Hotels with pool in Bulgaria

Our family room was lovely and clean, cleaning service was on duty every day. Variety of food and drinks at restaurant. Only one minus for toilet by the pool - should be cleaned up at least one more time during the day

The beach was just around 3-4 minutes away and sunbeds were available free of charge. Affordable transport to + from Primorsko/Kiten was available every 30 minutes. Great opportunities for a walk

Our kids enjoyed big swimming pool a lot and absolute Highlight were Animators with every day program for kids and adults - doing great job from 10 a. by the pool up to late in the evening at the stage

The rooms are a little bit worn out, but are cleaned every day and the towels and sheets are changed regularly. If you're looking for a fancy place it's not your thing

We can only recommend this hotel! The quality of the food was just stunning (we especially loved all the different types of fish and whipping cream-based dishes!). High quality beverages in the bar

After spending our holiday there we can recommend this resort. It is little outdated and need fresh paint but in the nice location with lots of trees around and 2 minutes walk to the beach

The view from the room was excellent, the indoor pool nice, flexibility and kindness of staff and good breakfast !

Yes I stayed at hotel SHIPKA for 14 nights from 31st May until -4th June 2024 I want to say thank you to all the staff especially NADA, VENERA, and the Bar staff and to MUMCHIL who got a chair for me me to sit round the swimming pool as the sun beds are to low for me the staff are a credit to this hotel Also the food is excellent the only complaint I have about the food and I raised this with NADA...

The outside and indoors pools were really nice and clean as well, although the water was a bit cold at first, but still enjoyable

The poolside bar was really clean, and whenever there was a crowd there, the manager/owner would help out so everyone got what they wanted in due time

The all-inclusive food options were a bit limited, there were about 12 types each time they served food, including salads, meats, pasta, vegan food, french fries, soups, sometimes they would serve special dishes as well

The rooms are a bit small, there's not a lot of space for your belongings, but if you plan on spending most of your time on the seaside or touring the city, then it won't bother you, like it didn't bother us

It’s not just the size that impressed us, but also the actual facilities — especially the salt thermal zone with the warm mineral pool and the aroma sauna, where short steam rituals are held throughout the day

The spa area is simply stunning – multiple pools, saunas, and relaxation zones that allow you to completely disconnect from everyday life. The massages were divine and truly therapeutic

We also loved the large hydromassage pool with different water-jet zones — you can literally get a full water massage without having to wait

The hotel provides excellent conditions for a family vacation, with amenities appropriate for both adults and children. The food is varied and well balanced, contributing to the overall enjoyable experience

The staff barely speaks English. The giant spa area with circuit of many saunas, Hammam, Steam bath, warm pool with jet strong yet, jacuzzi. Very clean , always someone dry the floor

At Grand Hotel Bansko, attention to detail and comfort are evident throughout the overall concept. The hotel offers a good balance between active pursuits and opportunities for relaxation

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

Back to the hotel, Helena Sands is the beach side hotel (half board) with Helena Park behind it (all inclusive). The hotel is clean and tidy and well looked after. The rooms were of a generous size with free safe

If you wanted entertainment you could always go across to the All Inclusive side - just remember to take your own drinks. The pool was absolutely freezing but there is also am indoor heated pool if you prefer that

You could virtually have a roast dinner every night if you wanted, loads of different choices every evening. You would struggle to go hungry here. The only downside was that all drinks were very expensive, even the water

Beware of the woman at the Spa - totally put me off having a massage by the 'hard sell' She was relentless. Overall, a fabulous holiday, great food, friendly staff and some great local bars within walking distance

Hairdryer a bit pants and no iron in the room. Bathroom was lovely and clean. Loud music a couple of nights during the week, from neighbouring hotel, but nothing that ear plugs wouldn't solve

There was no entertainment in this hotel on an evening and for us there could've been some background music from speakers but there wasn't and it resulted in a very drab atmosphere

All good, very pleasant hotel. The way the hotel is designed is that there's no connection to outside - no balcony, terrace.... Just an air-conditioned room... some people may like it, some not.

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this hotel! The location cannot be beaten, just at the heart of Burgas, accessible by car, foot (bus as well)

The pool, sauna, and gym were all fantastic, and the elevator was fast even for the upper floors. Staff were extremely helpful — they even cooked for us after the kitchen had closed when we arrived late

Towels were changed daily, the view was stunning, and the location was perfect

Parking is in an open spot on a central pedestrian street, so the car is not protected, and cleanliness could be slightly improved (some spilled coffee near the air conditioner wasn’t cleaned)

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products

It's not a little issue but everything other was great - hotel services, pool, interiors and exteriors and the 24/7 busy main street of Sunny Beach

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future

Stayed here on a lads holiday for 8 days, hotel manager and workers were all great and looked after our needs and room was cleaned everyday. The food is good and always fresh

Wild sandy beaches are less than 1 km far away and it's impossible to avoid the busy street. Great for bigger families, group of friends etc. Nice place to enjoy vacation day and wild Bulgarian summer nightlife

It's a good hotel for the price. The best it's at the beach and has all facilities needed to spend lazy and relaxing time or sleepless night thus satisfying almost any taste

The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard,lovely thick towels changed everyday and night gowns provided, luxury toiletries replenished every day, Reception staff are all lovely, and always greet you with a smile 😃 😊, and nothing is to much trouble for them

The worst part: the hotel has depreciated quite a bit over time, with mold around exhaust fan in the bathroom; dirty sun lounger on the room's terrace; the fact that room's terraces on the first floor are literally into each other without any privacy; amazingly how they charge you for the parking of the hotel per night, no matter that you are hotel's guest; loud music starting around 01:00 AM till...

