked out of the hotel today and these are my impressions. I note that I am not a demanding person. apartment is spacious and functional, it has two terraces 2

towels and toilet paper are changed daily, garbage is taken out, there are no bugs, not even mosquitoes

Good location, close to the sea. The food was really good dispite the previous reviews. Clean room, nice sea-view if you chose the sea-view room. As a minus was the missing wi-fi

Overall a place where I can chose to stay again in the future

the location is excellent, the place itself is beautiful The hotel is 4/5 for me, great for simple people. I went with my family, my husband and two children, they have the same impressions as me

The hotel could explain things a little better ie pool towels have a £10 euro deposit paid at reception where you are given a card to take to the attendant and get your towel

The old town is close enough to walk to and you can buy museum entry tickets in bundles that suit ie 1, 2,3 up to 8 venues. The Catholic Church in the old town is absolutely beautiful and worth visiting

Be alert about the fact that you have to get up at 6:30 to get a sunbed since no one follows the rule about no reserving of the sundbeds

All inclusive and certainly value for money. Modern, staff are freindly and helpful and a very clean hotel. Food is varied and the breakfast omelettes are the best and the desserts were amazing

I really did notice when it was her day off , my room was exceptional with a lovely view of the sea and pool 311. Lifts all worked , weren't cramped and didn't need to wait long unlike some hotels

Lovely Hotel, very surprised that everything was still available. ie pool bar, day and evening entertainment for such a late holiday

The hotel is just on the beach with enough sunbeds for everyone. The pool with two water slides is big enough and just next to the beach bar with all-day drinks and snacks

Room was comfortable wirh a sea view. The food was okay but breakfast quite lomited. Only the lobby bar served spirits which meant that you could. only get beer/wine and soft drinks at the pool beach

I liked the comfy beds and sea view with fresh air and therefore no need for a/c (btw every room has a view of the sea). The best part is the cuisine. Very good choice of meals, salads, fruit and desserts

One of our best family holiday. Close to the airport, close to bus to the Varna city center and also to Zlate pisky. Yet, the location is much calmer and with relaxing atmosphere

The hotel is very centrally located, right on the seafront. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Our room was located on 2nd floor, so no elevator issues. For a family of 4, the room size is sufficient

Just a few negatives I want to point out maybe I'm being fussy but I like to review honestly. The pool towels it was a bit of a lottery weather you would get a nice one or a thread bare tatty one

As a Black solo traveler, I was initially unsure about visiting Sunny Beach due to hearing about potential racism. However, this hotel made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my stay

The room was clean and tidy, and I found the beds quite comfortable. What stood out to me was the staff — they come from different countries and treated everyone equally

Coke zero for 3 of our 9 days holiday there was no coke zero and none of the staff were able to tell us when it would be back on so we ended up having to spend a lot of money at the shop buying our own

The hotel is maintained in a declining condition. The furnishings are old, worn out. The food is in a narrow repetitive menu, the taste is average (not amazing, not offensive). The staff is normal (non-conflict)

If 5* quality is wanted then pay to go to such a place, but remember that the Zefir is a 3* hotel which actually punches above its ratings and gives excellent value for money, although we decided to eat out on many occasions to savour the different types of food, as the All Inclusive deal did not suit our way of having a holiday or limit us to being back for set meal times

I booked a four-star hotel as a super last minute. The TripAdvisor rating is sufficient at first glance #75 of 252 on Sunny Beach. Only after paying did I start reading the reviews and start to worry

Staff are very friendly and helpful and will go out their way to ensure you have a fantastic stay, particularly welcoming towards children, always waving and saying hello

Upon arrival I find out that it's not such a horror. But you need to look at the hotel as a two and a half star, which is the real state. It definitely does not correspond to the four-star rating

It had torn curtains and what appeared to be bloodstains, making it seem as if a violent crime had occurred there before our arrival. Our room contained a double bed, a pull-out sofa, and an additional small folding bed

- coffee - acceptable to good depending on what you choose on the machine - pool with lots of chairs and shade from umbrellas and huge trees - 2 lifeguards during the day - pool bar - nice staff, very good ice cream, good cookies during serving hours -staff pretty young and helpful, did their job very well - reception looks very nice with a lot of seats inside and outside on the terrace - saw there...

