My family and I vacationed at this hotel for 10 days. All just fine: friendly staff, understand Russian, the cleaners clean when we're not in the room. Towel and toilet paper change in time

Great hotel!, Very clean and rooms are great with fresh sheets and towels given every day. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was ok but somehow cold at times

Room was clean, spacious, maybe the furniture is old-fashioned for the tastes of some, but well maintained. There are not enough parking places at the hotel, but you can park near the hotel in a paid car park

We made a great choice picking Hotel Coral. We stayed there 2 weeks ago and I'd say it was perfect for us. A very young team who tried to do their best for making tourist feel comfortable

Location is nice, view form the restaurant terrace and rooms with seaview is gourgeous, the food was tastefull, varied enough that everyone can choose something

In room Hairdryers , soap,shower gels and shampoos. Each room has air conditioning and TV, balcony with table and chairs, dryer. There is a fridge and glasses

The property is the go to place for many sport teams at all levels from national to private clubs for practices and relaxation. Their pools were awesome and super clean

A luxurious hotel with a nice spa and extremely rich and high-quality food. Suitable for business or family vacation. Tennis or bike rental is available, and there are also golf lessons

Nearby is the Bulgaria Land theme park, which is also interesting. The service is at a high level, as is the cleanliness, and the view of the lake is super relaxing and invigorating

Great place, beautiful nature, places to walk outside, clean room, clean spa zone, well equipped fitness center, delicious food and amazing staff! There were 1-2 things we would like better- the pool could be warmer and in the room the person who slept on the additional bed was cold as the wind was blowing through the closed windows

Guests can enjoy a beautiful spa, indoor and outdoor pools, golf course, and lovely walking paths. Service is warm and professional, making you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for

My only concern was having to get towels from the staff outside smoking who were never on the spa reception. All in all, we would definitely return and enjoy this luxurious hotel

The food is very good, every day different meats, side dishes, fish, seafood YUM! Tasty and strong drinks, served in glass. The staff cleans and replaces your glass all the time. Very comfortable beds and clean

Surprisingly nice and clean hotel. Not a very diverse food, but good quality, you always have a choice. Food and drinks are available all day and the coffee from the machine is good

Unlike other hotels, the white wine poured with the meal was also good. The staff is attentive, maybe it would be nice if they would say hello from time to time. The reception is very helpful

Heads up in case you don't like a bit of music around the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although a bit of renovation might improve the overall impression (plastic handles, for example)

The food and the local beverages are tasty and plentiful, the staff amazingly friendly and willing all the time. Daily programs for kids and adults in and around the pool are fun for all

Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. If you are thinking about their more expensive room - it's worth it, they are sensational. I recommend and thank you for such a good apartment

Second time i stay in this hotel, which is a bit on the outside of the city, but doable to walk to the center. Small parking, and the restaurant could be updated a bit, but otherwise all the rest is perfect

Holiday Inn in Plovdiv is one of the best hotels where I stayed during my business travels. The stuff is super friendly, especially girls that are open for talk, and helpful when asked about some directions, cuisine etc

We really enjoyed breakfast at Holiday Inn, highly recommended, and the staff who working there was absolutely professional, always tidying up and making sure everyone's well looked after.

All Staff was very attentive and the hotel is very clean and tidy (10/10) reception have a good knowledge of English, some staff have limited English, this does not deter there ability's and are keen to assist and get help as and when needed

The hotel in general has a very welcoming and friendly attitudes to all nationalities would definitely stay there again

I strongly encourage management to implement a policy to prevent this behavior—perhaps by having staff monitor and remove unattended towels after a certain period. It would greatly improve the experience for everyone

We visited the hotel in mid-September. Room 332 was in perfect condition with no mold, no stains, no defects. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The cleaning ladies did a great job every day

The location for us was great, about halfway between sunny beach strip and Nessebar, very easy to get the bus with multiple bus stops near the hotel and only 2lev each way, there is also a mini tourist train which takes you to each place too 7lev each way

The only thing I would say is there aren’t a lot of sun loungers and people would reserve them by 7am each day which should be monitored, and both the indoor and outdoor pool are quite deep 1

The bed was very comfortable and was nice to have a thin duvet rather than just a sheet you would normally get abroad. The food was good with variety each day and allergies were stated clearly

6 metres all the way round which isn’t inclusive of people with different swimming abilities. All in all had a fantastic holiday and would definitely book with this hotel again!

It was funny and pleasant people in hotel. But it would be better to clean more. The pool was not bad but not clean enough. You can go to the sea beach on trane. I recommend this hotel to relax

The rooms are clean, the water in the water in the pool is the perfect temperature, the animators are extremely nice and friendly

I liked the food and the rooms were really good. The animators made our vacation the Best. We had the most fun with Velko, Polly and Puffi. The staff was really friendly and everything was really beautiful

The hotel it's very fine and the animation team was very nice with my children. And the barman the Kostadin is very nice with the client

The animatori were very sociable and nice and there qere activitatea so it was never boring

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink

It's great for its price 3 star hotel great food little far from the beach no bad words

The staff is very polite and nice, food is quite good and plenty. I don't have any reason to complain, I had a nice time here with my wife and kids

First line located gated holiday complex with 2 Pool areas, Restaurants, Supermarket, Gym and Wellness. Very friendly service and a good place for a relaxed family vacation.