Spent 10 day's at this hotel,with my partner, we are on our last day booo. The hotel 🏨 is of excellent standard, Breakfast is of a good standard, in our opinion there is plenty to choose from

You can eat breakfast alfresco, or in the restaurant overlooking the marina. We didn't eat in the restaurant of an evening so can't comment

I’ve been visiting this hotel every year for the past 10 years and always considered it the best option in Sozopol – great location, close to town, and just a quick taxi ride to the trendy beach clubs

The staff are lovely and there is a very relaxing bar area with great cocktails. The spa is really nice with an outside thermal pool and a sauna which looks over the mountain. We did not eat in the evening

The other is that I think the spa needs dedicated child free times as it often felt like a children’s pool

Our friends stayed at a similar apartment in the same building and their pullout sofa was different and very comfortable. We saw poop in the pool and in the jacuzzi

My son came down with an ear infection and one of us adults got another kind of infection from the pool

The rooms are very spacious, and the spa facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the delicious food and the nice lounge area, perfectly situated next to the kids' playground. It was ideal for a couple of retreat days

The location is fantastic, it has its own beach, the food is excellent. But the maids are extremely rude and don't do their job properly every day

There are always plenty of sun loungers available at any time of day – something you don’t often find elsewhere. What really makes this place special is the staff

Trees all around the pool will only give you a few hours of sun and you probably wont be able to find another free sunchair until late afternoon It’s pretty quiet in the evening/night and good soundproff windows and walls in the rooms I think it’s listed as 4 stars in international standards, but should only be a 3

There is a huge problem: if you want to sit on the sunbed and umbrella on the beach (included in the price), you have to fight with the romanians…

Once I finished my stay at Nona, I knew I had to write a review! I enjoyed every part of my vacation, starting with the amazing and very professional staff who was super helpful to me and my husband the entire time

The room that we reserved was exactly how we imagined and looked online. The restaurant and bar also did not disappoint, considering my husband was there most of the time 🙄

Everything was wonderful, beginning with the food, location, the beach, etc. Housekeeping is dilligent ensuring rooms remain spotless throughout the stay.

The hotel was great, the hotel was clean, organised and there was a wide range tasty food with a live grill every morning and dinner where they made pancakes for breakfast and roasted vegetables + meat for dinner

Staff were every kind and all were there to help. Only small problem was a bad smell in the stairs and a slight smell in the bathroom. All in all, great hotel in a good place near the beach!

The location is perfect — if you want the beach, you have the beach; if you want the pool, you have the pool. The food was tasty and had enough variety to suit my taste. The staff were very friendly and helpful

We had to ask them for assistance several times — from helping with our room to even providing us with medicine — and they always did their best. However, sometimes they seemed a bit uninformed

The food is for everyone’s taste, at dinner we could book a table every day at the Italian and Asian restaurant, where you can find different types of food compare tot the main restaurant and the advantage that I personally liked was that it wasn’t crowded as in the main restaurant

Sunbed wise I never had an issue getting one and there seemed to be some available throughout the day, I was there the end of August/beginning of September. It was very clean, the cleaners never seemed to stop working

We had a 7 days stay here and this is a great hotel! Maybe it's not luxorious or something but the prices are also low, and price/value balance is awesome 👏🏻 Senior management, like Hotel manager and restaurant manager are the best 🙂Even tho there are a lot of other hotels on this street, our hotel was the only one with music and intertainments

I wasn't expecting too much from a 3* hotel but what a great place this was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my toilet flushing the first day and they sorted it within the hour

At first we thought it was alot smaller than we were used to but actually preferred it as everyone spoke to each other and mingled. The hotel is spotless and the cleaners work non stop to keep it that way

There is no kettle in the room so bring a travel kettle if you want a cuppa. We took a little washing line to dry or bikinis on the the balcony but could do with something on the wall to attach this to

All the bar staff were great, the restaurant had plenty of choice and the ice cream in the afternoon was so tasty! The entrainment team really tried even when not many people wanted to join in

They have indoor pool, outside and anso the beach. Employees very kind and smiling all the time

Our hotelroom was great with direct acces to the pool. It was open, clean, great breakfast buffet and great location. The staff in the reception on the other hand could be more open and forthcoming

Everytime we approached them we never heard a «hi» or «what can I help you with today». They showed no interest in helping you. It was hard to even know if they saw us standing there wishing help

We loved the Kempinski! The spa was exceptional with every room you could think of (multiple different saunas, steam rooms, snow room, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, shower experiences, relaxation rooms and pools) and the restaurant food was lovely with different themes each night (Saturday Italian, Sunday Bulgarian, Monday Alps, Tuesday Asian etc)

The best part of staying at the Kempinski is the VIP pass - if you are skiing during school holidays this is a must! Gondola queues have been between 2-3 hours a day and with VIP we have gone straight through-it’s worth a stay in the hotel for this alone! And the price was not much more than the normal pass price at about €75 per days for adults (less for children 11 and under)

The ski shops in the foyer and the ski room all make the experience easy The rooms are nice but dated but the hotel itself is beautiful and like a winter wonderland. The view from our room (shown in photo) was stunning

One of the best hotels in Bansko. The location is superb, rooms are spacious and well equipped with all kinds of amenities. The staff and the overall service are exceptional. The spa and the restaurants are excellent.

The gondola is next door to the hotel and and you can ski straight back into the ski room at the end of the day