The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy

-10 sunbeds on the beach - huge con if you come for the sand and the sea - gym - very old , not sure anyone worked out there during my stay - for those minding exercising or climbing stairs: around 50 stair climb from the beach to the hotel All in all pleasant experience with good food, had a good time with my friends

- housekeeping doing a very good job with daily cleaning and changing towels - despite all the comments below that scared me before going there food was delicious - a lot of options from a bunch of salads, veggies, meats, barbecue for lunch and dinner with different meats daily, pancakes in the morning

The comments bellow from fellow Romanians with "only 2 types of soup", and "food different than in Romania" - you are not at your mother's house, but in Bulgaria - different country with different food ;)

Also the comments with "reusing food from the breakfast in the lunch meals" - what do you guys expect them to do , throw it away? that's what every restaurant ever does

Great hotel, awesome comfortable rooms. The facilities are great, the bar and restaurant are of good quality. The gym has new equipment and fantastic airconditioning. The sauna and steembath were both great too

The only thing you could miss are a hot tub and/or pool really

As a Diamond member, I’ve visited three times this year because it’s so memorable, and General Manager Stephan Reiter gives excellent recognition. The lounge staff have noticeably improved by my third visit

The newly renovated Hilton Sofia is stylish and comfortable, with beautiful design in the garden, lounge, and rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable

The hotel is well placed for both the centre of town and getting out of town on the motorway

Excellent Hilton hotel in the center of Sofia town, easy to reach from airport with professional staff and good breakfast, very clean and with a very good smell in the hall and in the room, I really want to thank them for the wonderful weekend we had here, if we come back we’ll definitely sleep here

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Food is tasty, fresh and quite diverse. I like the pool and the fact that there are many sunbeds. It is a nice surprise that the drinks are actually very strong!

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect, but the highlight was definitely the animation team. Their activities were fun, creative, and full of energy – they truly made our holiday unforgettable.

From morning activities by the pool to evening shows and games, they managed to keep both kids and adults entertained in the best way possible

A lot of swimming pools for kids and adults. An indoor swimming pool, large enough. Excellent wine and liquors, including world known brand names. A huge dining room, a lot of well trained and well supervised staff

The hotel is right on the huge sandy beach. A lot of umbrellas and sunbeds. A real AI hotel with something for everybody. All kinds of meat: fish, pork, lamb, beef, poultry. Special kids food for all kids ages

Managers among them, actually helping when the place is crowded. I have to mention Hristina Diakova, the best restaurant supervisor I ever met

My entire stay at the hotel was more than great. I would definitely recommend it to friends. I would like to give a special shout out to the staff, who were extremely kind and helpful

Manegment is always happy to help and is a great individual. There are plenty of sunbeds and never been a time we don’t get one. Music is always on round the pool which is lovely

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the pool area was very clean and relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and cheerful, ideal for a vacation. We’ll definitely come back next summer!

Check-in is at 2:30 pm, so if you arrive earlier, they give you a bracelet and you can relax by the pools or go to lunch

After reading mixed reviews I was very unsure what to expect however the hotel is exactly like the picture so instagramable and beautiful. It is very clean and stafff are lovely and will go above and beyond

Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc

A very nice hotel with great location. Thermal pools are great , there is also an outdoor pool. The hotel is in a quite place. Clean and tidy , Breakfast is good with nany choices

The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

For a higher end hotel I did not find it very good, nearly all the staff where very rude, the food was ok we ate out most nights mainly catered for Germans, no entertainment was on the whole 2 weeks, the room was nice beds made everyday towels changed every day the cleaner stole my mama glasses and when she asked her she said she had not seen them then they appeared back on the bedside table, the poolside...