First time visiting this complex. Amazing place. Great pools, bars and restaurants. Everything you might need is available on-site. Next year we will be back for sure!

The first time I have been to marina cape was at 2009 and I love it ... One of the best hotels in the area, with clean spacious rooms, good service and perfect sea view!

If it weren’t for the stench from the nearby sewage treatment plant, the sea full of algae, and the lack of more organized infrastructure such as a promenade or sidewalks, this place would be beautiful.

Nice facilities,rooms,great food and service. The parking is paid and bring your own beach umbrellas (not enough). A lot of people from Poland, Ukraine and Czech Republic.

Older hotel which is a part of larger resort. Rooms bright, clean, with air conditioning, but with carpet. In the resort, there were plenty things to do, many pools, restaurants, bars

Food was great, even for vegetarians. Private beach is great advantage of this place, with sunbeds and umbrella for free (covered by all inclusive)

Large complex with good food and helpful staff, pool with water slides is a bonus

Very nice place for a vacation. Although when arrived at my Pelican hotel, the sink was clogged, and so half the day we had no sink privilege. Other than that, very nice 👍

This is all you need to hear to make up your mind with this hotel First this is no 4 star hotel. The rooms were dirty with mold on the walls and the air conditioner was full with mold I got sick because of that

In some rooms the WiFi is soo bad. The food is not great but not worse at all. But the drinks some of them were diluted with water even the coffee and the beer. Drinks At the bar weren't that great

The food in the restaurant is European standard, all natural and better than in most restaurants around the hotel. Since early in the season, to give a more objective assessment is not possible

1) The location is great, next to the beach. 2) The food is varied, without seafood. There was ice cream around 4 pm every day. 3) The cleaning in the rooms leaves much to be desired

They wanted to change the towels only at the end of the stay. In principle, for unpretentious guests everything was satisfactory

When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that the room that I took was not up to the 4-star standard that this hotel claims to have, apart from the fact that the cleanliness left much to be desired in the most obvious way, for example there was dust, a lot of hair from previous customers including in the bathroom in the bathtub and toilet, the refrigerator in the room did not work and the television...

The hotel has three(3) pools 2 smaller ones and 1 bigger one. It offers parking outside and inside with prices 10 leva/ day (outside) and 15 leva/ day (inside)

Driver was on time My experience was great because the staff were attentive and friendly, and they made sure I felt supported throughout

Impressive architecture, four pools. You can always find available sunbeds. The biggest advantage of this hotel is food. Every evening there is a barbecue too

We came here for the second time and we had an amazing trip. There's nothing that we didn't like. There are a lot of pools starting from 0. 70 meters deep so you can pick the most suitable one

Limited choice of 5 cocktails, nothing fancy but good enough. AMENITIES: 3 swimming pools (2 outside, 1 inside), can usually find a spot to sit despite the usual towel on the sunbed tricks

you can use both swimming pool and also they have indoor pool. Our room had jungle view which was awesome. it was clean and they daily room service

LOCAL AREA: A nice place to take a family, plenty to do and see and the beach was beautiful, although you do have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas on all the beach's

Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available

Didn't use any of the spa, as most was extra cost. Did use the gym, and with a bit of imagination it was absolutely fine. ROOM: Was great, it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable

The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies

Excellent hotel fully justifies 4 stars!

Very average hotel, nothing stands out from its own kind. The only huge plus was the location, which was completely smeared by the roaring animation speakers. The same music, which on the third day you start to hate

even the beach bar in front of the hotel would not allow us to buy drinks because we weren't on one of their packages! Seemed very stupid to us as the Hotel was actually losing money by not serving us!!!

It is not a big hotel, therefore you’ll find here a quit place, relaxing atmosphere, pool and restaurant not crowded

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Castle, Kranevo. Everything was extremely clean, the staff was always smiling and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious

The Reception provides towels for beach and pool. Along the time, we were guests in a lot of hotels and I can compare objectively

Food was very good and snacks anytime during the day, restaurant staff could have been more friendly and at least acknowledge you. However the room cleaners where smiley and room was cleaned everyday

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic

Only downside was the swimming pools were too cold to swimming and the sea too, but we still sunbed on the beach which was fantastic

We hired a car which was easy parking was right outside the front of the hotel for free the whole Hotel experience was a pleasure And fantastic value for money if you’re looking for a last-minute holiday, we got way more than what we expected

The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong

Furthermore, the waitress who took our order did not know a single word in English and messed up big time! There was a concert of a local artist in the restaurant, so the music was very loud until a few minutes after midnight

Everything was perfect! Very kind and smiling staff. The room was cleaned daily & towels were changed every 2 days

We stayed here for 10 days it was ok until the kids football team arrived and was running riot pushing in at the restaurant banging on doors at stupid o’clock the pool was good and the bar man was really friendly his name was valintine (not sure how you spell it)

Lovely late summer break we knew it would be end of season and things would be closing but weather was great

Obzor is quite a small town and not a lot to do but the hotel was nice everything you need room B206 was perfectly located with a fantastic sea view well appointed and very clean

All inclusive was great excellent food and drink all staff were brilliant. Only faults were no comfortable seating in entertainment room sunbeds were quite uncomfortable and too low for us oldies but plenty of them

We arrived in the early hours of the 9th September the guy on reception was very nice and very helpful in booking us in and helping me carry our cases to our room as we was on the first floor and there’s no lifts in the hotel