The lifeguards cept the pool clean and the one with the tattoo’s help me and my daughter who got dizzy

The staff and management can't do enough to make your stay a perfect one and will go above and beyond what's expected. Martina and Georgi who part of the management will sort any problems you have straight away

Bar is open 24hrs and there was plenty of sunbeds but hardly any normal chairs and the ones occupied had some colourful characters on them (you know the 1s I'm talking about, overweight women in a black swim suit covered in nasty faded tattoos with teen daughters who have got kids)

Loved it,nothing to much trouble,clean rooms,even had a emergency alarm in the shower room,breakfast not to good,but pleanty of cafes around,pool was a good size,fab music on around the pool,will be back

Cleaners will barge into your room a 8 or 9 in the morning without warning so beware if you and the Mrs are having giggity giggity. Beach is a ten minute walk away and friends bar across the road is highly recommended

So of for a quick shower and shave!!! The shower floor was sinking into floor and I'm only 12 stone. I thought I was going to end up in the room below me. Then the shaving mirror fell of in my hand next to the sink

Night-time is awful as there is no entertainment so people make up there own until 3-4 o'clock in the morning then the drunks come back so don't expect much sleep. Trust me on this 1 it is really is that bad

If you just want to use it as a base like I did then it's OK. Value for money??? For £500 B/B for 10 days it was OK but look elsewhere if you planning on spending ££££s overall 6/10

All in all, we felt good, but I think there is a great potential there that is not exploited. Cleaning and some urgent repairs would improve this. And, answering emails would also improve the relationship with the client

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves

The services are 3 stars maximum. There is a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee is for a fee. There are no chopsticks with which to chew your coffee sugar

The food is okish, but certainly not 5 stars, not even by Bulgarian standards. The parking lot is a fenced vacant lot

Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach

I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. After our short conversation I received exactly as I wanted as a room and amenities

The food is very good, I think everyone will find something to enjoy (as in previous reviews, I confirm – the pizza is delicious). The bar is near the pool and serves very good drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages

The downside is the entertainment, which is actually very limited. There is supposedly an entertainment schedule, but the animators don't stick to it, and it's clear they're not very engaged in their work

Sunny beach is a modern touristic resort with lots of hotels and a super beach. But there is plenty to see and do dust a short distance away

I stayed at the above-mentioned hotel with my family for 10 days. The hotel is in a good location, about a 12-minute walk to the beach. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained

Reception very friendly and chatty (if you wanted to). Pool area clean, food constantly refreshed, plates cleared away. Decent food choices, lovely daily fresh salad. I would call it a 3 star hotel

I enjoyed my time at the Izola. My room was cleaned daily, towels changed daily (which felt excessive these days!) Staff started early and cleaning throughout the day

Maria from the spa center is the only reason I gave a 5 star to this place. I took my friend's mother for massage today and got a deep tissue and classic massage for myself from Maria today

She is one of best and most talented massage ladies ever. She knows what she if doing, she puts the perfect amount of pressure and she is very hard working, professional, kind and friendly

This is my first time visiting Bulgaria, and we’re halfway through our two-week stay at Grifid Hotel Vistamar. So far, the experience has been comfortable and generally positive

We were warmly greeted by Johanna at reception, which set a nice tone for our stay. When booking, we were deciding between Vistamar and Encanto

The food was okay-sh, but not very good quality. The swimming pool was good The artistic program were diverse

I was in this place for a couple of days and I had great experience. I had a lot of fun with the amazing animation team, which I admire truly. The girls were amazing!! We would love to see them again

See video After we insisted at the reception they change our room, we got a smaller room, with partial see view, but no 🐜. The cleaning staff were miserable. They never even changed our towels or touch out the trash

The restaurant's food is incredibly tasty every day, but it would be desirable. The hotel is an old one and some equipment in the rooms and in other places that require it should already be changed

But the most fun in my experience here were the animators, who are very dedicated to their work, they will never leave you busy, you will always have something to learn from them

My daughter loved them and couldn’t wait to take a part in every entertainment, so starting with morning gymnastics and finishing on great Mini Disco

we are non smokers but preffered to sit in the quiet smoking area. clothes airers on balcony would be good as towels on balcony is unsightly

We are currently staying at this hotel. ALL the staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is spotless and the food is really good considering it is all inclusive which often is not great but this hotel is really good

The wine on all inclusive is also of a very nice standard. Pool towels safe and kettle are all free. The pools are really cold but there is a heated pool inside with a lovely spa. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone
